Abstract

The current curriculum in Indonesia is the Independent Learning Curriculum (KMB). One of the recommended learning methods in KMB is differentiated learning (PB) because this learning accommodates differences, potentials, and needs of students in learning as per the KMB principle. Even so, most teachers have not implemented PB in learning, including at MAN 4 Jakarta. The Ministry of Education and Culture has actually released a book on PB as a guide for teachers, but most teachers lack the initiative to learn it autodidactically, especially older teachers. Therefore, community service was carried out in the form of a Differentiated Learning Workshop within the framework of the Independent Learning Curriculum to accelerate the quality of learning at MAN 4 Jakarta. This community service was carried out through three stages, namely pre-service which was carried out with preparation; service carried out with a workshop; and post-service which was carried out with monitoring and evaluation. The results showed that this community service was in the form of increasing teacher knowledge and skills in implementing differentiated learning.

Abstract

The call to study Islam comes in many forms and ways, especially within Islamic education institutions, which are required to prioritize religious learning over general academic subjects. One of the efforts to revive students’ love for exclusive religious knowledge—particularly the Qur’an—is through structured, systematic, and high-quality da'wah bil hal activities, one of which is the implementation of the Ummi method. This method aims to make the processes of tahsin (Qur’anic recitation improvement) and tahfidz (memorization) easier, more enjoyable, and spiritually meaningful. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of da’wah applications through these Qur’anic programs using the Ummi method, especially in the context of elementary-level education. At this level, the appropriate use of media and methods becomes crucial to shaping students into Qur’ani individuals—those whose character reflects Qur’anic values. Such character formation not only enhances students’ religious capacities but also becomes a valuable provision for navigating life with purpose and moral direction. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach with an exploratory inductive analogy model. Ultimately, the study affirms that implementing da’wah with measured and suitable methods can significantly contribute to students’ development—both intellectually and spiritually.

Abstract

Kata Kunci:Muballighah, Dakwah, Ormas Islam Permpuan, Kepemimpinan Perempuan [This study examines the leadership roles and participation of female preachers in Islamic da’wah and leadership through two of Indonesia's largest Muslim women's organizations, 'Aisyiyah (affiliated with Muhammadiyah) and Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). The study aims to critically analyze how these organizations contribute to promoting moderate Islam and empowering Muslim women in modern society. Using a qualitative approach with comparative and exploratory techniques, the research draws on existing literature to highlight the significant roles of women in shaping societal values and nurturing the next generation of leaders. The findings reveal that women play integral roles in da’wah, both as active participants and supporters of their husbands' da’wah initiatives. Their contributions are essential in advancing da’wah activities and reinforcing Islamic teachings in contemporary contexts. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of these organizations in addressing societal challenges, such as promoting moderation and empowering women amid shifting cultural and social dynamics. By bridging gaps in previous research, this study offers new insights into the leadership and contributions of women in da’wah, with both practical and academic implications for contemporary  Islamic preaching and community development.
