Abstract

Terjadinya fenomena penurunan kinerja karyawan yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya produksi pada tahun 2022 dibandingkan hanya satu bulan saja ditahun 2021 menjadi hal menarik untuk diteliti. Ada berbagai faktor yang diduga menjadi penyebab penurunan kinerja yaitu komunikasi dan pelatihan yang kurang baik. pendekatan penelitian dengan melakukan pengamatan, pengambilan data dengan kuesioner dan menganalisa data yang didapatkan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antar variabel dan juga pengaruh tidak langsung antara variable eksogen dan variable endogen yang dimediasi oleh komitmen. Pengujian hipotesis meggunakan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3 v3.2.9. Adapun hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, Pelatihan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen, Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen, Komitmen karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, Komitmen karyawan dapat memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja dan Komitmen karyawan dapat memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of work life balance, Work life Balance, Psychological Empowerment dan Employee Engagement on innovative work behavior in employees of PT Sinar Sosro Tbk. Kota Medan. This research is associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study were 103 employees of PT. Sinar Sosro Tbk. Medan City with saturated sampling purposive. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) 4.0 software program the data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, in analyzing the data and information needed, the authors use data analysis techniques including measurement models (outer model), namely reliability and construct validity; and (b) discriminant validity. (2) structural model analysis (inner model), namely (a) coefficient of determination (R-square); (b) F-square; (c) hypothesis testing, namely (1) direct effect; (2) indirect effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Brand Awareness and Online Customer Reviews on the purchasing decision of Maybelline lipstick products in online e-commerce among students in Medan. The study uses an associative approach with a sample of 386 students who use Maybelline lipstick. Data was collected through questionnaires, and the data was analyzed using quantitative analysis with Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) for hypothesis testing and model evaluation. The findings show that Brand Awareness has a significant influence on the purchasing decision of Maybelline lipstick products in e-commerce. Online Customer Reviews also significantly affect the purchasing decision of Maybelline lipstick in e-commerce. Furthermore, Brand Awareness significantly influences the purchase interest in Maybelline lipstick, while Online Customer Reviews similarly affect purchase interest. Purchase interest, in turn, significantly influences the purchasing decision of Maybelline lipstick in e-commerce. The results also show that Brand Awareness affects purchasing decisions through purchase interest, as does Online Customer Reviews.

Abstract

Peneletian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh organizational transformation, corporate culture terhadap corporate performance dengan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 232 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan pegawai PT. Angkasa Pura Aviasi Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan instrument berupa angket kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan program Smartpls3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa hasil sebagai berikut : (1) Organizational transformation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance; (2) Corporate culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance,; (3) Organizational transformation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (4) Corporate culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (5) Organizational transformation melalui organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate performance; (6) Corporate culture melalui organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate performance; (7) Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efek bauran promosi terhadap keputusan investasi serta pengaruh advertising, sales promotion dan personal selling terhadap keputusan investasi. Advertising merupakan promosi menggunakan cara periklanan. Sedangkan sales promosi merupakan promosi dengan menekankan pada teknik penjualan seperti diskon, cashback dan sebagainya. Personal selling adalah promosi yang menggunakan skill tenaga penjual. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan Customer Perceived Value sebagai variable intervening yang merupakan penilaian konsumen tentang produk yang akan dibeli dengan membandingkannya dengan alternative produk lain yang sejenis. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Indonesia yang membeli saham di BEI. Sedangkan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) sebagai teknik statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, Advertising tidak berpengaruh terhadap Customer Perceived Value dan Advertising tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sales Promotion tidak berpengaruh terhadap Customer Perceived Value dan Sales Promotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Personal Selling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Perceived Value dan Personal Selling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Customer Perceived Value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Akhirnya, penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa customer perceived value berperan sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hubungan pengaruh personal selling terhadap keputusan investasi, sedangkan untuk advertising dan sales promotion tidak berperan sebagai variable intervening.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate the direct or indirect effects of leader-member exchange on work engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance. The study encompassed 215 employees who worked at the Office of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Medan City, with 140 employees constituting the sample size. Questionnaires and interviews were employed in this study's data collection process. SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 4.0 software is utilized for structural equation modeling in statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that direct leader-member exchange, work engagement and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Leader-member ex-change has a significant effect on performance through work engagement and employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Medan City. This research provides information for the Office of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Medan City and related parties to improve employee performance by increasing job satisfaction, and work engagement and improving existing leadership to provide employee comfort.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tunjangan kinerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh motivasi pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Gayo Lues Provinsi Aceh. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan pegawai di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Gayo Lues Provinsi Aceh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square untuk menguji 7 hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan tunjangan kinerja dan motivasi memengaruhi secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan kepemimpinan memengaruhi secara positif serta tidak signifikan pada kinerja pegawai, tunjangan kinerja memenagruhi secara positif serta tidak signifikan pada motivasi dan kepemimpinan memengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Tunjangan kinerja memengaruhi secara positif serta signifikan pada kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi dan kepemimpinan memengaruhi secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policies during the covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this study is to use the explanatory approach. The population in this study were students in the city of Medan. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 140 people. Data collection techniques used in this study using a questionnaire technique/questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistical analysis and data analysis with partial least square (PLS). Data processing in this study using Smart PLS 3 Software program. The results of this study showed that Tangibels has a positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction, Assurance has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, Responsiveness has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, Empathy has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, Reability has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, Tangibels has a positive and insignificant influence on, Assurance has positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policy, Responsiveness has positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policy, Empathy has positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policy, Reability has positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policy.
