Abstract

COVID-19 membawa dampak buruk bagi sektor pendapatan masyarakat Ubud khususnya para penjual souvenir karena menurunnya kedatangan wisatawan. Pemulihan perekonomian masyarakat Ubud khususnya pemasaran souvenir harus memperbaiki beberapa aspek agar mampu menentukan strategi penjualan optimal, sehingga solusi pada penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem aplikasi berbasis mobile menyesuaikan kebutuhan penjual souvenir untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran pasca COVID-19, aplikasi ini menggunakan implementasi Algoritma Apriori sebagai keluaran rekomendasi berupa pola asosiasi dari transaksi sehingga mendapatkan suatu rules/aturan. Aplikasi dikembangkan secara Hybrid Multiplatform, front-end menggunakan Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile dan Webview, sedangkan back-end menggunakan PHP dan Database MySql. Berdasarkan Evaluasi Aturan Asosiasi dengan tools WEKA menggunakan 25 transaksi dan set minimum support sebesar 0,1 atau 10%, aturan asosiasi sistem sama dengan aturan/rules yang dihasilkan aplikasi WEKA dengan total 42 jumlah aturan asosiasi dengan parameter tertinggi confidence 0,75 dan lift ratio 2,34. Dari hasil pengujian black box, semua fungsional yang ada aplikasi rekomendasi ini telah berhasil berjalan sebagaimana seharusnya dengan persentase keberhasilan 98% di 8 (delapan) platform Android 4 sampai android 11, dan hasil analisis kepuasan pengguna dengan skala likert sebanyak 30 responden rata-rata 86,4% pengguna sangat puas dengan keseluruhan proses sistem. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Mobile, Data Mining, Algoritma Apriori, Souvenir Pasar Seni Ubud, Android, IOS, Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile, WebView, PHP, MySql.

Abstract

Many Indonesian people, especially in Bali, make pigs as livestock. Pig livestock are susceptible to various types of diseases and there have been many cases of pig deaths due to diseases that cause losses to breeders. Therefore, the author wants to create an Android-based application that can predict the type of disease in pigs by applying the C4.5 Algorithm. The C4.5 algorithm is an algorithm for classifying data in order to obtain a rule that is used to predict something. In this study, 50 training data sets were used with 8 types of diseases in pigs and 31 symptoms of disease. which is then inputted into the system so that the data is processed so that the system in the form of an Android application can predict the type of disease in pigs. In the testing process, it was carried out by testing 15 test data sets and producing an accuracy value that is 86.7%. In testing the application features built using the Kotlin programming language and the SQLite database, it has been running as expected.

Abstract

Ubud market is one of the largest art markets in Bali, there are many local Balinese souvenir traders and craftspeople, most of them are livelihoods depend on buying and selling local souvenirs, Since the Covid-19 pandemic entered in April 2020, Ubud market traders have started to close their business and hoping economic recoveryin future. The author tries to do a track record of souvenir sales transactions in Ubud market to find the last sales pattern before the traders closes their business to give a solution for marketing strategies in future. The sales transaction data will just become meaningless trash if it’s useless.. To get use information about the products that are most sold out at Ubud Market from the transaction database, the author uses the Apriori algorithm. This study was determined final rules on 2 itemset combination, If buying Manik-Manik Craft, Also buy Barong Shirt with the highest confidence 70% and Minimum Support 28%, and for 3 itemset a combination, If buying Celuk Silver, and Barong Shirt, Also buy Manik-Manik Craft with the highest confidence 37.5% and Minimum Support 12%, based on that there are 3 best-selling souvenir products, namely Barong Shirt, Manik-Manik Craft and Silver-Celuk in March 2020. Abstract

The progress of the digital era that is happening today, encourages rapid development in technology and science, one of which is in the field of art. Of all performing arts, the art of singing is the most complex, which requires a lot of preparation and practice. Everyone has a different type of voice. Males generally have three types of voice, namely bass, baritone, and tenor, while women generally have three types of voice, namely contralto (alto), mezzo-soprano, and soprano. However, not everyone knows what kind of voice they have. Therefore, this study will focus on classifying the human voice. In this study, the author uses the Harmonic Product Spectrum (HPS) and K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithms. The data used is in the form of primary voice recording data obtained from 258 participants (male and female), where each person has 8 sound files, namely do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, si, and do'. saved in .wav format. From the research conducted, the test was carried out using the K-NN and K-NN methods with Hyperparameters. The results obtained in the form of accuracy of 74% and 81%, so that the Harmonic Product Spectrum (HPS) and K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithms give good results for determining the type of human voice.

Abstract

At this time, information is very easy to obtain, information can spread quickly to all corners of society. However, the information that spreaded are not all true, there is false information or what is commonly called hoax which of course is also easily spread by the public, the public only thinks that all the information circulating on the internet is true. From every news published on the internet, it cannot be known directly that the news is a hoax or valid one. The test uses 740 random contents / issue data that has been verified by an institution, where 370 contents are hoaxes and 370 contents are valid. The test uses the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm, before the classification process is performed, the preprocessing stage is performed first and uses the TF-IDF equation to get the weight of each feature, then classified using K-Nearest Neighbor and the test results is evaluated using 10-Fold Cross Validation. The test uses the k value with a value of 2 to 10. The optimal use of the k value in the implementation is obtained at a value of k = 4 with precision, recall, and F-Measure results of 0.764856, 0.757583, and 0.751944 respectively and an accuracy of 75.4%

Abstract

Untuk media promosi budaya, peranan game  sangatlah penting, dikarenakan banyak produsen game  dari Asia bahkan Eropa yang terkenal secara tidak langsung mempromosikan budaya mereka dalam game  yang mereka buat, maka dari itu tidak heran bahwa anak Indonesia khususnya Bali banyak mengenal budaya luar ketimbang budaya lokal, karena pengaruh game  yang di mainkan anak-anak tersebut bernuansa budaya dari produsen game yang membuatnya. Penelitian ini merancang game  yang memberikan informasi bagaimana dan apa sebenarnya permainan tradisional bali "Makepung". Game  ini dirancang berbasis mobile dan desktop dengan bahasa pemrograman C# yang menggunakan unity3D untuk menggabungkan bahasa pemrograman dan model 3D supaya menjadi sebuah game . Game  "Makepung" ini diimplementasikan menggunakan algoritma A*(star ) serta menerapkan konsep looping ( perulangan ) pada lintasan agar sistem pada game lebih sedikit merender object dibandingkan harus menaruh lintasan full di dalamnya. Lintasan ini di bagi menjadi beberapa bagian lalu ketika player melewati trigger yang ada di lintasan maka bagian dari lintasan lainnya diciptakan.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa penerapan algoritma pencarian A*(star ) dalam game "Makepung" ini mampu memecahkan permasalahan bagaimana lawan menghindar melewati rintangan. Disamping itu, optimasi pada lintasan dengan cara membagi lintasan menjadi beberapa bagian mampu membuat game berjalan bagus dibandingkan pada saat lintasan tidak dibagi, dikarenakan game sistem merender sedikit object ketika lintasan tersebut dibagi.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR), adalah teknologi dengan konsep menggabungkan dimensi dunia nyata dengan dimensi dunia maya yang di tampilkan secara realtime. Hal ini dilakukan dengan cara menampilkan objek 3D pada marker yang sudah di tentukan, adalah sebuah pola khusus yang bersifat unik dan dapat dikenali oleh aplikasi. Smartphone memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi Augmented Reality dengan murah serta dapat diakses oleh banyak pengguna. Augmented Reality dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran untuk melihat langsung binatang, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media pemblajaran baru yang interaktif dan diharapkan dapat memacu minat dari kalangan banyak untuk belajar dengan memanfaatkan semartphone yang dipadukan dengan Augmented Reality, selain karena teknologi yang berkembang terus saat ini dengan banyak fitur-fitur baru di dalamnya, maka metode pembelajaran juga harus berkembang seiring dengan majunya perkembangan teknologi saat ini.Dalam hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan bahwa hasil dari penerapan Augmented Reality (AR) telah berhasil di implementasikan pada smartphone berbasis Android dan iOS dengan menerapkan object 3D binatang ( kuda ) yang ditampilkan ketika smartphone dengan sistem operasi Android atau iOS mentrigger kartu yang berisi pola gambar kuda.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed people's habits in carrying out their activities, including in fulfilling their needs from offline to online, even though economic activity had decreased, but the opportunity to earn income is still open, including buying and selling property villas in Bali through an online platform. One of the platforms that are newly formed one is okproperti.com. During the pandemic period around 4 million people in Indonesia every month are looking for property in Bali and two out of three people want to buy property within the next year and for almost two consecutive quarters this year, said the villa price index continued to decline. The demand for property listings continues to tend to increase, even though at the time of the lockdown it was decreasing, but in August 2020 there was an increase, which was a sign that interest in property was starting to rise. The increase in villa sales was driven by various factors, apart from lower prices; the government also provided a 100% discount on value added tax borne by the government for home purchases. Apart from that, Indonesia Bank's policy interest rate is currently at the level of 3.5%. Abstract

Abstract. Application of Fast Independent Component Analysis (Fastica) Method in Separating Vocals and Instruments in Geguntangan. Gamelan Geguntangan is often used in religious ceremonies to accompany ceremonies and entertain the public. Along with its development, the Geguntangan gamelan is also used to accompany the Pesantian. Geguntangan recording plays instruments and vocal sounds, most of which have been mixed. The mixed sounds caused the learning process to be less effective for people who will study Pesantian. The students could not focus because of the distracting sound of the instrument. This study aims to separate the sound of instruments and vocals of Geguntangan using deflationary-based FastICA. The non-linear function used is Logcosh. This study also examines the effect of mixing matrix variables and alpha values on nonlinear functions on SDR, SIR, and SAR values. The results of the paired t-test carried out by these two values did not have a significant effect on SDR, SIR, and SAR. The difference in the average time of the mixing matrix testing process is 0.09 seconds and 0.42 seconds for testing the alpha value.Keywords: Pesantian, Geguntangan, BSS, FastICA, Deflationary Based. Abstrak. Gamelan Geguntangan sering dipakai dalam upacara keagamaan baik untuk mengiringi jalannya upacara dan hiburan masyarakat. Seiring perkembangannya, gamelan Geguntangan juga digunakan untuk mengiringi Pesantian. Pada rekaman Geguntangan terdapat suara instrumen dan vokal yang sebagian besarnya sudah tercampur. Hal ini menyebabkan proses belajar yang kurang efektif bagi orang yang akan belajar Pesantian. Para pemelajar tidak bisa fokus karena adanya suara instrumen yang mengganggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memisahkan suara instrumen dan vokal seni Geguntangan menggunakan deflationary based FastICA. Fungsi non linear yang digunakan adalah Logcosh. Penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh variabel matriks pencampuran dan nilai alpha pada fungsi nonlinear terhadap nilai SDR, SIR dan SAR. Hasil uji-t berpasangan yang dilakukan kedua nilai ini tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap SDR, SIR dan SAR. Selisih rata-rata waktu proses pengujian matriks pencampuran ialah 0.09 detik dan 0.42 detik untuk pengujian nilai alpha.Kata Kunci: Pesantian, Geguntangan, BSS, FastICA, Deflationary Based.

Abstract

Banyaknya pertanyaan yang masuk ke BPKAD Kota Denpasar menyebabkan kewalahan bagi pegawai untuk menjawabnya, dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengirim pesan online membuat Kepala Badan tidak bisa melihat dan susahnya merekap semua pertanyaan yang masuk, oleh karena itu di buatkanlah suatu website yang bisa menampung semua pertanyaan dari OPD dan pegawai BPKAD Kota Denpasar akan menjawab dengan baik, disamping itu juga pada website ini direncanakan akan ditampilkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang sering ditanyakan.
