Abstract

Abstrak: Masa remaja merupakan periode perkembangan dimana individu mengalami banyak perubahan di berbagai hal. Perubahan-perubahan tersebut secara langsung dapat mempengaruhi pembentukan sikap dan respon remaja dalam menghadapi persoalan hidup sehari-hari, data di SMA Negeri 8 Malang, dari tahun ke tahun masalah siswa, seperti motivasi belajar cenderung menurun, kesopanan dan tata cara siswa dalam berkomunikasi dengan guru menjadi sorotan. Pendekatan psikoedukasi dengan tema pemberian informasi seputar bagaimana membangun komunikasi efektif pada guru perlu diberikan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi seputar dinamika remaja kepada para guru, dan memberikan pendekatan penyelesaian masalah yang lebih sesuai dengan kondisi dan tahap perkembangan remaja. Psikoedukasi ini diikuti oleh 65 guru dengan metode pemberian ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari psikoedukasi ini diakui oleh para guru dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih terkait dengan kondisi remaja dan bagaimana cara pendekatan yang sesuai, para guru juga menyampaikan bahwa psikoedukasi ini membantu untuk menyusun strategi dan pendekatan pembelajaran di kelas. Abstract: Adolescence is a period of development in which individuals experience many changes in various. These changes can directly affect the formation of adolescent attitudes and responses in dealing with problems of daily life, data in SMA Negeri 8 Malang, from year to year student problems, such as learning motivation tends to decrease, politeness and procedures for students in communicating with teachers in the spotlight. A psychoeducation approach with the theme of providing information about how to build effective communication with teachers needs to be given. This activity aims to provide education around the dynamics of youth to teachers, and provide an approach to solving problems that is more appropriate to the conditions and stages of adolescent development. This psychoeducation was attended by 65 teachers by the method of giving lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. The results of this psychoeducation are recognized by the teachers can provide more understanding related to the condition of adolescents and how to approach accordingly, the teachers also said that this psychoeducation helps to develop strategies and approaches to learning in the classroom.

Abstract

Social skill training aims to lower or reduce the aggressive behavior of children who are in the village UPTD Children Affairs. The method used in this study was a quantitative experimental methods and design of pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest. Analysis of the data in this study used t-test. This study used a total of 11 samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. Means of data collection in this study was the scale of aggressive behavior is a form of translation of the Aggression Questionnaire Western Psychological Services (WPS) Test Report with r = 0.730, and social skills training module which is a form of translation of the Social Skills Training for Adolescents with General Moderate Learning Difficulties. From the results of statistical tests known that social skills training is not effectively used to reduce the aggressive behavior of children who are in the village UPTD Children Affairs.

Abstract

Unwanted pregnancies that occur outside of marriage in adolescents are problematic because they have wider after-effects academically, financially, and socially. The occurrence of unwanted pregnancy outside of marriage is certainly based on a psychological condition such as decision making at the first time an adolescent engages in risky sexual behavior. This study aims to explore cognitive considerations such as what factors are considered for risky sexual acts and also the cognitive process of risky behavior. The participants in this study were three people consisting of one male and two female who were taken by purposive sampling technique. This study used a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach, while the data collection techniques used interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause risky behavior (unwanted pregnancy) are 1) the experience of watching pornographic videos, 2) an environment that is accustomed to promiscuity, and 3) trust and comfort when interacting with partners. While systematic decision-making through several stages does not occur, because the risk behavior of individuals is more dominated by emotional states, memories of previous experiences, and the people around them, so that decision-making is more heuristic.

Abstract

Nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI) adalah menyakiti diri tanpa niatan bunuh diri yang dilakukan individu untuk mengekspresikan tekanan yang dirasakan. Individu dengan riwayat NSSI menginginkan kehidupan yang lebih baik. Koping yang positif sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses berhenti NSSI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami koping yang dilakukan partisipan selama proses berhenti NSSI dan alasan berhenti NSSI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif fenomenologis dengan dua partisipan perempuan dan satu partisipan laki-laki berusia 21–24 tahun yang diperoleh melalui purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi non-partisipan dan wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif. Uji keabsahan data berupa ketekukan pengamatan dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ketiga partisipan memiliki koping yang beragam untuk mendukung proses berhenti NSSI, seperti planning, using instrumental support, self-distraction, using emotional support, denial, religion, positive reframin, dan acceptance. Ketiga partisipan juga memiliki alasan berhenti melakukan NSSI, antara lain karena social support, motivasi diri, dan terselesaikannya sumber masalah. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah diperlukan pengembangan penelitian dengan menggabungkan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, seperti dengan menggunakan instrumen dalam pengumpulan data terkait NSSI. Selain itu, peneliti selanjutnya juga dapat membandingan partisipan dengan latar belakang kepercayaan maupun daerah tertentu untuk mendapatkan esensi dari fenomena yang lebih detail terkait pemaknaan dinamika koping pada penyintas NSSI.

Abstract

Harapan merupakan suatu kognisi positif yang didasari oleh tekad dan perencanaan dalam mencapai tujuan tertentu, dimana tekad serta perencanaan tersebut berorientasi pada tujuan yang berhasil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga orang wanita dewasa berusia 18, 26, dan 35 tahun dengan diagnosis gangguan bipolar tipe II, yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi pribadi dari partisipan mengenai gambaran harapan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa goal partisipan adalah hasil yang penting untuk dicapai, pengalaman untuk menerima diri serta menjadi mindful dan bermanfaat bagi orang lain. Willpower yang dimiliki oleh partisipan dapat muncul dari dalam diri mereka, berupa kesadaran akan kondisi mereka, tetapi juga dapat muncul karena kondisi eksternal, seperti keberadaan orang-orang berharga atau kalimat-kalimat motivasi, apabila terdapat hambatan. Dukungan sosial merupakan bagian penting dalam menjaga willpower agar partisipan tetap dapat mempertahankan dorongan untuk maju dalam mencapai tujuan. Ketiga partisipan juga memiliki waypower untuk mencapai goal yang tidak hanya berupa terapi bersama psikiater, tetapi juga berupa rutinitas sehari-hari seperti bekerja atau sekedar menyiapkan menu masakan, serta sarana untuk melepaskan perasaan dan pikirannya seperti menulis. Hal ini menjadi cara mengatasi atau mencegah kekambuhan yang dapat menghambat pencapaian goal mereka.

Abstract

Abstract: Pre-marital guidance in the Bride and Groom Course is considered not effective in preparing prospective brides, as evidenced by the high number of divorce cases. An innovative breakthrough is needed in helping the prospective bride and groom to be ready and mature to build a household. This study aims to produce a model of pre-marital guidance based on cyber education. The research design adapts the procedural model including determining the problem, planning, designing a product prototype, testing and revising the product. The research subjects were 280 students from universities in the Java region. The test subjects consisted of 2 material experts and 1 learning resource developer expert. The instrument is in the form of a questionnaire for pre-marital guidance material needs as well as a product assessment format. The development of producing pre-marital guidance model products, manifested in the form of Handbooks, Material Books and multimedia, is used for online pre-marital guidance services, through the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) platform. The material expert's assessment resulted in an index of 0.9 in the manual and 1.0 in the material book. Meanwhile, product evaluation by expert learning resource developers averaged 3.8 in the manual format and 3.85 in the pre-marital guidance multimedia. The Cyber ​​Education-based Pre-Marriage Guidance Model fulfills a very high level of acceptance. The pre-marital guidance model is theoretically acceptable through expert testing, so that it can be used in online pre-marital guidance services in tertiary institutions. Abstrak: Bimbingan pra nikah dalam Kursus Calon Pengantin, dinilai belum efektif dalam menyiapkan calon pengantin, dibuktikan masih tingginya kasus perceraian. Diperlukan terobosan inovatif dalam membantu calon pengantin agar siap dan matang membina rumah tangga. Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan model bimbingan pra nikah berbasis cyber education. Desain penelitian mengadaptasi model prosedural meliputi menentukan masalah, merencanakan, mendesain prototype produk, menguji coba dan merevisi produk. Instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk format skala penilaian produk ahli materi dan ahli media. Pengembangan menghasilkan produk model bimbingan pra nikah, diwujudkan dalam bentuk Buku Pedoman, Buku Materi dan multimedia, digunakan untuk layanan bimbingan pra nikah secara daring, melalui platform Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni inter-rater agreement untuk menguji kesepakatan nilai akseptabilitas produk dari para ahli. Model Bimbingan Pra Nikah berbasis Cyber Education memenuhi tingkat keberterimaan yang sangat tinggi. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa Model bimbingan pra nikah berterima secara teoritis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam layanan bimbingan pranikah di perguruan tinggi secara daring.

Abstract

Previous research shows that self-awareness is important for emerging adulthood. Individual knowledge of himself is required, specifically the strength of his character, to increase self-awareness. For this reason, this research shows the role of emerging adulthood character strengths on self-awareness. The research was carried out using a non-experimental quantitative approach with a research design in the form of a survey. Sampling was done using simple random sampling. The measuring instruments used are the Indonesian version of character strength developed by the VIA Institute via the viacharacter.org page formulated by Peterson & Seligman (2004) and the Self-Awareness Outcomes Questionnaire (SAOQ) created by Sutton (2016), which researchers adapted. These two measuring instruments have been proven to be valid and reliable in measuring the selected variables. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms, and a total of 142 participants were used for hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing using a simple linear regression test shows that character strength plays a significant role in predicting emerging adulthood self-awareness with a predictive power of 64 per cent, and the direction of the relationship between the two is in the same direction. This means that the higher the strength of character, the greater the self-awareness. Thus, it is known that the true potential of emerging adulthood can be maximized if individuals are aware of their character strengths. This is because character strength can be an element in self-exploration and self-understanding. Research suggestions are attached.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and emotional regulation on the resilience of health workers who work during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Purwosari Health Center, Pasuruan Regency. The measuring tool used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of three adaptation scales. The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, consisting of 12 items, was used to measure social support variables, while the Difficulty in Emotion Regulation Scale-16 was used to measure emotion regulation variables, and The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, consisting of 25 items, was used to measure resilience variables. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using simple linear and multiple linear correlations. The study results show a significant relationship between social support and emotional regulation on the resilience of health workers working during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and resilience in survivors of sexual violence in East Java. This research uses a quantitative method with the criteria being that respondents are survivors of sexual violence, whether male or female, aged 18‒25 years, domiciled in East Java, have experienced sexual violence, and have not currently experienced such an incident. The measuring instrument used in this research consists of an adapted results scale. Emotion regulation was measured using The Difficulty in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) from Gratz and Roemer (2004) with 33 items, and the resilience variable was measured using the resilience scale by Reivich and Shatté (2002) with 52 items with 103 respondents. The study findings indicate a significant and positive correlation (with a coefficient of 0.404) between emotional regulation and resilience in individuals who have survived sexual violence. In simpler terms, as emotional regulation improves, resilience also increases; conversely, if emotional regulation decreases, so does resilience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang melibatkan seratus orang ibu bekerja. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian terdiri atas tiga, yaitu: (1) skala self-compassion yang diadaptasi oleh Sugianto et al. (2020) yang memiliki reliabilitas 0,872; (2) skala regulasi emosi, yakni Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ) yang di adaptasi oleh Prastuti et al. (2020) yang memiliki reliabilitas 0,92; dan (3) skala kesejahteraan psikologis menggunakan skala psychological well-being milik Ryff & Singer yang diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Eva et al. (2020) dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,856. Dari hasil analisis regresi liner berganda, diketahui bahwa regulasi diri dan self-compassion tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada ibu bekerja (F sama dengan 2,477; signifikansi sebesar p lebih dari sama dengan 0,089, p lebih dari 0,01).
