Abstract

Di saat Pademi Covid 19 yang belum selesai, yang menimbulkan beberapa dampak yang luar biasa, salah satunya diantaranya di sektor pendidikan yaitu kurangnya minat siswa siswa SMA untuk melanjutkan pendidikannya ke jenjang lebih tinggi atau ke perguruan tinggi. Adapun beberapa alasannya adalah karena keterbatasan biaya dan waktu serta dalam keseharian juga banyak siswa yang harus mencari penghasilan dalam membantu orang tua memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Oleh karena itu program pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan meningkatkan motivasi para siswa untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan lebih tinggi dengan meneruskan kuliah di perguruan tinggi dalam mengapai masa depan yang lebih baik kedepannya. Dalam pengabdian ini target luaran yang dicapai yaitu artikel yang dipublikasikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan penyuluhan materi pembekalan dan motivasi serta dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab demi meningkatkan minat kuliah siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palang. Kegiatan Ini dilaksanakan secara langsung dengan mengedepankan Protokol Kesehatan.

Abstract

Community Service is one of the Tri dharmas of Higher Education to be one of the accesses to achieve this vision. The community in Banjaragung Village was chosen as a partner to introduce Health Tea drinks made from pure spices. Through this activity, the author hopes to be able to carry out the mission to realize the learning process in the field of creative economic entrepreneurship with qualities that are relevant to the needs of today's society. Spices and especially sappan wood in Banjaragung Village have not been processed properly and lacked innovation. Considering that today's society needs drinks and food that can increase the body's immune system with spices, community service is made to make training to process secang wood and spices such as red ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon and tea leaves into products that are quickly consumed. by making health tea bags. Secang wood plant or the Latin nameCaesalpinia sappan is one type of spice that can be used for its woody stems or fruit. The components of bioactive compounds contained inwood, namely brazilian, brazilein, 3'-O-methyl braziline, sappansappan, chalcone, sappancalchone are known as antioxidants. Research on sappan wood as an antioxidant and can be used as a natural dye has been a lot. The counseling carried out is expected to provide insight to the community in Banjaragung Village about how to make Health Tea drinks so that they can help improve the economic level of the community.

Abstract

Tuban Regency, especially Panyuran area, is the largest producer of Palm (Siwalan) fruit in Tuban. However, Siwalan fruit is less popular because it rots easily and how to consume it is difficult. For this reason, innovation is developed and introduces it to the public how to consume Siwalan fruit which is practical and in demand, one of which is by processing it into jelly candy. With this innovation, food security can last approximately 1 month without preservatives. This siwalan jelly candy is made with natural ingredients and attractive colors, so that it can increase the interest in public consumption, especially children, which has an impact on creating business opportunities to improve the community's economy.

Abstract

The current era of digitalization makes people shop without using cash, this can then be related to the convenience factor that can encourage consumers to behave impulsively when shopping or without planning. At the same time consumers are also faced with a situation of ability to self control, for example when they see a new product discount and so on. Such a buying process without planning or suddenly without thinking about the benefits and functions of the item or often called impulsive buying. Another factor that can encourage is the ease of transaction. The sample was taken on students, the analysis tool used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that self-control and ease of transaction affect the tendency to buy impulsively. Therefore it is important that in the future research is carried out on all factors that stimulate impulsive tendencies both externally and internally to consumers.

Abstract

The determinant factor in improving employee performance in the face of competition is the human resource factor. All service organizations will face particular in the service or service sector. Likewise with Nadhlatul Ulama Tuban Hospital in maintaining its existence amid service competition with other hospitals against the community in Tuban Regency. The most appropriate way to test the performance results is to do research. The purpose of this study is to understand human resource management strategies in improving the performance of its employees. The research results showed data processing of factors can affect employee performance. It called individual factors, psychology and company. The value of spirit in RSNU Tuban is also quite influential on the strategy of improving the performance of its employees, because all forms of action taken are not independent of the value of the organization's struggle established and presented amid the community. The results of processing research data are IFAS (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary) value found 3.45 and EFAS (External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary)value found 2.99. so it can be concluded that employee performance improvement strategy through improved human resource management can improve performance in the RSNU and be in the category of satisfactory.

Abstract

Work productivity is very important to achieve company goals optimally. One way is to provide motivation and job satisfaction. Motivated employees work with enthusiasm, so that job satisfaction is achieved and employee work productivity increases. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on work productivity of employees of PT. Amanah Sang Surya Tuban and find out which variables have the greatest influence on employee productivity. This type of research is quantitative research using anassociative approach. from linearity test and normality test, partial regression test (t-test) and simultaneous regression test (F-test). Based on testing using a simultaneous linear regression test between work motivation and work productivity, job satisfaction, From this it can be concluded that work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect work productivity at PT. Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan menempati posisi sentral sekaligus krusial di alam semesta ini. Tidak hanya dalam konteks tataran epistemologis, tapi juga dituangkan dalam teks kitab suci agama manapun tentang urgensinya manusia berilmu menggunakan akal fikirannya. Hal ini bisa disebut merupakan suatu suatu pengejah-wantaan dari konsepsi ontologis yang dimanifestasikan dalam bentuk praksis berfikir. Oleh karena itu, ilmu tidak bisa dari suatu institusi milik golongan tertentu, khususnya kaum aristokrasi (ilmuwan), tapi para aktivitas manusia dimuka bumi mempunyai tanggungjawab yang sama terutama untuk mengetahui diri dan alam sekitarnya. Atas kesadaran ini bahwa hakikat ilmu pengetahuan itu inovasi berupa pengetahuan akan teknologi dan informasi, maka sepantasnya piranti ini mampu menyelamatkan bumi dalam keberlanjutannya bukan justru malah mebahayakan masa depan penghuninya. Kesemuanya stack holder penghuni planet bumi merupakan satu rangkaian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam peranannya memenuhi kebutuhan kehidupannya. Sedangkan teknologi hanyalah alat piranti untuk memudahkan memenuhi kebutuhan bahkan keinginannya. Pada titik ini, khususnya ilmuwan mempunyai tanggungjawab peran yang lebih vital dalam berkonstribusi terhadap sesuatu yang bernilai dan pada ranah ini masuk wilayah aksiologis yang didalamnya terdapat masyarakat global yang saling terikat dan tidak bersekat sebagai subyek maupun objek yang riil baik secara nyata materi maupun immateri. Pola relasi tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengkonstruksi mind set absolute relation yang kongkrit baik secara implicit maupun eksplisit bagi manusia dalam membangun perdabannya dengan peradaban ilmu pengetahuan. Abstract

Saat ini keberlanjutan dalam pengembangan pariwisata berbasis desa menjadi sangat penting, sehingga mampu menjadikan desa wisata baik dari segi daya tarik juga dari dampak positif ekonomi, lingkungan dan dampak sosial bagi masyarakat. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi pada pengelola desa wisata mitra adalah pengetahuan kewirausahan para pengelola masih minim sehingga belum percaya diri dalam mengembangkan potensi wisata desanya, pemasaran masih konvensional dari mulut kemulut, kemampuan berinovasi warga masih rendah, dan pendapatan warga berbasis kewirausahaan masih rendah. Metode penyelesaian masalah adalah dengan metode pelatihan perbaikan pada proses berinovasi atas potensi wisata desa dengan penyuluhan model inovasi dengan ketrampilan design thinking, pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis internet of think (digitalisasi pemasaran). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah setelah dilakukan tahapan pelatihan dihasilakan bahwa peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan akan bisa menerapkan metode design thingking, dapat menerapkan pengembangan wisata yang berbasis internet of think, dan mampu memvalidasi produk wisata yang layak jual. Demikian juga kompetensi lain dalam melakukan manajemen usaha sangat baik. Dengan demikian pelatihan-pelatihan metode design thinking yang telah dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi Paguyuban Kelompok Sadar Wisata untuk kesejahteraan berbasis wisata di Kabupaten Gresik

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Terate Palang Tuban. The population or subjects in this research are KSPPS BMT Terate Palang Tuban customers for the last three years with a population of 2,510 customers. The sample used was 96 respondents using random sampling technique. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire was measured using a Likert scale. The testing technique uses the Validation and Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test), Hypothesis Test which is analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Determinant Coefficient or R test. The research results show that the instrument test results for all variables are valid and reliable. Likewise, all data fulfills classical assumptions. The final results show that there is a positive and significant influence between service and promotion on customer satisfaction. Based on the partial test (t test) shows that the service quality variable has a partial positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The promotion variable shows that there is a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the simultaneous test of service quality and promotion, there is a joint influence on customer satisfaction. From these results, all the hypothesized variable relationship arguments are accepted. These results provide input to the bank that service and promotion should be instruments in increasing customer satisfactionKey words: service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research is motivated by customer satisfaction with the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction in 2022. The aim of this research is to find out the estimated number (WILLINGNES TO PAY) of visitors for the level of customer satisfaction with the objects provided by the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction and to find out the factors. what influences the value of visitors' willingness to pay WTP for the level of customer satisfaction with the objects provided by Maharani Zoo & Cave tourism in Paciran District, Lamongan Regency in 2022. This research uses the (WILLINGNES TO PAY) method. The data collection technique used by the researcher was observing, then conducting interviews with several visitors. The results of the research. The average cost that visitors to Maharani Zoo&Goa are willing to pay (WTP) is IDR 37,450.00 with 54% very satisfied and 39% satisfied and 7% dissatisfied and the average satisfaction of visitors at Maharani Zoo&Goa is 2.47%. This means that most respondents who are visitors to the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction are willing to pay that amount for visitor satisfaction with the objects at the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction. Based on the test results, it shows that the income variable (X2) has a significant effect on the willingness to pay (WTP) of visitors to the Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist attraction because the p value is <0.1 (α=10%) with a calculated margin effect (ME) value of 3.2% , if the income level is sufficient then WTP will increase by 0.032 or 3.2%. This means that the higher the respondent's income, the greater their willingness to pay (WTP). Meanwhile, variables that are not significant to the willingness to pay (WTP) of Maharani Zoo&Goa tourist visitors are age (X1), education (X3), number of family members (X4) and travel satisfaction (X5). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap objek wisata maharani zoo&goa pada tahun 2022. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa estimasi dari besarnya (WILLINGNES TO PAY) pengunjung untuk tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap objek yang di berikan oleh wisata maharani zoo&goa dan Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi besarnya nilai kesediaan membayar WTP pengunjung untuk tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap objek yang diberikan oleh wisata maharani zoo&goa Di Kecamatan Paciran, Kabupaten Lamongan Pada Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunkan Metode (WILLINGNES TO PAY). Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu melakukan observasi, lalu kemudian melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa pengunjung. Hasil dari penelitian Rata-rata biaya yang bersedia dibayarkan willingness to pay (WTP) oleh pengunjung wisata maharani zoo&goa adalah Rp 37.450.00 dengan 54% sangat puas dan 39% puas dan 7% tidak puas dan rata-rata kepuasan pengunjung di maharani zoo&goa adalah 2,47%. Artinya kebanyakan responden pengunjung wisata maharani zoo&goa bersedia membayar sebesar nilai itu untuk kepuasan pengunjung terhadap objek di wisata maharani zoo&goa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa variabel pendapatan (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap willingnes to pay (WTP) pengunjung wisata maharani zoo&goa karena p value < 0,1 (α=10%) dengan nilai hasil perhitungan margin effect (ME) 3,2%, jika tingkat pendapatan merasa cukup maka WTP akan meningkat sebesar 0,032 atau 3,2%. Hal tersebut berarti jika semakin tinggi pendapatan responden maka willingnes to pay (WTP) akan semakin besar. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak signifikan terhadap willingnes to pay (WTP) pengunjung wisata maharani zoo&goa adalah Usia(X1), pendidikan(X3), jumlah anggota keluarga(X4) dan kepuasan berwisata(X5).
