Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian di Kelurahan Lempuing, Kecamatan Ratu Agung, Kota Bengkulu dengan tujuan untuk melihat jenis batuan bawah permukaan dan struktur lapisan batuan dasar. Pengambilan data lapangan dilakukan pada tiga titik VES dengan panjang bentangan 160 m menggunakan metode geolistrik resistivitas konfigurasi Schlumberger. Pengolahan data pada setiap titik VES dan pembuatan model penampang 2D diproses dengan bantuan software IPI2win. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan jenis batuan bawah permukaan adalah andesit, tufa, pasir, air tanah, granit, dan lempung. Kemudian ditemukan lapisan bedrock berjenis andesit dengan nilai resistivitas 588.1 – 1205 Ωm pada kedalaman 0.6441 – 1.865 m. Oleh karena itu, bangunan yang direkomendasikan di kawasan ini adalah bangunan lantai satu sampai lantai dua. Kata kunci: Bedrock, Geolistrik Resistivitas, Konfigurasi Schlumberger.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah, aktifitas pembelajaran rendah yang mengakibatkan nilai tes formatif pada 2 sub tema 2 yang dapat dicapai oleh siswa kelas I SD Negeri Cikeusal kidul 01 nilai rata-rata hanya 51 dan siswa yang mencapai tingkat penguasaan materi pembelajaran sebesar 17%, hanya 5 anak yang mendapatkan nilai di atas 60.. Untuk itu diperlukan penelitian pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan aktifitas dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini akan mengarahkan kajiannya secara teliti pada : hasil belajar tema 2 dan sub teme 2, mengadakan wawancara dan observasi dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi awal. Kemudian disusun langkah-langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi sesuai dengan rencana perbaikan pembelajaran. Tindakan diprogramkan dalam dua siklus Dari pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dapat di ambil simpulan, (1) Sebelum pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas siswa tidak tertarik dengan materi sehingga aktifitas belajarnya rendah dan hasil belajar yang diperoleh nilai rata-ratanya 51, yang tuntas 5 (17%),. Setelah kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan , terjadi kerja sama yang positif di antara siswa, aktifitas guru baik (B) pada siklus 1 dan amat baik (A) pada siklus 2. (2) hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata pra siklus 60,55, meningkat menjadi 72,39 pada siklus pertama dan menjadi 82,89 pada siklus kedua, serta ditandai dengan ketuntasan pada pra siklus tuntas 5 (17%) belum tuntas 20 (71,4%), menjadi tuntas 26 (92,8%) belum tuntas 2 (7,2%). Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran Kooperatif, dan NHT. IMPROVING LEARNING OUTCOMES THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF THE NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER TYPE COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL TO GRADE I STUDENTS OF SD NEGERI CIKEUSAL KIDUL 01 ABSTRACT The problem raised in this research is that learning activity is low which results in formative test scores in 2 sub-themes 2 that can be achieved by class I students at SD Negeri Cikeusal Kidul 01 with an average score of only 51 and students who achieve a level of mastery of the learning material of 17%. , only 5 children got a score above 60. For this reason, research on learning approaches is needed that can improve learning activities and outcomes. This research will direct its study carefully to: learning outcomes for theme 2 and sub-theme 2, conducting interviews and observations with the aim of finding out initial conditions. Then steps are drawn up for planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting in accordance with the learning improvement plan. Actions are programmed in two cycles. From the implementation of this classroom action research, conclusions can be drawn: (1) Before implementing the classroom action research, students were not interested in the material so their learning activity was low and the learning outcomes obtained were an average score of 51, which was completed 5 (17% ),. After implementing learning activities, there was positive cooperation between students, the teacher's activities were good (B) in cycle 1 and very good (A) in cycle 2. (2) student learning outcomes increased. This can be seen from the average pre-cycle value of 60.55, increasing to 72.39 in the first cycle and to 82.89 in the second cycle, and marked by completion in the pre-cycle completion 5 (17%) not yet complete 20 (71 .4%), completed 26 (92.8%) incomplete 2 (7.2%). Abstract

This study investigates the leadership of the principal in managing internal conflicts within school organizations. Internal conflict is an inherent aspect of organizational dynamics that requires flexible, communicative, and participatory leadership. At the senior high school level, conflicts extend beyond structural issues to include interpersonal relationships, organizational communication, and role distribution. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Silangkitang using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through documentation and observation to obtain a contextual understanding of conflict dynamics and leadership practices. Data analysis was carried out descriptively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that internal conflicts manifest as communication conflicts, task distribution conflicts, conflicts of interest, and interpersonal relationship conflicts. The study concludes that dialogical leadership integrating relational and structural approaches is essential for fostering a conducive work environment and strengthening educational governance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze and understand the concept of a professional learning community by a group of teachers in developing a religious work culture to improve the quality of teacher and employee performance as a form of success for educational institutions at LPIT Nurul Fikri Juwana. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of field research (field research). The results showed that the concept of Professional Learning Community in developing a religious work culture at the Nurul Fikri Integrated Islamic Education Institute can be done through discussion, example, spontaneous habituation, routine activities and conditioning. However, in the implementation of the Professional Learning Community, there are some obstacles, including the difficulty of controlling the rapid development of information technology, the different behavior of teachers and students, the lack of balance between the school environment, the family environment and the community environment which cause the values of religious work culture are not implemented optimally. In addition, the implementation of the Professional Learning Community concept in developing a religious work culture requires a long process, so the results cannot be felt immediately. Linking individual learning to stakeholder learning is a basic element of building a learning community. Embedded in the learning community is a concept that if all stakeholders learn, the school will develop to meet its future and also a religious work culture in everyday life so that the community as education customers are satisfied with the results of planting religiosity to students.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami konsep professional learning community oleh kelompok guru dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja religius untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru dan karyawan sebagai bentuk kesuksesan lembaga pendidikan di LPIT Nurul Fikri Juwana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep Professional Learning Community dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja religius di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Terpadu Nurul Fikri dapat dilakukan melalui diskusi, keteladanan, pembiasaan spontan, kegiatan rutin dan pengkondisian. Namun dalam implementasinya Professional Learning Community masih ditemukan kendala diantaranya yaitu sulitnya mengontrol perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat, adanya perilaku guru serta peserta didik yang berbeda, kurang adanya keseimbangan antara lingkungan lembaga sekolah, lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan masyarakat yang mengakibatkan nilai-nilai budaya kerja religius tidak terimplementasikan secara maksimal. Selain itu implementasi konsep Professional Learning Community dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja religius membutuhkan proses yang panjang, sehingga tidak bisa langsung dirasakan hasilnya. Mengaitkan pembelajaran individual dengan pembelajaran stakeholder merupakan elemen dasar membangun komunitas pembelajaran. Tertanam di dalam komunitas pembelajaran sebuah konsep bahwa apabila seluruh stakeholder belajar, maka sekolah pun akan berkembang untuk menyongsong masa depannya dan tentunya pula dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja religius dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga masyarakat sebagai pelanggan pendidikan puas dengan hasil penanaman religiusitas kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

Tissue staining using hematoxylin-eosin (HE) is a standard method of histopathological staining. The tissue staining is hampered when there is no hematoxylin reagent in laboratory. Therefore, other reagents are needed that can replace the use of hematoxylin. Methylene blue is a basic dyes that interact with cell nuclei which has a negative ionic charge of the tissue. It can be used as an alternative nuclei staining. This study aims to evaluate the use of 1% of methylene blue in cell nuclei staining in histopathological preparations. The research sample were 15 pathology preparations which were randomly selected including breast cancer, cervical cancer and ovarian cancer in the bank of sampel at anatomical pathology laboratory of RSUD Dr. Slamet Garut, Indonesia. The experiment showed that the methylene blue dyes yielded “worth” result (40%) and “poorly” result (60%). Further research can be carried out by modifying the pH of 1% of methylene blue reagent so that it can maximize the staining preparations results as good as those using hematoxylin.
