Abstract

Kata Kunci : Posisi Kerja, Usia, Lama Kerja, Masa Kerja, Kebiasaan merokok, dan Tingkat Kelelahan Fatigue is the loss of energy in the body, as a result of excessive energy use due to completing various tasks. Online motorcycle taxi drivers are one of the jobs at risk of fatigue and can potentially cause accidents. fatigue and can potentially cause accidents. The purpose of This study aims to determine the factors associated with the level of level of fatigue in online motorcycle taxi drivers. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional research design. The population in this study amounted to 521 online motorcycle taxi drivers and the research sample was taken 53 online motorcycle taxi drivers using proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis using Somers'd test. The results of this study used Somers'D test with (α = 0.05). The results of this study indicate that the majority of online motorcycle taxi drivers experience fatigue in the low category as many as 32 people (40.4%). There is a relationship between work position (p=0.008), age (p=0.002), length of work (p=0.23), tenure (p=0.016), and smoking habits (p=0.049) with the level of fatigue in online motorcycle taxi drivers in Banjarbaru City. It is recommended that workers do not work beyond the allowable limit (> 8 hours/day). When riding a motorcycle, make sure to sit in a comfortable and ergonomic position, namely sitting in a naturally upright position (not slouching). And improve lifestyle, such as increasing sleep duration, doing enough physical activity, and managing stress well so that the body does not experience fatigue.Keyword : Work Position, Age, Length of Work, Tenure, Smoking habits, and Level of Fatigue

Abstract

The yellow sirsak plant (Annona montana) is an annonaceae family which has been used by the community as traditional medicine properties such as treating diarrhea, vitamin C deficiency and treating boils. This study aims to determine the cytotoxic activity of the larvae of Artemia salina Leach shrimp by using the BSLT method after giving extracts from the leaves and fruit of yellow sirsak (Annona montana). The results showed that the LC50 value of the n- hexane extract of yellow sirsak leaves was 45,84 µg/mL, the ethyl acetate extract of yellow sirsak leaves was 26,44 µg/mL and the ethanol extract of yellow sirsak leaves was 13,99 µg/mL. The n-hexane extract of yellow sirsak fruit was 31,46 µg/mL, the ethyl acetate extract was 40,45 µg/mL and the ethanol extract of the yellow sirsak fruit was 19,84 µg/mL. The mixture of n-hexane leaves and yellow sirsak fruit was 29,91 µg/mL, the ethyl acetate extract mixture of yellow sirsak leaves and fruit was 21,71 µg/mL and the mixture of ethanol extract and yellow sirsak fruit was 14,75 µg/mL. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the ethanol extract of yellow sirsak leaves shows the most active cytotoxic activity with an LC50 value of 13,99 µg/mL.

Abstract

Uncaria cordata (Lour. Merr. is one plants genus Uncaria growing in Indonesia, there has been no publication content of secondary metabolites are active as antioxidants. Antioxidant activity by DPPH test (1,1-diphenyl-2 pikrilhidrazil) generate IC50 n-hexane extract did not have IC50 values and can only inhibit 34.234% at a concentration of 1000 µg/mL, ethyl acetate extract of 704.478 µg/mL, methanol extract of 6.778 µg/mL. Methanol extract with the highest IC50 isolation by column chromatography and obtained compound isolates F2. In the test with the Lieberman Burchard color reagent terpenoids positive (red) compounds derived from class terpenoids possibility. The results UV spectrum gives maximum absorption at a wavelength of 293.50 nm and 310.5 nm. Infrared spectrum showed absorption 3410 cm-1 (OH), 2933 cm-1 (CH), 1690 cm-1 (C = O), 1457 cm-1 (CH), and 1036 cm-1 (CC). The antioxidant activity (IC50) F2 compounds have not active category.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve environmental literacy and waste management skills among children at ‘Aisyiyah Orphanage. The program involved 45 participants from elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels. The activity was conducted in response to the low level of awareness regarding proper waste management and the negative impacts of waste on environmental quality and public health. The implementation methods included educational counseling on environmental issues and waste management, interactive discussions, and hands-on training in transforming used plastic bottles into flower pots. Evaluation was carried out through participant observation and assessments of knowledge before and after the activity. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of waste classification, the environmental and health impacts of waste, and the importance of the Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (3R) principles. Furthermore, participants successfully converted used plastic bottles into functional flower pots, demonstrating enhanced practical waste management skills. The program offered an engaging learning experience that fostered environmentally responsible attitudes and behaviors among the children at the orphanage. Similar initiatives should be implemented continuously to strengthen sustainable waste management practices and promote environmental stewardship among young generations
