Abstract

Painting on walls is the final stage process after sprinkling and plastering on the walls. Painting on the walls functions as beauty in a building. In addition to functioning as an aesthetic beauty, painting on the wall can also be used as wall protection from rain splashes and direct sunlight that can shorten the life of the wall. First prepare the tools and materials used for painting the walls. Supervision is required so that the work or painting is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works on The Maintenance and Maintenance of Building Buildings No. 24/PRT/M/2008. After the painting process is complete, the painting results need to be evaluated/reviewed to ensure that all parts of the wall are painted neatly and cleanly. If a wall is found with uneven paint, it is necessary to repaint the section until the result is neat and even. Furthermore, if you are sure that all the walls are painted neatly and cleanly, then it is only a matter of time before the paint dries. The type and quality of wall paint used is prioritized for domestic production in accordance with the Joint Decree of the Minister of Trade and Cooperatives, Minister of Industry & Menpen. No. 472/Kop/XII/80, No. 813/Menpen/1980, No.  64/Menpen/1980, December 23, 1980. special methods before painting, one of which is the sanding process on the walls from the remaining cement from the results of sprinkling, so that during the painting process a smooth and even wall surface is obtained

Abstract

Dalam aliran fluida berupa gas alam untuk bahan bakar terjadi fenomena perubahan fasagas yang yang diakibatkan oleh komposisi gas maupun  peralatan yang digunakan untuk menyalurkan gas dari sumber gas utama sampai ke pengguna akhir. Perubahan fasa tersebut berakibat terhadap komposisi gas bercampur dengan cairan yang harus dihindari agar tidak menyebabkan terganggunya proses pembakaran. Cairan yang terbawa  tersebut dapat berupa kondensat, oli dan air yang terbawa selama proses penyaluran akibat perubahan suhu dan tekanan. Kondensat dapat dibawa dari sumber gas utama dan terjadi akibat perubahan tekanan dan suhu pada saat penyaluran baik dengan kompresor, saat melalui pipa maupun oleh kondisi lingkungan saat penyaluran. Oli terbawa karena pada saat kompresi gas dari tekanan rendah ke tekanan tinggi minyak pelumas akan terbawa ke tabung pengumpul ataupun pipa distribusi. Air terbawa dari dalam tangki penyimpan atau tangki pengangkut akibat terjadinya perubahan suhu yang sangat rendah saat dilakukan penyaluran dari tekanan rendah ke tekanan tinggi. Dari fenomena tersebut maka diperlukan alat pemisah berupa gas separator yang bertujuan memisahkan antara cairan dan gas untuk menghasilkan gas yang benar-benar bersih agar proses pembakaran lebih sempurna. Kata kunci: gas, cairan, tekanan

Abstract

Perkembangan dari Industri 4.0 menuju 5.0 telah mendorong perubahan besar dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk industri tekstil batik tradisional. Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan pustaka komprehensif mengenai penerapan teknik mesin dalam memodernisasi sistem produksi batik. Fokus kajian meliputi pengembangan canting otomatis, pengendalian pemanasan malam, dan sistem gerak dua sumbu berbasis mikrokontroler. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis, penelitian ini mengkaji 96 sumber dari jurnal terindeks hingga prosiding konferensi nasional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara mekatronika dan desain mekanik dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, akurasi pola, dan kenyamanan kerja perajin. Selain itu, perangkat canting dua sumbu berbasis open-source menawarkan inovasi yang layak bagi industri batik skala mikro. Studi ini menjadi dasar pengembangan prototipe lanjutan yang selaras dengan era Industri 5.0.

Abstract

Industri batik sebagai bagian dari sektor tekstil Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam pelestarian budaya dan pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Namun, proses produksinya kerap dikritisi karena menghasilkan limbah cair berbahaya. Penerapan green manufacturing menjadi solusi strategis untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan tanpa mengorbankan kualitas dan nilai ekonomi. Artikel ini mengkaji pendekatan green manufacturing dalam produksi batik, khususnya pada skala industri kecil dan menengah (IKM), serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi. Dengan metode studi literatur terhadap 103 referensi dari jurnal internasional dan nasional, diperoleh gambaran komprehensif tentang teknologi ramah lingkungan, efisiensi energi, pemrosesan limbah, dan pendekatan ekonomi sirkular dalam industri batik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh dukungan teknologi, regulasi, dan edukasi berkelanjutan kepada pelaku industri.

Abstract

The CSR program is a sustainable commitment ethically, legally, and contributes to improving the quality of life for workers/families, local communities, and society as a whole, such as waste processing, infrastructure development, MSME development, and others. Geo Dipa Energi operates in the field of managing and utilizing geothermal energy for electricity generation. Management is in the Ciwidey area covering 3 villages. The program aims to provide skills, support independence, and open up opportunities to apply for jobs with a skills certificate in the automotive sector. Polban with Public Service Agency status can provide services to the community in the form of providing goods/services in carrying out its activities based on the principles of efficiency and productivity. The method of implementing community service is through financing the Geo Dipa Energi CSR program in collaboration with Polban and LSP TOP. The carburetor motorbike service cluster training and certification includes 22 competency items, 3 batches are implemented, the number of participants is 30, details for each batch consist of 8 days of training, 1 day of simulation, satisfaction survey, registration, online assessment, and 1 day of practical assessment. As a result of the assessment, all participants obtained the title of competent.

Abstract

 The current condition of the Matsumoto MDX-178F diesel engine for the Energy Efficient Car Competition (KMHE) is not at its maximum performance, the efficiency and torque it produces have decreased from the initial engine specifications. The purpose of this activity is to recondition and modify the air intake and exhaust system on the Matsumoto MDX-178F diesel engine to optimize engine performance, increase combustion efficiency, and reduce exhaust emissions. The reconditioning method begins with an evaluation of the air intake and exhaust system which includes components such as air ducts, filters, exhaust ducts, head parts, pistons, cylinders, injectors and other parts. Repairs or replacements are carried out on components that are damaged or require readjustment. The modification process is carried out by porting and polishing the intake and exhaust lines. The increase in air flow is measured using a flow bench, the increase in power is measured using a dynotest, the reduction in exhaust emissions is measured using an exhaust gas analyzer. This study provides a scientific contribution through the integrated application of reconditioning and geometric optimization of intake–exhaust channels based on porting and polishing in a single-cylinder diesel engine within the context of energy-efficient vehicles, an area that remains limited in previous research. The results of this reconditioning and modification can show a significant increase in engine performance, including increased power and combustion efficiency. so that the engine becomes more environmentally friendly. The conclusion shows that the reconditioning and modification of the intake and exhaust systems of the Matsumoto MDX-170F diesel engine not only improves engine performance, but also improves fuel economy and reduces environmental impact.
