Abstract

Discourse on sexual and reproductive health remains taboo among adolescents, with prevalent misinformation and myths circulating in society. The Teman Bacarita program, initiated by the Tenggara Youth Community, was implemented online to enhance adolescent literacy on these issues. This study aims to analyze sexual and reproductive health information literacy activities through the online Teman Bacarita Program. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and literature review. Informants included two committee members and two participants of the Teman Bacarita Program. The analytical framework adopted Van Meter and Van Horn's program implementation model, encompassing six dimensions: (1) standards and objectives; (2) program resources; (3) characteristics of implementing agencies; (4) inter-organizational communication; (5) environmental conditions; and (6) implementer attitudes. Findings indicate that the online implementation of the Teman Bacarita Program as a sexual and reproductive health information literacy activity was relatively effective. Success indicators include clear program objectives, comprehensive standards, adequate human resources and infrastructure, effective communication between advisors and participants, competent implementing agents, and strong commitment from both advisors and participants despite challenges related to participants' social conditions and educational backgrounds.

Abstract

Character education is necessary given to children from an early age, to manage their emotions and become individuals who have positive behavior for themselves and their surrounding environment in the future. The implication of good character education will make children do things consciously, committed, and competent, and grow into social beings who help each other, civilized and polite. This research aims to reveal the strengthening of character education for students at Bestari Utami elementary school in Garut. This school applies an entrepreneurial curriculum with international school learning methods, but still concerning character education to students based on the local cultural wisdom of Sundanese. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with school managers and observations of learning activities at SD Bestari Utami. Secondary data obtained through literature and document reviews relevant to the research. Data analysis using interactive data analysis models from Miles and Huberman. The results showed that character education at SD Bestari Utami refers to equality and unity as a fundamental concept of school education. Children deserve to get quality education regardless of their ethnic, religion, and economic background. Strengthening character values based on Pancasila that comprises religious values, nationalism, independence, integrity, and cooperation are embodied through cultural arts lessons that are included in the school curriculum, as well as implementing learning that motivates children to be independent and able to work together with their friends. This study concludes that character education will be effective and give an impact if applied to students and school managers.

Abstract

Global trends including technological advances, social and economic changes require a rapid response from the education system. The year 2045 brings undeniable challenges in terms of global transformation. The aim of this research is to analyze the important role of futuristic pedagogy in overcoming various challenges in 21st century learning to build Indonesia's future golden generation in facing the global megatrend of 2045. This research uses a literature study method to explore the urgency of futuristic pedagogy in shaping the future golden generation Indonesia in facing the 2045 global megatrend. In facing the challenges of the 2045 global megatrend, a futuristic pedagogical approach is crucial for the world of Indonesian education. The integration of technology in learning, the development of 21st century skills, project and simulation-based learning, and differentiated and personalized learning help prepare young people to face the complex dynamics of the future. The teacher's role is key in facilitating the use of technology as an effective learning tool, while encouraging students to develop a deep understanding of an ever-evolving world.

Abstract

Arsip sebagai salah satu sumber informasi harus mudah diakses oleh masyarakat umum, namun demikian, demi menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan fisik arsip, perlu diatur aturan yang dinamis terkait pengamanan dan aksesnya. Sebagai bagian dari program tersebut, Rektor Universitas Padjadjaran menetapkan beberapa peraturan terkait kearsipan, salah satunya adalah Peraturan Rektor Universitas Padjajaran Nomor 16 Tahun 2016 tentang Klasifikasi Keamanan dan Akses Arsip Dinamis di Lingkungan Universitas Padjadjaran. Records Center Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Pemerintahan Universitas Padjadjaran merupakan salah satu unit kearsipan di tingkat fakultas. Sebagai unit kearsipan, Records Center perlu mengimplementasikan kebijakan yang telah diterbitkan oleh universitas dalam pengelolaan arsip di lingkungan  Fisip Unpad, salah satunya yaitu terkait sistem klasifikasi keamanan dan akses arsip. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana pelaksanaan kebijakan sistem klasifikasi keamanan dan arsip di lingkungan Fisip Unpad. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus di lapangan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi di Records Center Fisip Unpad dan wawancara dengan informan. Koordinator dan staf Records Center Fisip Unpad dipilih sebagai informan penelitian dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan klasifikasi keamanan dan akses arsip di Records Center Fisip Unpad sudah berjalan dengan optimal dan sesuai dengan pedoman yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Padjadjaran, tanpa ada kendala yang dirasakan. Implementasi kebijakan ini sangat membantu manajemen arsip di Records Center Fisip Unpad

Abstract

School competitions have the potential to enhance motivation and achievement among primary school students; however, the mechanisms through which competitions catalyze the transformation of Learning Resource Centres (PSB) to strengthen long-term academic culture remain underexplored. The limited literature integrating these three domains necessitates a systematic synthesis. Purpose: To examine systematically how school competitions function as catalysts for PSB revitalization and their influence on academic culture in elementary schools. Method: A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the PRISMA framework, analyzing 50 articles (2018–2024) retrieved from Scopus, ERIC, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and PubMed. The inclusion criteria comprised empirical or conceptual studies that addressed elementary school competitions, PSB roles, and academic culture. Thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns of catalytic effects, integration models, and impacts on academic culture. Principal Results: The review revealed that school competitions frequently stimulate improvements in PSB collections, enhance teacher capacity through targeted training, and increase student engagement with PSB resources. These catalytic processes collectively support the development of a sustainable academic culture in elementary schools. Major Conclusions: Well-designed school competitions can transform PSBs from passive repositories into dynamic learning environments, fostering an enduring culture of academic engagement. Effective implementation requires supportive policies, adequate funding, and integration into daily learning practices. The study extends Activity Theory by illustrating the mechanisms through which competitions act upon the PSB ecosystem and offers a model for policymakers to bridge infrastructure gaps while strengthening academic culture organically.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the archive management system at the Tanjungsari District Office. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this research is the archives section which is managed by the general subdivision head. The results of this study indicate that the archive management and storage system at the Tanjungsari District Office has been carried out quite well. This can be reflected by the availability of a special archive room and several available supporting equipment and equipment such as filing cabinets, maps, boxes, and computers as tools. input data. Even though the management of archives at the Tanjungsari District Office has been going quite well, there is no professional archivist position there yet, so archival matters are under the authority of the general subdivision head. As for the advice given, it is hoped that there will soon be a professional archivist position, so that the management of archives at the Tanjungsari District Office will get better.

Abstract

This study aims to map the themes discussed in the articles in the journal. This study is qualitative with theme-based approach. Data collection methods is text documents analysis. The selected documents were analyzed using ATA (Applied Thematic Analysis). The results showed that IFLA Journal Vol. 46, No. 1, March 2020 edition of the Special Issue: Knowledge Management and Library Innovation in a Changing World contains articles with 8 themes, namely library assignments in knowledge management, knowledge management in academic libraries, library restructuring by applying knowledge management principles, knowledge management in college libraries, problems that occur after the implementation of knowledge management, city library networks based on the concept of knowledge management, knowledge sharing activities within institutions, and the weakening of library functions if they do not apply the concept of knowledge management. The conclusion of this study is that the articles published in the journal have the theme of adapting the principles of knowledge management in academic and city library activities along with constraints to alternative solutions. This journal also provides an overview of the problems that will occur if the library has not implemented knowledge management.

Abstract

Daerah penelitian berada di lokasi sumur pengeboran SMN-1 dan lokasi sumur pengeboran SMN-2 berada di daerah panas bumi Sumani, Kabupaten Solok, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui tipe alterasi bawah permukaan dalam lingkungan sistem panas bumi daerah Sumani. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan deskripsi megaskopis, mikroskopis dananalisis karakterisasi terhadap batuan inti dari sumur SMN-1 (702 meter) dan SMN-2 (428 meter). Dilakukan juga pengukuran suhu pada sumur SMN-1 dan SMN-2 untuk mengetahui anomali gradien geothermal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui jenis-jenis mineral yang terbentuk dalam batuan bawah permukaan dan tipe ubahan serta korelasi zonasi alterasi bawah permukaan. Mineral ubahan yang dijumpai dalam batuan inti sumur SMN-1 terdiri dari; montmorilonit, smektit, sulfat, silika, halit, hematit, oksida vanadium, arsenat, karbonat, zeolit, ilit, pirofilit, klorit, muskovit, dan opal. Mineral ubahan yangterbentuk dalam sumur SMN-2 terdiri dari; kaolinit, montmorilonit, smektit, hematit, posfat, silikat, zeolit dan karbonat. Berdasarkan hasil pengelompokan mineral ubahan yang terbentuk dalam batuan bawah permukaan, sumur SMN-1 didominasi oleh tipe argilik (hingga kedalaman 100 meter) dan tipe propilitik (100-702 meter), sedangkan Sumur SMN-2 merupakan tipe ubahan argilik. Gradien geothermal dari permukaan hingga kedalaman 700 m di sumur SMN-1 menunjukkan ratarata 12,86 o C/100 meter, sedangkan di sumur SMN-2 diperoleh rata-rata 7 derajat C/100 meter.

Abstract

Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki tugas utama mewujudkan Provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai daerah budaya dan tujuan wisata andalan. Dalam mencapai tujuannya, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat menciptakan produk arsip dalam kegiatan sehari-harinya. Pengelolaan Arsip di seluruh Dinas Jawa Barat saat ini sudah menggunakan sebuah aplikasi bernama SIDEBAR (Sistem Informasi Dokumen Elektronik Jawa Barat). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif yang disusun secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penciptaan arsip di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat saat ini semuanya sudah menghasilkan output dalam bentuk file PDF. Kehadiran aplikasi SIDEBAR ini juga memngaruhi cara kerja distribusi arsip di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Distribusi arsip dilakukan secara dua cara yakni internal dan eksternal. Sayangnya, kehadiran aplikasi tersebut tidak menyumbang andil dalam kegiatan penyusutan arsip di Disparbud Jabar. Disparbud Jabar hanya memilah-milah arsip yang akan dilakukan penyusutan dan lalu selanjutnya hanya menyerahkan ke Dispusipda Jabar. Archives Management at the Tourism and Culture Office of West Java Province. The Tourism and Culture Office of West Java Province has the main task of realizing West Java Province as a cultural area and a leading tourist destination. In achieving its goals, the Tourism and Culture Office of West Java Province creates archive products in its daily activities. Archives management in all West Java offices is currently using an application called SIDEBAR (West Java Electronic Document Information System). The research method used in this writing is a qualitative research method that is organized descriptively. The results showed that the archive creation process at the West Java Provincial Tourism and Culture Office currently produces output in the form of PDF files. The presence of the SIDEBAR application also affects the way archives distribution works at the West Java Province Tourism and Culture Office. Archive distribution is carried out in two ways, namely internal and external. Unfortunately, the presence of the application does not contribute to archiving depreciation activities at Disparbud Jabar. Disparbud Jabar only sorts out the archives to be depreciated and then submits them to the West Java Regional Office.

Abstract

Youtube sebagai media sosial umumnya digunakan sebagai sumber informasi bagi masyarakat. Sumber informasi Youtube dapat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi untuk pekerjaan, tugas, atau bahkan hal remeh seperti bermain game. Sebagai sebuah akun youtube yang membuat konten panduan dalam game Genshin Impact, Channel Youtube Ozikoto memberikan informasi-informasi seputar game tersebut. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Channel Youtube Ozikoto terhadap pemenuhan informasi pemain Genshin Impact menggunakan teori media sosial yaitu context, communication, colaboration, dan connection. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah komunitas “Play and Have Fun” dari Channel Youtube Ozikoto sejumlah 621 orang dan didapatkan sampel 87 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa variabel context, communication, colaboration, dan connection memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi. Semakin jelas isi konteks, bentuk komunikasi, semakin banyak kolaborasi yang dilakukan, dan semakin terjaga hubungan yang dilakukan, akan semakin terpenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemain Genshin Impact. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Channel Youtube Ozikoto terhadap kebutuhan informasi pemain Genshin Impact.
