Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of corn’s net export to the corn productivity in Indonesia. This research used the quantitative methods with two stage least square method. In this research, the statistical criteria to validate the econometric model predicted value were using root means square errors (RMSE), root means squares percent error (RMSPE) and theil’s inequality coefficient (U). The result shown that domestic corn price, world corn price, and exchange rate influence to corn export and impor in Indonesia. Abstract

Service activities such as science, technology and the arts for the people (IbM) to the group of women farmers and processors of aloe plant (Aloe vera) namely Citra Mandiri in Tapos Districts, Depok (as a partner) has the following objectives: 1) Standardization of nata Aloe vera product to be a good processed with consistently and desired products; 2) Diversification of Aloe vera products; and 3) Improvement and business management technical training. Community service team, who act as facilitators have been mentoring to improve the product quality Aloe vera nata to be consistent, to develop new products as diversification of candy and puddings of Aloe vera with the appropriate technology for home industries with a current good Manufacturing Practice and hygienic environment. To expand the market access, the team also trained collaborators about food packaging and labeling. In addition, a collaborators become a member of the Creative Industries Association of Depok to increase their market access and network.

Abstract

The establishment of Village BUM is intended as an effort to accommodate all activities in the economic sector and/or public services managed by the Village and/or inter-Village cooperation. Villages can establish Village-Owned Enterprises called Village BUM which are managed with the spirit of family and cooperation. Businesses that can be run by Village BUM are businesses in the economic sector or public services in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. The establishment of Village BUM was agreed upon through village deliberations and stipulated by village regulations. This Empowerment activity aims to increase the potential of Bumdes Makmur which is located in Bojong Gede Village - Bogor Regency, West Java. Based on a preliminary survey of conditions in Bojong Gede Village, low information about the existence of Bumdes was identified. The public in general does not know much, even though the condition of the majority of people working as farmers, traders and craftsmen certainly needs a village institution that is able to accommodate the potential of the community and the natural potential of the village in order to become a new source of income for the community. Empowerment activities provided in the form of socialization and discussion.

Abstract

In this study, personality-mediated management behavior in MSMEs in Semarang City is examined and tested in relation to financial attitudes and financial experience. Version 25 of SPSS was used to process the data. In Semarang City, 88 MSME business actors made up the sample. The study findings indicate that there is a substantial relationship between personality and financial views as well as experience. There is a considerable impact of financial attitudes on management conduct. Regarding how management conduct is impacted by financial experience. Personality has a major impact on how managers behave. Not only does financial experience have a substantial impact on management behavior mediated by personality, but financial views also have a big influence. Thus, each of the seven current hypotheses has a noteworthy and beneficial impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran harga, brand image dan celebrity endorser dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh perilaku konsumen pada skincare Skintific di Kabupaten Bogor, Cibinong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden menggunakan metode probabilita sampling dengan teknik sampling insidental. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 220 pengguna skincare Skintific di Kabupaten Bogor, Cibinong. Teknik analisa data menggunakan metode SEM dengan alat bantu program aplikasi komputer Smart-PLS Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara langsung harga, brand image dan celebrity endorser memiliki peran yang positif dan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Secara Langsung harga dan perilaku konsumen memiliki peran yang positif dan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, sedangkan brand image dan celebrity endorser tidak memiliki peran dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kemudian secara tidak langsung perilaku konsumen memiliki peran yang positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh harga, brand image dan celebrity endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi pentingnya manajemen pelatihan kerja sebagai pengembangan jenjang karier karyawan berbasis digital. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dalam bentuk sosialisasi kepada karyawan yang mengikuti jalannya kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai pelatihan kerja digital yang dilakukan secara online, luring, atau gabungan, diantaranya seperti pelatihan digital marketing, pelatihan content creator, dan pelatihan desain grafis. Tujuan dari manajemen pelatihan kerja berbasis digital adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan karyawan, selain itu sebagai sarana pengembangan jenjang karier karyawan di mana pun berada

Abstract

SMEs play a key role in promoting environmental sustainability. One important aspect is the adoption of green innovation to enhance environmental performance. This study explores research trends on green innovation in SMEs using bibliometric analysis based on 229 publications from the Web of Science database. The analysis, conducted with VOSviewer, covers publication patterns, leading journals, most cited and productive authors, keyword trends, and future research directions. The Journal of Cleaner Production emerged as the top journal, while Afum Ebenezer, Agyabeng-Mensah, and Charles Dad were among the most prolific authors. Jiangsu University was the most productive institution. Future research is expected to explore themes like open innovation, green HRM, green finance, and competitive advantage. This study is limited to SMEs and the Web of Science database, suggesting the need for broader future studies across other sectors. This bibliometric analysis contributes new insights into the intersection of green innovation and SMEs.
