Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan pemberdayaaan masyarakat. Dalam kaitannya dengan upaya mengembangkan kemampuan serta potensi masyarakat, dilakukan berbagai alternatif kegiatan seperti pada bidang wirausaha. Salah satu contoh kegiatan wirausaha adalah pembuatan serta penjualan suatu produk. Namun, terdapat permasalahan yang mungkin timbul dari kegiatan tersebut seperti terbatasnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan untuk menunjang proses pembuatan serta pemasaran produk itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk berbagi pengetahuan melalui pelatihan pembuatan dan pemasaran online sabun cuci piring dengan memanfaatkan media internet dan berbagai sosial media, serta marketplace seperti Shopee dan TikTok Shop. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bale, Kecamatan Syamtalira Bayu, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Pelatihan berjalan dengan lancar, semua peserta aktif dalam diskusi dan tanya jawab baik saat pemberian materi maupun saat praktek pembuatan sabun cuci piring. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang teknik pembuatan sabun cuci piring serta bagaimana cara melakukan pemasaran online terhadap suatu produk

Abstract

Study This aims To determine the eligibility of MSME assistance recipients with the method AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) And SAW (Simple Additives weighting). The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion. Meanwhile, SAW is used To determine the rank selection of beneficiaries. This is very important for Indonesia's economy during the crisis, Where MSME's own Power stands to face a crisis economy. Criteria used in a way This uses six measures: type of business, Amount of power Work, turnover per month, amount of assets, sector MSME, And sector business. Decision support systems are designed to support someone who must make certain decisions. That is, interactive, Flexible, Data quality, and Expert Procedure. Study System Supporters Decision Appropriateness Recipient Help Business Micro Community Use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Methods weighting (SAW), Study This done in Subdistrict Intersection Three Regency Pidie Aceh Province to facilitate the Selection of Eligibility of Government Assistance Recipients For Build a business Micro Society. Testing is done in this study, namely black box testing. Results Testing black box shows that the system can walk with Good by function, with results calculation method AHP and results calculation method SAW in determining eligibility selection MSME aid recipients. The results of the level of accuracy testing on the AHP and SAW methods with six criteria and alternatives the requirements is 75%.

Abstract

This study aims to cluster water quality data from Nile tilapia ponds using the Mean Shift Clustering method. The parameters used to analyze water quality include temperature, pH, turbidity, and salinity, which are crucial factors for the growth and health of Nile tilapia. The data used in this research consist of water quality measurements from several Nile tilapia ponds. The clustering process seeks to identify groups of data with similar water quality characteristics, providing insights into optimal environmental conditions for tilapia farming. The clustering results reveal several distinct groups of water quality based on variations in temperature, pH, turbidity, and salinity. Results of the experiment show that a bandwidth value of 400 successfully identifies a relatively simple number of clusters, specifically four clusters. The Mean Shift Clustering method proves effective in grouping data without requiring assumptions about data distribution and can detect clusters with arbitrary shapes. Consequently, the findings of this study can be used to provide recommendations for improving water quality to enhance tilapia pond productivity.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is a crucial factor for companies to support the sustainability and success of business processes. In addition to utilizing information technology, companies must be able to manage and control the performance of the technology adopted through information technology governance (IT Governance). This is important to ensure that the technology implemented has a capability level that supports the achievement of business goals and organizational strategies. Prima Inti Medika Hospital has implemented Information Technology to provide the best service for patients and support business processes to achieve its goals. However, there has never been a comprehensive assessment of the capability level of information technology governance. This study measures the capability level of information technology governance at Prima Inti Medika Hospital using the COBIT 2019 standard. The research focuses on process objectives selected through design factor analysis, namely EDM03, BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI04, BAI05, and BAI11. The results showed that only BAI11 reached the target capability level, namely level 4. While EDM03, BAI02, and BAI03 are at capability level 2, BAI01, BAI04, and BAI05 are at capability level 3. The gap analysis shows that the capability level of processes EDM03, BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI04, and BAI05 states that activities are running but not fully implemented properly. Therefore, improvements are needed so that all activities are carried out properly to achieve the expected capability level.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini mengangkat isu pemanfaatan limbah sekam padi di Desa Asan Kareung yang selama ini terbuang percuma dan menimbulkan masalah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk mentransformasi limbah pertanian tersebut menjadi briket bioarang bernilai ekonomi melalui pendekatan teknologi tepat guna berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat. Secara metodologis, proses produksi meliputi tiga tahap utama: (1) konversi termokimia sekam padi menjadi arang melalui karbonisasi terkendali (300-600°C, 1-2 jam); (2) formulasi adonan dengan komposisi 90% serbuk arang dan 10% perekat pati kanji; serta (3) proses pencetakan menggunakan modifikasi pipa PVC dan pengeringan bertahap. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan produk briket yang dihasilkan memenuhi spesifikasi bahan bakar alternatif dengan karakteristik densitas 0,85 g/cm³ dan durasi pembakaran 2-3 jam per unit. Tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan ini ditunjukkan dengan 85% peserta mampu mereplikasi proses produksi secara mandiri. Program ini memberikan dampak multidimensional berupa: (1) mitigasi pencemaran lingkungan melalui pengurangan praktik pembakaran limbah terbuka; (2) penciptaan nilai tambah ekonomi; serta (3) peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan limbah terpadu. Keberhasilan implementasi didukung oleh tiga faktor kunci: ketersediaan bahan baku lokal, kesesuaian teknologi dengan kapasitas masyarakat, dan efektivitas metode pelatihan partisipatif. Untuk menjamin keberlanjutan, diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut pada aspek kelembagaan kelompok usaha, diversifikasi produk, dan peningkatan kapasitas produksi melalui semi-mekanisasi. Inisiatif ini menjadi bukti empiris penerapan prinsip ekonomi hijau berbasis komunitas yang berpotensi untuk direplikasi di wilayah agraris lainnya.

Abstract

Abstrak-Program-program bansos yang ada di desa paloh punti mencakup Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT), Bantuan Sosial tunai (BST), Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), dan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) yang bersumber dari Dana Desa. Perluasan program bantuan sosial merupakan komitmen pemerintah untuk mempercepat penanggulangan kemiskinan. Namun pembagian bantuan sosial bagi warga desa paloh punti masih belum tepat sasaran sehingga banyak warga desa di paloh punti yang tidak mendapatkan bantuan sosial tersebut. Dengan adanya penerapan sistem informasi pendataan warga desa kurang mampu dengan bantuan komputer beserta penerapan aplikasi didalam prosesnya akan sangat membantu pihak gampong untuk mengerjakan semua pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan pengaturan data dengan penggunaan sistem yang baru. Sistem dirancang menggunkan framework codeigniter serta Bahasa pemograman PHP dan menggunakan MySql sebagai database, sistem telah melalui pengujian blackbox. Dalam pembangunan sistem informasi pendataan warga desa kurang mampu di desa paloh punti ini telah melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu menganalisis permasalahan, merumuskan masalah, menganalisa permasalahan dari sistem yang akan dibangun, yang mana semua itu bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dan membuatnya menjadi efesien. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pendataan warga desa kurang mampu di desa paloh punti ini dapat memudahkan proses pendataan danpenyimpanan data yang dilakukan petugas desa paloh punti agar tidak terjadi kehilangan dataKata Kunci : Bantuan Sosial, Warga Kurang Mampu, codeigniter, PHP, MySQlAbstract-The social aid programs in Paloh Punti village including Non-Cash Food Aid (BPNT), Social Finance Aid (BST), Family Economic Improvement Program (PKH), and Direct Finance Aid (BLT) were all allocated from Village Funds. The expansion of social aid programs is the government's commitment to accelerate the poverty reduction. However, the distribution of social aid to Paloh Punti village residents is still not on target, so many villagers in Paloh Punti do not receive social aid as targetted. By implementing an information system for collecting data on impoverished village residents with the help of computers and implementing applications in the process, it would be helpful for the village to perform all the works related to data management using a new system. The system was designed using CodeIgniter framework and PHP programming language and MySql as database, at the same time the system has been tested through black box testing. In developing the information system for data collection on impoverished villagers in Paloh Punti village, several stages have been passed, such as problem analysis, problem formulation, system analysis before the system built, which aim to overcome problems and make the system efficient. With the existence of an information system for data collection on impoverished villagers in Paloh Punti village, it assisted the data collection and data storage process performed by Paloh Punti village officials in order to prevent from data loss.Keywords : Social Aid Program, impoverished villagers, codeigniter, PHP, MySQl

Abstract

Abstrak- Kantor Pengawasan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C (KPPBC TMP C) Lhokseumawe bertugas memberikan layanan kepabeanan serta informasi kepada masyarakat dan pihak-pihak terkait. Dalam memberikan pelayanannya, KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe seringkali mengalami kendala dengan tingkat permintaan terhadap layanan dan informasi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini merancang Sistem Informasi Layanan Chatbot Berbasis WhatsApp pada KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe. Aplikasi sistem ini dibuat menggunakan JavaScript sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan event-driven, non-blocking I/O (asynchronous) model yang membuatnya ringan dan efisien. Selain itu, sistem yang dikembangkan ini menggunakan Artificial Intelligence berupa text processing yang diproses menggunakan Natural Language Processor (NLP) pada OpenAI. Cara kerja sistem yaitu berbagai layanan diinput oleh admin, yang mana berikut nya user dapat memilih layanan yang tersedia untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait layanan tersebut. Semua data pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh user diproses oleh NLP melalui OpenAI, kemudian respons akan ditampilkan pada laman chat whatsapp. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan sistem mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh user serta memberikan informasi terkait layanan yang tersedia pada KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe, yang mana hal ini membantu kantor pabean ini dalam memberikan layanan dan menyediakan informasi yang lebih optimal kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Layanan Kepabeanan, Sistem Informasi, Chatbot, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Languange ProcessingAbstract- Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type Medium Customs C (KPPBC TMP C) Lhokseumawe works for providing customs services and customs-related information to the wider community and related parties. In providing the services, KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe experienced problems with high levels of demand for services and information. This research designs a WhatsApp-based chatbot Service Information System at KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe. This system application was created using JavaScript and an event-driven, non-blocking I/O (asynchronous) model making it efficient. Apart from that, the system being developed uses Artificial Intelligence in the form of text processing which is processed using the Natural Language Processor (NLP) on OpenAI. The way the system works is the admin giving the input after which the user select the services to get related information. All question data submitted by users then processed by NLP via OpenAI, then the response will be displayed on the WhatsApp chat page. The results of this research show that the system is able to answer questions asked by users and provide information related to services available at KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe, which helps this customs office in providing services and providing more optimal information to the public.Keywords: Customs Services, Information Systems, Chatbot, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing

Abstract

The digital transformation in education has accelerated the use of online learning platforms such as Ruangguru. However, the quality of the user interface (UI) plays a crucial role in determining user comfort and application effectiveness. This study aims to evaluate and improve the interface design of the Ruangguru application by applying the System Usability Scale (SUS) method and the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. SUS was used to measure usability based on user perceptions, while UCD guided the redesign process to align with the needs and characteristics of users from elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels. Initial testing showed an average SUS score of 35, which falls into the Not Acceptable category. After redesigning the interface using UCD principles, the follow-up test showed an improved SUS score of 57, categorized as Marginal Usability. This increase reflects a notable improvement in user experience, although it has not yet reached the optimal level. Therefore, the implementation of SUS and UCD proved effective in identifying design issues and offering solutions tailored to user needs. The findings provide a solid foundation for further development of more user-friendly and inclusive digital learning platforms.

Abstract

Unmonitored waste accumulation can cause environmental pollution and health risks, especially in campus environments with dense daily activities. This research developed the “Smart Waste Bin,” an IoT-based system that monitors trash bin conditions in real time. The system uses an ultrasonic sensor to measure the height of the waste and a NodeMCU ESP32 as the main controller. Data is displayed on an LCD and sent to a monitoring website and Telegram application for notifications. The system classifies waste levels into three statuses: Empty (1–11 cm, green), Nearly Full (12–20 cm, yellow), and Full (21–30 cm, red). It also includes an automatic lid operated by a servo motor. When the bin is full, the lid remains closed to prevent overflow and maintain cleanliness. Testing showed the prototype successfully detected bin status and sent notifications with 90–93% accuracy. However, the system heavily depends on stable internet connectivity. Overall, it effectively enhances waste monitoring using IoT integration

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan serius di Indonesia, khususnya pada anak di bawah lima tahun. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis sejak dalam kandungan hingga usia dua tahun, yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan kognitif anak. Berdasarkan data Kementerian Kesehatan RI, prevalensi stunting menurun dari 24,4% (2021) menjadi 21,6% (2022). Di Gampong Rayeuk Kareung, tercatat 8 kasus stunting per November 2024 menurut Puskesmas Blang Mangat. Saat ini, pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan di Posyandu masih menggunakan alat konvensional dan pencatatan manual, sehingga kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat pengukur tinggi dan berat badan bayi berbasis Internet of Things menggunakan ESP32, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, dan sensor Load cell. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan perangkat keras dan lunak, pengambilan data primer dari hasil pengukuran langsung pada bayi, serta pengolahan data menggunakan metode Z-score berdasarkan standar WHO untuk klasifikasi status gizi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan rata-rata error 6,5% pada sensor load cell dan 3% pada sensor ultrasonik. Dari 23 bayi yang diuji, 18 tergolong normal, 2 mengalami stunting, dan 3 tergolong stunting berat. Sistem juga dilengkapi fitur pengiriman notifikasi melalui WhatsApp kepada orang tua berisi hasil pengukuran, status gizi, serta rekomendasi makanan, sehingga mendukung pemantauan pertumbuhan bayi secara cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi.
