Abstract

Perkembangan di era digital yang begitu pesat menuntut kemampuan digital yang juga memadai. Pada bidang pendidikan, kemampuan digital diperlukan untuk mengubah sistem pembelajaran konvensional dengan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membantu untuk mengubah sistem pembelajaran, oleh karena itu guru dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan literasi digital yang memadai. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dosen-dosen prodi manajemen pendidikan yakni melalui kegiatan pelatihan berupa pengenalan dan pemanfaatan web literasi digital, web pembuat video, serta pendampingan dan terakhir yaitu evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup tiga langkah yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan focus group discussion (FGD). Adapun pihak-pihak yang terkait yang pertama yaitu Kepala suku dinas pendidikan jakarta timur sebagai mitra yang memberikan kewenangan dan perizinan kegiatan. Kedua, Pengawas dan kepala sekolah yang memiliki tugas dan fungsi sebagai pembina para guru di wilayah binaannya. Ketiga, guru-guru di kecamatan Pulo Gadung dan Duren Sawit Kota Jakarta Timur. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan kemampuan baru tentang kecakapan digital, ditunjukkan dengan peserta mampu mempraktekan tahap-tahap dalam memanfaatkan web literasi digital dan web pembuat video. Kemudian peserta juga mendapatkan pendampingan pasca pelatihan secara intensif melalui grup whatsapp dan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi para peserta menyatakan bahwa web literasi digital dan web pembuat video ini penting dan relevan terutama pada masa perkembangan teknologi saat ini dan juga ditengah masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The greatest way to learn, according to Surah An Nahl verse 125, is to read up on three distinct learning strategies: Bil hikmah (wise), Mauidhotul Hasanah (great instruction), and Jaadilhum Billati Hiya Ahsan (denying it in a constructive way). When presenting truth, wisdom takes into account the listener's situation as well as the current environment and is grounded in reason and science. Virtue is emphasized while vice is forbidden in the practice of mau'idhah hasanah. Jidal is an effort between two people to share ideas and come to a decision without any animosity toward one another.

Abstract

This article investigates disparities in access to mental health services between urban and rural communities in Indonesia. By analyzing data on service availability, utilization, and barriers to access, the study highlights factors that contribute to unequal mental health support. Findings reveal that rural populations face greater challenges in accessing mental health care, primarily due to a lack of facilities, shortage of mental health professionals, and limited awareness. The results underscore the need for policies that address these geographic health disparities and promote equitable access to mental health services.

Abstract

This research aims to identify forms of errors and fraud that occur in regional financial management and analyze the impact on accountability and transparency. This research uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method to select relevant literature which includes scientific journals, books, articles and other academic documents. The data collection process is carried out through databases such as Google Scholar and ResearchGate. This research focuses on financial management errors, such as calculation errors, delays in proof of transactions, and non-compliance with accounting standards which often occur due to weak internal controls. In addition, fraud that occurs in the form of misuse of funds and manipulation of financial reports is influenced by factors such as pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The impact of errors and fraud is very broad, not only causing financial losses, but also reducing the quality of public services, worsening public trust, and disrupting the sustainability of regional development. This research suggests the importance of improving the supervision system, increasing transparency, and optimizing regional financial management to prevent errors and fraud. Thus, this research provides insight into improving regional financial governance in order to achieve community welfare.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran solvabilitas, laba akuntansi, dan profitabilitas dalam meningkatkan harga saham perusahaan. Melalui pendekatan literature review. Solvabilitas sebagai indikator kemampuan perusahaan memenuhi kewajiban jangka panjang, laba akuntansi sebagai indikator kinerja keuangan, dan profitabilitas sebagai ukuran efisiensi operasional, secara teoritis memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan harga saham. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review dengan mengkaji jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan penelitian terkait topik yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa solvabilitas, laba akuntansi, dan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pergerakan harga saham, dengan catatan bahwa konteks industri dan kondisi ekonomi makro turut memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan teori keuangan dan manajemen strategis, serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dan investor dalam mengambil keputusan strategis

Abstract

Stocks are a popular investment instrument among the public due to their high return potential. To aid investors in selecting suitable stocks, various stock indices serve as benchmarks to assess stock performance. One notable index for its solid performance is the MNC 36 index, which comprises 36 selected stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study builds upon prior research by focusing on fundamental and technical analyses of companies in the MNC 36 index. Fundamental analysis calculates financial ratios including the current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, ROA, and ROE, while technical analysis uses time series methods such as moving average, exponential smoothing, and ECM to identify the best forecasting model. The analysis process begins with assessing risk and return, followed by clustering companies through random sampling. From the three clusters formed, one with the best financial ratios is selected, with the top-performing company in this cluster undergoing further analysis. Fundamental analysis results indicate minimal variation in ROA and ROE ratios among MNC 36 companies, with ICBP identified as the top stock in the selected cluster. Technical analysis, using single exponential smoothing with an alpha of 0.7, is the most accurate for forecasting ICBP’s stock price, yielding the lowest MAPE, MAD, and MSD values. Additionally, ECM analysis reveals both short-term and long-term relationships between ICBP’s stock price and external variables such as the dollar index, trade balance, and U.S. wheat prices, supported by IIDN tests meeting criteria for normality, identity, and independence.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teacher professionalism in classroom management as a determining factor of effective learning. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through interviews and observations at SMAN 2 Tambang, SMAN 1 Tambang, and SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. The findings reveal that professional teachers not only possess pedagogical competence but also demonstrate reflective attitudes, responsiveness to student needs, and the ability to create enjoyable and interactive learning environments. Professional teachers design flexible and adaptive lessons, provide constructive feedback, and routinely engage in self-evaluation. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening teacher professionalism as the foundation for meaningful and high-quality learning processes. Therefore, continuous development of teacher professional competence should be encouraged to achieve holistic educational goals.

Abstract

Democracy is an important benchmark for assessing the progress of a country, especially in relation to the absence of social, economic, and political development. In Indonesia, variations in the level of democracy between regions reflect the influence of diverse social and economic aspects. The study of democracy in 2023 is very relevant in efforts to strengthen empowered communities and responsive governance. A comprehensive approach is needed to measure the level of democracy at the provincial level, with related variables such as community literacy index, open poverty rate, freedom, equality, and institutional capacity. This study uses principal component analysis (PCA) and factor analysis to identify the main components and spread the relationship between variables. The KMO test, Bartlett's test, and multivariate normality test were conducted to ensure the feasibility of the data. The results of the analysis show that the data meets the assumption of multivariate normal distribution as well as the criteria for independence and correlation between variables. Based on PCA, it was found that two main components were able to explain the variability of the data. The first component, namely social capacity building, includes four variables: literacy index, freedom, equality, and institutional capacity. The second component includes employment conditions as measured by the open poverty rate.

Abstract

Islamic education emphasizes the development of high morals as the main goal in producing people who are morally ethical and intelligent. The foundation of character development through education that combines intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and social aspects is morality, as shown by the Prophet PBUH. Teachers play an important role in teaching moral principles to students and how to behave in a way that is in harmony with Islamic beliefs. It is anticipated that education based on morals and ethics will be able to create a generation that is able to handle the difficulties of the modern world with responsibility, justice, and empathy.
