Abstract

Teknik yang dilakukan dengan benar akan mendukung gerak yang efisien. Gerakan renang yang efisien lebih mudah dilakukan dengan pemahaman teknik terlebih dahulu kemudian pelaksanaan. Jika teknik yang dilakukan salah, maka gerak renang tidak akan efisien. Efisiensi gerak mempengaruhi waktu dan energi yang digunakan saat berenang. Gerakan yang lebih efisien bisa ditandai dengan waktu yang lebih singkat dan energi yang digunakan sedikit untuk menempuh jarak tertentu. Salah satu cara untuk mengukur efisiensi gerakan renang dengan menghitung jumlah gerakan kaki yang dilakukan. Semakin banyak gerakan kaki yang dilakukan, semakin banyak energi yang digunakan. Gerakan yang mendorong laju berenang ke depan adalah gerakan kaki. Cara ini pastinya menyulitkan pelatih dan atlit untuk menghitung efisiensi pergerakan dengan lebih dari satu atlet. Alat tempo trainer digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi gerakan kaki renang terutama gaya bebas. Alat ini memiliki lima kecepatan. Hasil dari uji coba bahwa siklus 44/menit yang efektif. Alat ini digunakan untuk mengukur kecepatan kaki kiri maupun kanan perenang gaya bebas. Kata-kata kunci: gerakan kaki gaya bebas, efisiensi, tempo trainer

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki efek gaya mengajar berpusat pada guru dibandingkan dengan gaya mengajar yang berpusat pada siswa pada respon motivasi kognitif dan afektif siswa dalam pelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Empat guru mengajar sembilan puluh dua siswa yang direkam dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar yang berbeda-beda mengadopsi dari Mosston dan Ashworth yaitu gaya komando, gaya resiprokal, dan gaya penemuan terbimbing. Sistem pengkodean yang diadopsi dari Ames digunakan untuk mengukur gaya mengajar. Tanggapan kognitif dan afektif siswa diukur dalam kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya penemuan terbimbing dan timbal balik lebih baik dalam hal penguasaan dan perilaku dalam mengajar yang kurang focus serta tanggapan kognitif dan afektif dari siswa yang lebih baik dari pada gaya komando. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of teacher-centered teaching versus student-centered teaching styles on students' cognitive and affective motivational responses in physical education lessons. Four teachers taught ninety-two students who recorded using different teaching styles adopted from Mosston and Ashworth namely the command style, reciprocal style, and guided discovery style. The coding system adopted from Ames is used to measure teaching style. Students' cognitive and affective responses were measured in groups. The results showed that the guided and reciprocal discovery style was better in terms of mastery and less focused teaching behavior and the students' cognitive and affective responses were better than the command style.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the professionalism condition of high school teachers (SMA) in the city of Yogyakarta. The method used in this research used qualitative research method with case study type with observation data taking technique, interview, and document study. The study was conducted in Yogyakarta City by taking data in several senior high schools in Yogyakarta consisting of the headmaster, the head of MGMP Yogyakarta, and the sport education teacher who had met the criteria on the selection of informants. Data analysis technique using QSR NVivo Plus 11. The result of research of professionalism condition of sport education teacher in Yogyakarta city can not be said high, this is because there are still many problems that influence the level of professionalism of sport education teacher in Yogyakarta City, such as facilities and infrastructure which not yet adequate, Teaching that still uses conventional methods, and administrative flaws. Based on the above conclusions, the results of this study have implications of High School Teachers in all cities of Yogyakarta to further improve their competence through various ways to be more competent to be physical education teachers so as to channel knowledge useful and good for learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) pengaruh latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound dan latihan plyometrics box jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, (2) perbedaan pengaruh koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan koordinasi mata-kaki rendah terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, dan (3) interaksi antara latihan plyometrics dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian ini 40 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive rondom sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound dan latihan plyometrics box jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh antara siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah, (3) terdapat interaksi antara latihan plyometrics dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh. Kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi lebih tepat jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound sedangkan kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah lebih baik jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics box jump.Kata Kunci: metode latihan plyometrics, koordinasi mata-kaki, kemampuan lompat jauh THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE EFFECTS OF PLYOMETRICS METHOD AND THOSE OF EYE COHERENCE-FOOT ON THE INCREASE IN LONG JUMPAbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the effect of plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercises on the increase in long jump, (2) the  effect differences between in high foot-eye coherence and low eye-foot coherence, and (3) the interaction between the plyometrics exercise and eye-foot coherence on the long jump ability. This research is an experiment using the factorial 2 x 2 design. A sample of 40 students was established using the purposive random sampling technique. The results are as follows: (1) there is a significant difference between plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercise, (2) there is a significant increase difference in the long jump ability between the students who have high foot-eye coherence and those having low foot-eye coherence, (3) there is an interaction between plyometrics method and foot-eye coherence on long jump ability. The students who have foot-eye coherence are more appropriate if they are trained with plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise, while the students groups that have low foot-eye coherence better if trained with plyometrics box jump exercise.Keywords: plyometrics exercise, eye-foot coherence, long jump ability

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus is still in Indonesia. As a result, community activities are limited, including school, work, and sports. The presumption that people think Covid is gone makes people ignore healthy practices. The people of Pabuaran Village believe that the pandemic is over. Residents of Pabuaran village forgot to implement health protocols, it was proven that they rarely wore masks, kept their distance by washing their hands and using hand sanitizers. Activities carried out due to the problems above are direct contact with the Pabuara village community by distributing masks, installing warning signs, outreach to village organizations and uncovering new variants of the Covid-19 virus and demonstrating the production of hand sanitizers. The hope is that the community will maintain their own health and the health of others by preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus, implementing health protocols and being independent in the production of natural hand sanitizers. As a result of the actions taken, the residents of Pabuaran Village are more concerned about their own health and the health of others by implementing health protocols in their daily lives. The conclusion from this activity is that the pandemic is not over and people must continue to adopt a healthy lifestyleVirus Covid-19 masih ada di Indonesia. Akibatnya, aktivitas masyarakat terbatas, termasuk sekolah, bekerja, dan olahraga. Anggapan orang mengira Covid sudah hilang membuat orang mengabaikan praktik sehat. Masyarakat Desa Pabuaran yakin pandemi sudah berakhir. Warga desa Pabuaran lupa menerapkan protokol kesehatan, terbukti jarang memakai masker, menjaga jarak dengan cuci tangan dan menggunakan hand sanitizer. Kegiatan yang dilakukan karena permasalahan di atas adalah kontak langsung dengan masyarakat desa Pabuara dengan membagikan masker, memasang rambu peringatan, sosialisasi organisasi desa dan mengungkap varian baru virus Covid-19 serta mendemonstrasikan produksi hand sanitizer. Harapannya, masyarakat menjaga kesehatan diri sendiri dan kesehatan orang lain dengan mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19, menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan mandiri dalam produksi hand sanitizer alami. Akibat dari tindakan yang dilakukan, warga Desa Pabuaran lebih peduli terhadap kesehatan diri sendiri dan kesehatan orang lain dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pandemi belum berakhir dan masyarakat harus tetap menerapkan pola hidup sehat.

Abstract

Pembangunan kesehatan merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat terpisahkan dari pembangunan nasional, karena kesehatan sangat terkait dalam konotasi dipengaruhi dan dapat juga mempengaruhi aspek demografi/kependudukan, keadaan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat termasuk tingkat pendidikan serta keadaan dan perkembangan lingkungan fisik maupun biologis. Tim PKM UPGRIS berupaya untuk melakukan pendampingan sosialisasi peduli lingkungan karena hal tersebut menjadi sumber pemasalahan yang urgent dan harus segera ditangani lebih intensif.  Mengadakan kerjabakti membersihkan desa agar terhindar dari bencana alam dan sakit. Secara keseluruhan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat akan dilakukan secara pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan. Tim pengabdian pada masyarakat UPGRIS akan berperan langsung karena secara intensif akan berinteraksi setiap saat. Solusi tersebut menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan drill, di samping itu juga ada cek kesehatan serta pendampingan berkala. Metode yang digunakan berupa survei untuk mengetahui permasalahan mitra, demonstrasi kegiatan serta pendampingan untuk evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah membuat desa sehat bugar dan bersih di Desa Mrumbung Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam kegiatan ini mmeliputi pelaksanaan senam aerobic yang diikuti semua usia termasuk anak-anak dan perbaikan taman bermain oleh mahasiswa KKN Upgris. Kesimpulan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu berlangsungnya kegiatan senam aerobic secara rutin dan taman bermain desa yang dimanfaatkan warga untuk interaksi sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berkerja sama dengan tim KKN Universitas PGRI Semarang .

Abstract

The theory of accomplishment-generating motivation only adopts a social cognitive method to research behavior and motivation in sports education settings, illuminating how achievement goal theory is useful for anticipating and explaining beliefs, reactions, and behaviors in achievement settings. This study aimed to investigate how different teaching approaches teacher-centered and student-centered affected the emotional and cognitive motivational responses of students during physical education classes. Using several Mosston and Ashworth teaching methods, including command style, reciprocal style, and guided exploration style, four teachers instructed 92 students. To evaluate teaching style, the Ames coding system was employed. In this inquiry, a strategy of mixed methods was used. By adjusting the work design, authority, recognition, grouping, assessment, and class time structure, the video data was evaluated. The hard disk software enables the recording of audio and video recordings as well as the real-time analysis of information acquired from course observations in physical education. An ANOVA analysis with the Bonferroni correction method was carried out to prevent Type 1 errors, and it produced an alpha level of 0.002 as a result. The command style, reciprocal style, and guided style all performed significantly differently, according to the Tukey test, in terms of total mastery and teaching style effectiveness. According to the findings, guided and reciprocal discovery styles were more effective than command approaches in terms of student mastery, less focused teacher behavior, and cognitive and emotional responses.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic since the beginning of 2020 forced all PSSI calendar matches to be suspended until mid-2021. The referee will feel the same way, the lack of minutes in leading the match will greatly affect the feeling-touch in making decisions. This problem became a consideration for the research team to analyze the understanding of football regulation through a video test on the Surakarta City PSSI Askot referee. The use of the video test is intended to refresh the ability of the referees, especially the PSSI Surakarta City Askot referee in understanding the rules of the football game because it is still a pandemic condition and there are no official matches being held, so when the competition rolls the referees are ready to lead the match. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to analyze the understanding of soccer game rules through a video test on the ASkot PSSI Surakarta referee. The population in this study is the ASkot PSSI referee in Surakarta. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, that is, all referees at the PSSI Askot Surakarta City starting from licenses C3, C2, and C1 will be used as research samples. analysis technique that can be used is to use the frequency distribution technique. The results of the research for the referee's understanding of offside illustrate that 7 people are in the low category or 35%, 7 people are in the medium category, or 35%, and 6 people are in the high category, or 30%. The referee's understanding of handball is that 10 people are in the medium category or 50%, and 10 people are in the high category or 50%. The conclusion of this study is that the understanding of offside is still low, this is related to the feeling-touch that has not fully returned to its best performance. There needs to be practice and treatment to restore feeling-touch and make the right decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTraditional games are one of the cultural assets that have cultural characteristics from a region or nation, therefore it is our collective responsibility to preserve them. Through traditional games we can get to know the culture of the nation or region and can also instill the values of cooperation and social contained therein. the advancement of information and technology media has been widely felt by all levels of Indonesian and world society, but these advances can have both positive and negative impacts on their users. Because, we can easily get information and the use of technology is classified as very easy and affordable for all groups, both for the young, the old, and the upper middle class as well as the lower middle class. Nowadays, children often play digital games such as video games, Playstation (PS), and online games rather than playing traditional games. different from traditional games. So that the main goal of this service is to preserve traditional games so that children are more interested than playing gadgetsABSTRAKPermainan tradisional merupakan salah satu aset budaya yang mempunyai ciri khas kebudayaan suatu bangsa maka, pendidikan karakter dapat dibentuk melalui permainan tradisional sejak usia dini. Karena selama ini pendidikan karakter kurang mendapat penekanan dalam sistem pendidikan di negara kita. Pendidikan budi pekerti hanyalah sebatas teori tanpa adanya refleksi dari pendidikan tersebut. Dampaknya, anak-anak tumbuh menjadi manusia yang tidak memiliki karakter, bahkan lebih kepada bertingkah laku mengikuti perkembangan zaman namun tanpa filter. Sekarang, anak-anak lebih sering bermain permainan digital seperti video games, Playstation (PS), dan games online. Permainan ini memiliki kesan sebagai permainan modern karena dimainkan menggunakan peralatan yang canggih dengan teknologi yang mutakhir, yang sangat berbeda jika dibandingkan dengan permainan anak tradisional. Permainan anak tradisional kadang tidak membutuhkan peralatan saat dimainkan kalaupun ada peralatan yang digunakan hanyalah peralatan yang sederhana yang mudah didapatkan, dan biasanya ada di sekitar anak saat bermain, seperti batu, ranting kayu, atau daun kering. Sehingga yang menjadi tujuan utama pengabdian ini adalah melestarikan permainan tradisional supaya  lebih diminati anak-anak dibandingkan dengan gadget.

Abstract

Health management systems played a crucial role in hazard reduction and prevention as well as in improving employee performance. The importance of a hospital health and safety management system and there has been no study in Indonesia with the same objective based on the OSHA indicator. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance indicators of Hospital Safety and health management systems in hospitals in the Gombong region, Indonesia, in terms of a nurse perspective. The research method used was descriptive-analytic. The sample size consisted of 450 nurses. The questionnaire used a standard questionnaire from hospital safety and health management systems which consisted of 53 questions including 6 domains; Leadership management, Hazard identification, employee participation, Hazard prevention, evaluation and improvement program, and Education and training. Using the 1-4 Likert scale of strongly disagree, disagree, agree, and strongly agree. The highest score was 4 and the lowest score is 1. Data analysis used SPPS, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a significant value <0.05. Based on the research results, poor conditions occurred in several domains except in the domain of employee participation. There were significant variables between hazard identification and gender, hazard prevention and improvement program and evaluation also. Conclusion of this study, hospital administrations need to be improved and pay more attention to occupational safety and health in the workplace. To get rid of weaknesses and a mistake, we need to continuous improvement and effective evaluation of staff in training programs.
