Abstract

RA is an educational institution for young children in the Cikarang Timur sub-district, Bekasi district, with a total of 17 institutions with 44 people, approximately 90% of whom still use classical learning models and utilize student worksheets in the learning process. From this, the idea emerged to provide training and assistance to teachers. -teacher Ra to increase teacher competence in management, especially in implementing a learning-centred model. This study used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation of activities using observation instrument guidelines and interviews with teachers using instrument guidelines and documentation. This research was carried out on March 11, 2023, to March 17, 2023, with details of one day of activities used for training and 5 days used for mentoring. in training and mentoring activities for 44 teachers for 17 institutions in RA Cikarang Timur Bekasi district, the results obtained from this study indicate that training And mentoring are very effective in increasing teachers' abilities in classroom management to create meaningful and enjoyable learning to create quality early childhood education.

Abstract

Early childhood has different early characteristics and abilities, so learning is needed that can optimize various aspects of development according to their abilities and characteristics. So teachers are needed who are able to create a fun and child-centered learning atmosphere. There are still many early childhood teachers in the North Tambun area, Bekasi Regency who use conventional learning. So far, teaching and learning activities are still teacher-centered, pursuing material completion targets, and leaving aside fun and child-centered learning. One of the efforts to provide knowledge and insight and improve the skills of early childhood teachers in the North Tambun area of Bekasi Regency in creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, researchers conducted research in the area by holding workshops and mentoring activities. This activity is also expected to motivate early childhood teachers to be able to apply the knowledge gained into daily learning activities.  This workshop will be held on October 21-28, 2023 at TK Penguin Family Islamic School 02 Tambun Utara, Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. Then continued with mentoring at 10 institutions on October 22-27, 2023. The method that researchers use is Classroom Action research which is carried out in one cycle. The results obtained, teachers are able to apply the Project Based Learning Model  in learning activities. This is based on the increase in the average pre-test results  compared to post-test. This situation can be used as a benchmark that there has been an increase in the competence capacity of early childhood educators who become trainees from before and after attending the training. These results can be input for various stakeholders,

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencermati upaya menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme anak usia dini melalui kegiatan bermain dengan menggunakan media Lapbook. Penelitian dilakukan di homeschooling Adiba Palembang, selama kurun waktu 3 bulan, yakni bulan September-Desember 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskritif. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui tiga model, yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berikutnya agar data yang diperoleh memiliki keabsahan dan memiliki derajad kepercayaan, maka peneliti menggunakan dua teknik, yakni ketekunan pengamatan dan trianggulasi data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Miles and Huberman yang terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bermain menggunakan media Lapbook dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana untuk menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme anak usia dini. Hal tersebut diantaranya tercermin dari sikap kemandirian, toleransi, saling menghargai, budaya antri, serta perasaan menjadi bagian dari sejarah ke-Indonesiaan

Abstract

Early childhood children are very interested in creative and unique learning media. Teacher creativity in this matter is really needed. It is hoped that the importance of creative play in children can be fulfilled through school. However, in reality teachers are still fixated on the curriculum prepared by the government but there is a lack of development in learning applications. Apart from that, the facilities provided by schools to create creative learning media are still limited. The aim of holding this training is to develop the potential and creativity of teachers so that learning at school becomes interesting. This training was carried out at the Creative Center Building, Purwakarta Regency on 11 May 2024 and in Tegalwaru District, Purwakarta Regency on 18 May 2024. The results obtained by educators can be applied through creative play in learning activities. Based on the results obtained, it is known that the average pre-test result is 70. Meanwhile, the average post-test result is 87. Thus, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the competency capacity of training participants before and after participating in the training by 17%. These results are input for various stakeholders, especially intuitions that oversee the institutions that are training participants in this program.

Abstract

Significant challenges in developing the quality of early childhood education (PAUD) in the Gugus Teratai, Jatisampurna District, Bekasi, were identified through several gaps in teachers' ability to design a comprehensive and contextualized Education Unit Curriculum (EUP). Initial studies revealed that 78% of 24 teachers spread across 18 PAUD units had difficulty in developing a curriculum according to the characteristics of their respective institutions. In order to overcome these problems, Community Service (PKM) activitiy was carried out in the form of workshops and assistance in preparing the Education Unit Curriculum in early November, 2024. Activities were designed systematically with a practical and collaborative approach using interactive workshop methods, observation, and direct assistance. The Success evaluation of the program was carried out through pre and post-test instruments. The analysis results showed a significant increase in teacher competence, with an average score increasing from 52,92 to 93,12, indicating an increase in ability of 75,98%. The majority of participants achieved the expected level of competency in curriculum design. The success of this program is not only measured by the increase in scores, but also by the practical ability of participants to develop a curriculum that is in line with the characteristics of PAUD institutions. Therefore, this activity povides a positive contribution in improving the quality of curriculum management and professional development of PAUD teachers in its region.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the ability of PAUD teachers to implement the Independent Curriculum at Duren Sawit 02 Pondok Bambu State Kindergarten, over a period of 3 months, namely September-December 2023. Based on its type, this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection method in this research uses three models: interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained is valid and has a degree of trust, so researchers use two techniques: diligent observation and data triangulation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman method which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that teachers have been able to implement the Independent Curriculum by implementing project-based learning, formative assessments, summative assessments, portfolios and performance-based assessments, as well as creating teaching modules that suit children's interests and talents well.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya pemanfaatan loose parts untuk mengembangkan motorik halus dan kreativitas anak di TK Al Azhar 6 Jakarta Timur. Selain itu, peran guru dalam mengarahkan penggunaan loose parts secara efektif masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pemanfaatan loosepart dalam pengembangan kreativitas motorik halus anak usia dini di TK Al Azhar 6 Jakarta Timur selama kurun waktu 3 bulan, yakni dari bulan Februari-Juli 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data pada penellitian ini melalui tiga model, yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berikutnya agar yang diperoleh memiliki keabsahan dan memiliki derajat kepercayaan, maka peneliti menggunakan dua Teknik, yakni ketekunan pengamatan, menggunakan referensi, member cek dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yang terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pemanfaatan loosepart dalam pengembangan kreativitas motorik halus anak memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap kreativitas anak, dengan penggunaan media ini anak sangat aktif, semangat dan antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari proses kegiatan belajar anak yaitu mulai dari guru menjelasakan materi, menyaksikan video sesuai tema, anak diminta untuk membuat bentuk dari bahan-bahan loosepart sesuai tema yang sedang dibahas pada hari itu, kemudian anak diminta untuk menceritakan di depan kelas tentang apa yang sudah dibuatnya. Hasilnya, terlihat kreativitas anak mencipta sesuatu dari bahan loosepart dan rasa percaya diri anak yang berani tampil di depan kelas untuk bercerita. Berdasarkan peningkatan tersebut, maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan loosepart dapat mengembangkan kreativitas motorik halus anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media kartu bergambar dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan pra membaca anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Fathatunnisa Kota Bogor, selama kurun waktu dua bulan yakni Mei-Juni 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui tiga model yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles and Huberman yang terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kartu bergambar di RA Fathatunnisa melalui tahapan perencanaan dan langkah-langkah yang sudah disiapkan. Penggunaannya bisa di dalam Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) atau diluar KBM. Dampaknya positif terhadap kemampuan pra membaca anak. Hal tersebut diantaranya terlihat dari sebagian besar anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Fathatunnisa lancar membaca buku cerita, bertambah kosa katanya dan dapat merangkai kata menjadi kalimat. Selain itu muncul minat dan semangat untuk belajar membaca.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of early childhood stimulation so that it can be given for fine motor development in early childhood aged 4-5 years which is given through tracing activities. The research begins in July - December 2022 in the learning process in semester one, where the research is at Mutia 4 Cengkareng Islamic Kindergarten, West Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with narrative methods. Stimulation for early childhood is very important for optimizing children's development, one of which is fine motor aspects. Activities carried out in the development of fine motor aspects are tracing activities. The results of this study obtained an illustration that tracing in Mutia 4 Cengkareng Islamic Kindergarten was done with joy, where the tracing process was carried out well by students of Mutia 4 Cengkareng Islamic Kindergarten, out of 26 children there were 20 students who were able to trace with very good development results (BSB), 3 students wanted to carry out tracing activities with the results developing according to expectations (BSH) and 3 students had problems participating in copying activities with results starting to appear (MM) due to factors not being interested in participating in tracing activities. This will also affect the readiness of the child in maximizing the movements of the wrists, fingers, and coordination of eye functions, so that in the next stage the child is able to coordinate movements of the wrists and fingers, as well as eye coordination movements properly and even sustainably until at the drawing and writing stage.

Abstract

Bagi pendidik kehadiran Deep Learning atau Pembelajaran Mendalam membawa tantangan baru yang tidak bisa diabaikan, baik aspek pedagogi, adaptasi teknologi, maupun peran mereka dalam dunia pendidikan. Hasil observasi awal di beberapa PAUD di wilayah Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah 1 Jakarta Pusat menunjukkan masih adanya yang belum memiliki pemahaman tentang konsep Deep Learning atau Pembelajaran Mendalam dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka. Kondisi tersebut menjadi semakin mendesak mengingat lingkungan perkotaan dengan dinamika sosial, ekonomi, dan teknologi yang berkembang pesat membutuhkan pendidik yang adaptif terhadap perubahan. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) hadir menjawab kebutuhan tersebut melalui Pelatihan dan Pendampingan dalam mengimplementasikan Deep Learning sesuai Kurikulum Merdeka. PKM diselenggarakan di TK Negeri Tegal, Jakarta Pusat. Waktu pelaksanaan 11-25 April 2025.  PKM diikuti oleh 12 lembaga PAUD terdiri 8 TK Negeri, 4 TK Swasta, dengan jumlah peserta 22 orang. PKM dilaksanakan secara offline dan online.  Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes (pre & post test). Hasil analisis menunjukkan pre test 81,13 dan post test 94,77, maka peningkatan hasil adalah 16,64 point setara dengan peningkatan sebesar 14 %. Kesuksesan program ini tidak sekadar terukur dari peningkatan skor namun diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam pengembangan Deep Learning atau Pembelajaran Mendalam bagi pendidik PAUD yang adaptif dengan konteks lingkungan perkotaan, sekaligus membuka wawasan baru tentang Implementasi praktik.
