<![CDATA[Studi eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi (1) pengaruh Pendekatan Saintifik terhadap kompetensi membaca komprehensif siswa dan (2) pengaruh Pendekatan Saintifik terhadap kompetensi membaca komprehensif siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi dan rendah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 138 siswa kelas VIII di SMP Pancasila Canggu pada tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Dari jumlah populasi tersebut, 60 siswa dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik sampel acak. Untuk melakukan penelitian ini, desain penelitian faktorial 2x2 digunakan. Data kompetensi membaca komprehensif dan berpikir kritis siswa dikumpulkan dengan tes pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis varians satu jalur (ANAVA A). Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Pendekatan Saintifik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kompetensi membaca komprehensif siswa dan (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam kompetensi membaca antara siswa siswa yang memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis tinggi dan rendah yang diajar dengan Scientific Approach.

Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, keterampilan berpikir kritis, kompetensi membaca This experimental research aims at investigating (1) the effect of Scientific Approach on students reading competency and (2) the effect of Scientific Approach on students’ reading competency between high critical thinking students and low critical thinking students. The population of this research was 138 eighth graders of SMP Pancasila Canggu in the academic year 2015/2016. From the population, 60 students were selected as sample through random sampling. To do this research, 2x2 factorial design was applied. Data of students’ reading competency and critical thinking were collected through multiple choice type test. The acquired data were analyzed statistically by One Way Analysis of Variance (One Way ANOVA) . The results of this research are : (1) Scientific Approach affects significantly on students’ reading competency and (2) there is a significant effect on reading competency between high critical thinking students who are treated by using Scientific Approach and low critical thinking treated by using Scientific Approach.

<![CDATA[This experimental study aims at investigating the effect of scientific approach and achievement motivation upon speaking competency of ninth graders of SMP Pancasila Canggu in the academic year 2017/2018. This research applied 2x2 factorial design. Sixty students were selected as sample through random sampling. Data of students? speaking and achievement motivation were collected by using multiple choice tests. The acquired data were analyzed statistically by Two Way Analysis of Variance (Two Way ANOVA) and Tukey test to know the interaction effect at 5% significance level. This research discovered that 1) Scientific Approach affects significantly on students? speaking competency, 2) there is a significant interaction effect of teaching strategy and achievement motivation on students speaking competency, 3) Scientific Approach affects significantly on the high motivation students? speaking competency, and 4) Conventional Strategy affects significantly on the low motivation students? speaking competency.]]>

<![CDATA[The condition that occurs in the classroom is that students are afraid of English. Students feel that learning English is difficult to memorize. Students have learning difficulties because the teacher does not apply a suitable learning model for students. This causes students to feel bored in learning and has an impact on students' low English skills. The purpose of this study is to analyze the shadowing technique in learning English for students. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were 17 students. There are four main parts of classroom action research, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The study results are the average value, from 73.2 in the first cycle to 76.0 in the second cycle. The percentage of students who passed the KKM also increased from 59% to 78%. Listening skills improve after the application of shadowing techniques. The key is that the application of shadowing techniques can improve students' listening. This research implies that teachers can apply shadowing techniques in the classroom. The application of shadowing techniques can create a fun learning atmosphere for students to improve students' listening skills.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see and analysis the influence of leadership on and job satisfaction, as well as to measure the role of communication as a mediating variable for the influence of leadership on job satisfaction in a villa business in Bali. The population of this research is all employees who work in the villa business in Bali. This study collected data using a questionnaire with accidental sampling method involving 109 employees at a villa business in Bali as respondents. To determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable and the role of the mediating variable, this study analyzed the data using a path analysis approach with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 21 program. Meanwhile, to measure the role of the mediating variable using the variance accounted for (VAF) method. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on communication and job satisfaction, communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and communication is proven to be a partial mediator of the influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction in the villa business in Bali]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara empowering leadership, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja koperasi, serta menguji peran komitmen organisasi sebagai pemediasi hubungan antara empowering leadership dan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja koperasi. Untuk itu, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh koperasi yang masih aktif di Kecamatan Klungkung yang berjumlah 132 unit koperasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode structural equation model (SEM) berbasis partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa empowering leadership, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja koperasi. Selain itu, budaya organisasi juga memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan komitmen organisasi. Akan tetapi, empowering leadership tidak terbukti memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan komitmen organisasi. Hasil lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi tidak terbukti sebagai pemediasi hubungan empowering leadership dengan kinerja koperasi. Akan tetapi, komitmen organisasi terbukti sebagai pemediasi hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja koperasi.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the economy in Indonesia cannot be separated from the participation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), while the form of interaction between SMEs is seen by their participation as providers of employment and their contribution to gross domestic product. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product innovation, process innovation, and management innovation on performance. Measuring the effect of innovation on performance and which indicator variables have an effect on performance. This study used a quantitative approach by involving 262 SMEs as a sample. The multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS 21 program were used to answer the hypothesis. The results obtained are product innovation that has a significant positive effect on performance, process innovation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance and management innovation has a significant negative effect on performance. The magnitude of the influence of the variable product innovation, innovation process, and management innovation on performance is still in a low category of 5.6% and the innovation variable has a dominant effect on the performance of SMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of loan amount and loan interest rate on LPD income in Bongkasa traditional village. The dependent variable in this study is income (Y), while the independent variable in thisstudy is the amount of loans (X1), the interest rate on loans (X2). The population of this study were customers of the Bongkasa traditional village LPD. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 119 LPD customers in Bongkasa Traditional Village. The research method used is quantitative research with data analysis using multiple regression analysis processed with the SPSS 22 statistical program. The results of the analysis show the regression model Y = a + b1 X1 + b2 X 2 Y = 6.500 + 0.258X1 + 0.801X2. The conclusions obtained are partially. When viewed from the variable coefficient of Loan Amount (X1), Loan Interest Rate (X2). has a positive and significant influence on LPD Income in the Bongkasa Adat village with a significance value of the amount of loans of 0.258, and the Loan Interest Rate of 0.801 has a significant positive effect on LPD Income in the Bongkasa Adat village. The amount of influence of the amount of loans, and the loan interest rate on LPD income in the Bongkasa traditional village is 70.3% and the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of company size, capital structure and dividend policy on company value listed on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population of this research is 68 companies listed on the LQ45 index in 2015 - 2019. The sample consisted of 25 companies, with a total of 125 observations. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test. The results of this research indicate that company size has a positive and significant effect on the value of companies listed on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on the value of companies listed on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019, and dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on company value listed on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.]]>

<![CDATA[Audit quality is the implementation of audits in accordance with standards so that the auditor is able to carry out the duties and responsibilities of an auditor's profession. The rise of financial scandals that occur affects the confidence of users of financial statements and causes a decline in audit quality. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence that competence, independence, auditor professionalism, work experience, dysfunctional behavior and organizational commitment can affect audit quality. The population of this research is all auditors who work in Public Accounting Firms in Bali. Sampling technique using Porposive Sampling. The sample used in this study were 62 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion obtained is that competence has a positive and significant effect on audit quality, independence has a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Auditor professionalism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Dysfunctional behavior has a negative and significant effect on audit quality. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on audit quality.]]>
