Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi personal branding yang diterapkan oleh fashion brand di TikTok serta mengkaji peran virtual influencer dalam strategi pemasaran digital. Fokus utama adalah menilai sejauh mana kolaborasi dengan virtual influencer memengaruhi persepsi konsumen terhadap brand, khususnya dalam hal kepercayaan, daya tarik, dan kredibilitas. TikTok dinilai sebagai platform yang efektif dalam menjangkau audiens muda seperti Gen Z, sementara virtual influencer menawarkan keunggulan dalam konsistensi citra dan kontrol pesan merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, mengandalkan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder berupa dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi fashion brand dengan virtual influencer mampu meningkatkan citra merek, engagement, dan keputusan pembelian konsumen secara signifikan. Virtual influencer juga dinilai efektif dalam membangun hubungan emosional dengan audiens melalui narasi yang kreatif dan imersif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih inovatif, serta menjadi panduan bagi pelaku industri fashion dan digital marketing dalam memanfaatkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan secara strategis dan relevan di era digital.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa tantangan besar bagi sektor UMKM di Indonesia, terutama akibat penurunan konsumsi masyarakat yang disebabkan oleh berbagai kebijakan seperti PSBB, physical distancing, dan work from home. Penurunan ini mengancam resesi dan krisis ekonomi, baik di tingkat nasional maupun global, yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen untuk lebih rasional dan efisien dalam pengeluaran mereka. Dalam kondisi ini, UMKM yang umumnya memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya dan keuangan, menghadapi tekanan untuk mempertahankan operasional bisnisnya meskipun pendapatan menurun. Oleh karena itu, pemasaran menjadi elemen kunci untuk menjaga keberlangsungan bisnis UMKM selama pandemi. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya memahami perilaku konsumen dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif bagi UMKM. Strategi pemasaran taktis melalui marketing mix menjadi langkah yang disarankan, dengan fokus pada empat elemen utama: (1) mempertahankan advertising meski dalam masa krisis untuk menjaga brand awareness dan meningkatkan market share, (2) stabilitas harga untuk menjaga profitabilitas dan citra produk, (3) melakukan R&D produk untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas dan daya saing, serta (4) evaluasi dan optimalisasi saluran distribusi agar lebih efisien. Penerapan strategi yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan pasar saat krisis ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM bertahan dan bahkan tumbuh di masa pandemi.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of investment financing absorption and private bank sectors’ working capital to increase GDP, employment, and welfare of the four counties in Madura island (Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, Sumenep). This is the development of a previous study. This explanatory study is based on the model devel-opment concept or theory with Path Analysis through the data normality, multicolli-nearity, and heteroscedasticity test as well as causality. The data were taken from Bank Indonesia, Investment Coordinating Board, and the Central Bureau of Statistics. This is a time series data of 2002 to 2006. It shows that the financing of investment to GDP has significant and negative effect, financing of investment to labor absorption has signifi-cant and negative effect; financing working capital to GDP has significant and positive effect; financing of working capital to labor absorption has significant and negative effect; GDP in the labor market has no significant nor positive effect; GDP for the welfare effect, it has positive but not significant effect; employment in the welfare has a significant and positive effect. The direct effect or indirect implementation of financing from banks to finance investments and working capital to the entrepreneurs has increasingly a significant and positive effect. Absorption has dominated world finance working capital financing, following the least consumption and investment. Thus, it was natural that the implementa-tion of the investment credit and working capital has a significant and positive effect on economic growth, absorption of labor, and welfare in all four counties in Madura.

Abstract

Purpose: This research proposes an improvised version of the image encryption technique by incorporating Quantum Random Phase Encoding with the Arnold Transform to help enhance the strength and non-predictability of the encryption process. In this research work, some ideas gained from quantum-based methods have been brought to use with conventional approaches in image encryption techniques for enhancing their security. Methods: This model represents the basic methodology that underlies the Arnold Transform for scrambling the arrangement of image pixels to mask recognizable structures within quantum random phase encoding to introduce complexity through quantum-generated random phases. Result: The experimental results show much improvement in encryption efficiency. For example, in the case of "Cameraman" and "Lena", MSE parameters are 98.134 and 104.76, respectively; these now go up to 832.01 and 888.78. This implies that the higher decrement of these values 21.17 dB and 23.98 dB to 13.41 dB and 13.33 dB translates into higher distortion with higher security. Meanwhile, UACI and NPCR are also very steady and the mean value is about 0.3356 to 0.3358 and 99.60 to 99.61, which proves that this method has been effective in changing the pixel's value, and sensitive input changes. Novelty: This work is novel due to the introduction of quantum technologies in the classical methodology of image encryption. While classical techniques make use of conventional transforms for scrambling, like the Arnold Transform, this work embeds quantum randomness and intricacy in the process as a means of encoding namely, Quantum Random Phase Encoding.

Abstract

It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as input and consideration for companies in making decisions and establishing policies to overcome problems related to the level of Non-Performing Loans of banks, especially Rural Banks. The population of this research are customers who use credit services who have experienced problems, especially in the non-performing loan category. The research uses quantitative research methods with analysis using the SPSS application and using multiple regression analysis techniques. In this research, the results can prove that the results of Non-Performing Loans will influence the increase in income. The results of the t-test analysis = 3.578 means that the hypothesis can be accepted, because the t-test > tcount. namely 3.578 > 3.078, meaning there is a correlation between the Non-Performing Loan variable and an increase in company income.
