Abstract

The development of the digital world has a big impact on business people including small businesses at the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) level, this makes the ways and methods of doing business for MSMEs change, be it from offers, sales, promotions, services to the closing stage of sales (closing). For this reason, the purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge to MSME actors techniques or ways to make buyers quickly decide to make a purchase or close a sale called a closing technique using digital marketing. The method used in the implementation of this activity is a lecture and direct practice of implementing digital marketing for closing sales. The stages of implementing this community service activity include opening, introduction to digital marketing, product analysis with google trends, social media analysis for business, marketing strategies, closing techniques and creating business accounts

Abstract

Schools as educational institutions with information technology services in the form of New Student Admission Systems, e-report systems, and other information technology services require devices supported by good service. Information technology devices must be appropriately managed to conduct business processes according to business goals. With good service management, the business value offered to customers (students) will increase. ITIL V4 contains information technology service management guidelines that contain best practices for information technology service management, including attention to customer experience, value streams, and support for current digital transformation. This research measures information technology equipment services at high schools in Kendal Regency. This research uses indicators adapted to schools with ITIL V4: Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Critical Success Factors (CSF). The results of this research show that the performance of the hardware needs to be improved, and the value of the maturity model for each service device is still not good.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) perlu memasarkan produk melalui platform digital agar bisa terus berkembang. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan adalah iklan digital. Pelaku UMKM yang ingin cepat meningkatkan pelanggan dan pendapatan dapat beriklan agar membangun kesadaran konsumen adanya usaha dan produk yang dimiliki. Keunggulan menggunakan iklan digital diantaranya peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran, target audiens yang efektif, hasil yang terukur, dan efektivitas biaya. Banyak sarana yang dapat digunakan untuk memasang iklan, Google Ads dan Instagram Ads dapat menjadi media alternatif untuk menerapkan strategi tersebut. Namun demikian, para pelaku UMKM jarang memahami hal itu karena cenderung dianggap kompleks. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat harus mengajarkan periklanan digital melalui Google Ads dan Instagram Ads kepada pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara mendampingi para pelaku UMKM di desa Mangunsari, kecamatan Gunungpati, kota Semarang. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman dan kemampuan menerapkan iklan digital melalui Google Ads dan Instagram Ads.

Abstract

SMA PGRI 1 Kendal menghadapi masalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa tentang Internet of Things (IoT), khususnya dalam membangun sistem palang parkir otomatis. Hal ini disebabkan belum adanya mata pelajaran khusus maupun modul pembelajaran IoT di sekolah. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, Tim Pengabdian UniversitasIvet melaksanakan pelatihan pembuatan palang parkir otomatis berbasis IoT menggunakan Arduino UNO dalam bentuk prototype. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan simulasi pembelajaran IoT kepada siswa melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, bimbingan, dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi, perakitan perangkat sesuai modul, pemrograman Arduino, dan penyerahan produk ke sekolah. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa sebesar 80% setelah pelatihan, meskipun terdapat satu kelompok yang gagal membuat prototype. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan dinilai berhasil berkat dukungan peserta, guru, dan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan siswa di bidang teknologi IoT

Abstract

Data theft from year to year has increased in the era of big data and society 5.0. One area that requires data security is patient medical data. Medical image data security must be done to protect medical data security from data theft by third parties so that they cannot access the data. The development of Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is also increasing every year. Determining the severity of DR is done by detecting the Foveal Avascular Zone (FAZ). Encryption is the process of changing a plain image into a cipher image. In this study, we compared the results of image quality and encryption time between the Vigenere Cipher method and a combination of pixel scrambling. The average encryption time of the tested FAZ images is 3.20 seconds. This result proves that the pixel combination method has a faster encryption time than the Vigenere Cipher. Vigenere Cipher encryption time is 4.96 seconds. The existence of the FAZ area with the pixel combination randomization method of the encryption process is also invisible, so third parties will not know about its existence.

Abstract

Semua Perguruan Tinggi sekarang ini sudah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Aademik (SIAKAD), begitu juga dengan Universitas Ivet Semarang. Harapannya untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi diantaranya data mahasiswa, fitur yang ditampilkan, informas-informasi seputar akademik, transaksi KRS, bahkan sampai nilai serta history terhadap mata kuliah yang diambil sebelumnya. Peneliitan ini melakukan analisis terhadap tingkat kepuasan Sistem Informasi Akademik dengan menguji variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan tersebut berdasarkan Delon and Mclean Method. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis terdapat 4 variabel dengan prosentasi sebesar di atas 60% tingkat kepuasan terhadap sistem informasi akademik yang berpengaruh terhadap SIAKAD dan 2 variabel sebesar di bawah 50%. Selain itu dalam pengukuran capability menunjukkan level yang berbeda-beda dan rata-rata levelnya berada pada level 3.

Abstract

Abstrak: Potensi lokal berupa umbi gadung yang belum dimanfaatkan optimal oleh KUBE Damai Makmur karena keterbatasan pemahaman diversifikasi produk, teknologi, dan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah umbi gadung menjadi keripik bernilai jual lebih tinggi. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi diversifikasi dan pemasaran digital, pelatihan pembuatan keripik gadung, pelatihan platform digital (Instagram), serta branding produk (nama/merek, logo, kemasan, dan stiker). Kegiatan diikuti 20 peserta anggota KUBE Damai Makmur dan dievaluasi melalui Forum Discussion Group (FGD). Evaluasi dari kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode diskusi atau wawancara langsung serta melakukan pencatatan informasi tentang hambatan dan motivasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan, indikator keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini adalah 75% peserta yang merupakan anggota KUBE Damai Makmur mengalami peningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang diversifikasi produk, branding produk, dan pemasaran digital serta dapat mempraktekkannya. Hasil menunjukkan 100% peserta aktif mengikuti kegiatan, dengan peningkatan level keberdayaan terkait pengetahuan produksi dari 35% menjadi 88%, ketrampilan teknis dari 30% menjadi 85%, akses pasar dari 20% menjadi 80%, serta manajemen usaha dari 25% menjadi 82%. Abstract:  Banyumeneng Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency has local potential in gadung tubers that remain underutilized by the Damai Makmur Joint Business Group (KUBE) due to limited knowledge of product diversification, technology, and digital marketing. This community service program aimed to improve community understanding and skills in processing gadung into chips with higher market value. Activities included socialization on diversification and digital marketing, training on gadung chip production, digital platform training (Instagram), and product branding (name/brand, logo, packaging, and labeling). The program involved 20 KUBE Damai Makmur members and was evaluated through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The evaluation of this activity was carried out through discussion or direct interviews, as well as by recording information about the obstacles and motivations in implementing the program. The success indicator of this activity is that 75% of participants, who are members of KUBE Damai Makmur, experience an increase in knowledge and skills related to product diversification, product branding, and digital marketing, and are able to put them into practice. The results showed that 100% of participants actively took part in the activity, with an increase in empowerment levels: knowledge of production rose from 35% to 88%, technical skills from 30% to 85%, market access from 20% to 80%, and business management from 25% to 82%.
