Abstract

Anemia is a health problem that can be experienced by toddlers, teenagers, pregnant women and even the elderly. The results of Riskesdas in 2018, it was recorded that 26.8% of children aged 5-14 years suffered from anemia and 32% of those aged 15-24 years suffered from anemia. meaning 3 out of 10 people suffer from anemia.  This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Tanjung Raja Community Health Center in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach.  The population of this study was all pregnant women who visited the Tanjung Raja Community Health Center in 2024. The sample in this study was 86 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research was carried out on February 29 - March 31 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression. The research results showed a relationship between parity (p value 0.016) and side effects (p value 0.00) with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Tanjung Raja Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The most dominant factor in the incidence of anemia in pregnant women, namely side effects ( p value 0.00) (OR 181.2).  The conclusion is that there is a relationship between parity and side effects with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Tanjung Raja Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The most dominant factor is side effects. For community health centers, community health centers should provide education on how to reduce the side effects of consuming fe tablets, both at the community health center and at the Posyandu.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a disease that can cause complications if proper treatment is not given. There are still high cases of diabetes mellitus, where there is an increase in diabetes mellitus cases from year to year. This study aims to determine factors related to medication adherence in diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach.4 . The population in this study was 710 diabetes mellitus patients who visited the Community Health Center in 2023, with a total sample of 88 people in this study. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research was carried out on 10-29 February 2024. Data collection techniques are interviews using questionnaires. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between motivation (p value 0.01) and the role of officers (p value 0.03) on compliance with taking medication for diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. There is no relationship between age (p value 0.82 ), gender (p value 0.88), knowledge (p value 0.68) and family support (p value 0.15) on medication adherence for diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The most dominant factors with compliance with taking medication for diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024, namely motivation (p value 0.01) (odds ratio 3.07), meaning that if motivation is sufficient, they are 3.07 times less likely to comply with medication compared to those with good motivation. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between motivation and the role of officers. There is no relationship between age, type, knowledge and family support on compliance with taking medication for diabetes mellitus patients at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. It is hoped that the Community Health Center will continue to provide motivation and support to diabetes mellitus sufferers to comply with taking diabetes mellitus medication and increase their participation. patients through a chronic disease management program (prolanis).

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five years old. In 2023, there will still be 45 stunting cases and 52 underweight toddlers. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in children under five at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach.  The population of this study were parents of children under five who were seeking treatment at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center in 2024. The sample in this study was 95 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research was carried out on 10 -20 February 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between age (p value 0.040), exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.002) and LBW (p value 0.047) with the incidence of stunting in children under five at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center in 2024. There is no relationship between gender (p value 0.075), employment (p value 0.12) and income (p value 0.823) with the incidence of stunting in children under five at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center in 2024. The most dominant factor with the incidence of stunting in children under five at the Seri Tanjung Community Health Center in 2024 is exclusive breast milk (OR 0.210 ), if you don't provide exclusive breast milk, you have a 0.210 times risk of stunting compared to giving exclusive breast milk. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between age, exclusive breastfeeding and LBW. Community health centers need to provide counseling every two months in an effort to increase parents' knowledge of stunting and provide counseling guidance to parents regarding knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Stunting represents a significant nutritional issue in Indonesia  must be solved to achieve the health success indicators outlined in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). This research aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in the Tanjung Lengkayap Community Health Center Working Area, Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2024. Quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were all parents of children under five who visited the Tanjung Lengkayap Community Health Center, Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2024. The sample in this study consisted of 99 respondents. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research was carried out from March 22 to April 25 2024. Data was collected using a research questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis using Chi-Square and multivariate tests with logistic regression. The research results showed that there was a relationship between giving MP-ASI (p value 0.04) and body mass index (p value 0.015). There is no relationship between mother's age (p value 0.35), comorbidities (p value 0.61) and smoking habits (p value 0.58) with the incidence of stunting in the Tanjung Community Health Center working area Lengkayap Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2024. The most dominant factor in the incidence of stunting is body mass index (BMI) (p value 0.032) OR (2.68). The conclusion of this study is the provision of MP-ASI feeding and body mass index significantly influence the incidence of stunting. Community health centers should screen children under five who are at risk of stunting, or have a history of being at risk of stunting

Abstract

Good service is not only measured by luxurious facilities, complete technology and physical appearance, employee attitudes and behavior must also show high professionalism and commitment. Quality of health services refers to the level of perfection of health services that makes every patient feel satisfied.  This study aims to determine factors related to service quality and patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of Ogan Ilir District Hospital in 2024. Quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 854 inpatients at the Ogan Ilir District Hospital. The sample in the research consisted of 90 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, using the Slovin formula. This research was carried out on March 13 - April 17 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis using the chi-square test and multivariate using logistic regression.  The research results show that there is a relationship between responsiveness (p value 0.005) and tangibles (p value 0.001). There is no relationship between reliability (p value 0.86), assurance (p value 0.76) and empathy (p value 0.96). The most dominant factor in patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Installation of Ogan Ilir District Hospital in 2024 is tangibles (p value 0.00), (OR 0.183).  The conclusion is that there is a relationship between responsiveness and tangible. Suggestions from the research results can provide input about the quality of service on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Installation of the Ogan Ilir Regency Regional Hospital in 2024 and contribute to improving health services

Abstract

The high incidence of diabetes mellitus in productive age has become a major public health problem in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the relationship between age, education, obesity, physical activity, hypertension, family history of DM, and smoking with the incidence of Type 2 diabetes mellitus in the work area at UPTD Pauh Community Health Center, North Musi Rawas Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The sample in this study was a portion of Diabetes Mellitus patients seeking treatment at the UPTD Pauh Community Health Center, North Musi Rawas Regency, totaling 98 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Univariate, Bivariate and Multivariate analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that there was a relationship between age (0.017), education (0.001), obesity (0.012), physical activity (0.001), hypertension (0.000), family history of DM (0.000), and smoking (0.000) with the incidence of Type 2 diabetes mellitus. in the Working Area at the UPTD Pauh Community Health Center, North Musi Rawas Regency. The results of the multivariate analysis show that the family history of DM variable is the most dominant variable in the incidence of Type 2 DM. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between age, education, obesity, physical activity, hypertension, family history of DM, and smoking and the dependent variable, namely the incidence Type 2 diabetes mellitus
