Abstract

Network quality monitoring can provide services in the provision of computer network performance in the provision of data transmission according to the level of aspects related to the performance of network infrastructure systems and the number of clients operating for each computer. During the day, at certain hours, many subscribers use the network when the connection is blocked, and the graphics on the screen reach their highest levels. By monitoring computer network installation graphics, Axence netTools software needs to know bandwidth management to overcome network congestion by analyzing the QoS (quality of service) of computer network data transmission. The purpose of this study is to provide quality of service presentation material on LAN infrastructure performance using the TIPHON standard to measure LAN performance and analyze the factors that influence the results of quality of service measurements and obtain packet loss, delay, jitter based on class classification and average bandwidth value, according to TIPHON. The research method used is observation, interviews, literature study, monitoring, and qualitative descriptive research methods. The results showed that the percentage value of quality of service based on the TIPHON standardization was 66.66%. This result was classified as "unsatisfactory" because the average packet loss was 40%. The average percentage of delay is 115ms, and the average percentage of jitter is 7.5ms. The factors that affect the QoS index results are the distance of computer network transmission facilities and the need to monitor computer networks when adding and maximizing bandwidth according to TIPHON standards.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Motivasi kerja merupakan suatu daya pendorong atau penggerak yang dimiliki atau terdapat dalam diri setiap individu dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan agar individu mau bekerja serta beraktifitas untuk menggunakan segenap kemampuan dan potensi yang dimilikinya. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja petugas rekam medis di RSUD Koja. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan uji ch-square menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil: Hasil dari karakteristik responden pada penelitian ini yaitu responden yang paling banyak berumur 26-35 tahun, masa kerja yang paling banyak < 9 tahun, lebih banyak yang berjenis kelamin perempuan, Pendidikan terakhir yang paling banyak non PMIK, dan devisi bagian yang paling banyak yaitu pendaftaran. Motivasi instrinsik yang tinggi berjumlah 37 responden atau 56,9% dan yang rendah 28 responden atau 43,1%, motivasi ekstrinsik yang tinggi berjumlah 31 responden atau 47,7% dan yang rendah 34 responden atau 52,3%. Pada kinerja baik didapatkan sebanyak 32 responden atau 49,2% dan yang kurang sebanyak 33 responden atau 50,8%. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil uji chi-square hubungan motivasi instrinsik dengan kinerja didapatkan hasil p=0,017 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara motivasi instrinsik dengan kinerja. Pada hasil uji chi-square hubungan motivasi ekstrinsik dengan kinerja didapatkan hasil p=0,004 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara motivasi ekstrinsik dengan kinerja petugas rekam medis di rumah sakit umum daerah koja.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rekam Medis adalah dokumen yang berisikan data identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan, dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan pengisian Rekam Medis berdasarkan elemen penilaian standar akreditasi rumah sakit di RSUD Koja. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, analisis kuantitatif, dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Sudah terdapat Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) yang mengatur tentang pengisian Rekam medis di RSUD Koja tetapi belum semua prosedur terlaksana, terdapat prosedur yang belum terlaksana yang dimana belum adanya buku catatan yang mencatat Rekam medis yang belum diisi dan pengisian Rekam medis yang masih dilaksanakan di ruang rawat inap. Kelengkapan Rekam Medis berdasarkan elemen penilaian standar akreditasi rumah sakit 83% dari 107 Rekam medis dan tidak lengkap 17%. Dampak dari ketidaklengkapan dari Rekam medis yaitu membuat Menghambat proses untuk klaim, Jumlah tagihan ke BPJS menjadi tidak sesuai, Proses waktu penagihan ke BPJS menjadi terhambat/pending, Petugas coding harus merekap ulang berkas kodngan yang tidak sesuai, Pendapatan rumah sakit juga menjadi berkurang di waktu bukan penagihan. Kesimpulan: Perlunya di sosialisasikan Kembali mengenai standar prosedur operasional pengisian Rekam medis kepada seluruh pelayan Kesehatan (dokter dan perawat) mengenai prosedur SPO yang belum terlaksana

Abstract

The National Health Insurance System (JKN) is a government program aimed at providing social welfare and protection for all Indonesian people. JKN is organized by the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS). The claim procedure is carried out by the coding officer and the hospital claims officer and then the completeness of the documents will be verified by the BPJS at the hospital. The research method carried out is a qualitative descriptive method, which aims to describe the state of the research object by conducting direct interviews on how the BPJS Health claim process of the Sukapura Islamic. Hospital Inpatient Unit to the BPJS Health. The results of observations through direct searches on claim files found that all claim files from October 2021 to December 2021 were 2,102 total claim files and 294 claim files were delayed. Part of the cause of the delay is that the coding of diagnoses and medical actions is not in accordance with the doctor's writing. Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) related to the BPJS Health claim process in inpatient care, specifically the Hospital already has SPO and has carried out activities according to SPO and that officer training is very influential on the delay factor in inpatient BPJS Health claim files.

Abstract

Medical records are documentation of identity, examination, treatment, actions, and services that have been provided to patients. Health services during pregnancy must be documented in the mother's card, medical record, mother's cohort, and mother and child health book. The maternal cohort is a collection of data collected from the mother's card. The documentation must be filled in completely because it affects further contact if needed and in certain circumstances, it is required for a medical audit. This study aims to determine the completeness of filling out the mother's cohort form at the MCH polyclinic at the Poris Plawad Health Center in 2021. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. Determining the number of samples using the slovin formula, so that a sample of 68 maternal cohort data was obtained. The results of the research from 68 maternal cohort data obtained an average of completeness of identification (77%), important reports (62%), and procedures for documentation (49%). Factors that influence incompleteness are the absence of an SOP for Filling in the Maternal Cohort, no updating of guidelines, no recording of medical record numbers, less communicative staff, no column for filling in authentication, and double working forms. Suggestions from researchers are to update the guidelines, create SOP Filling in the Cohort of Mothers and carry out outreach, update forms to add authentication records, conduct training/seminars to increase midwifery insights, and devise a workable system of more than 1 person for recording health data in the system.

Abstract

Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih is a teaching hospital. Based on the results of observations, it was found that there were problems in implementing Zi.care at this hospital, where the system had been used but was temporarily stopped. Zi.care is a SIMRS and also an RME at RSIJ Cempaka Putih. The aim of using Zi.care is to make services effective and efficient, administration more informative and integrated, information that is real-time, integrated with BPJS, making online registration and telecommunications easier via Mobile App, and patients can manage their own medical records via Mobile App. This study aimed to evaluate Zi.care using the UTAUT method at RSIJ Cempaka Putih. This research uses a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach to an analytical observational study to determine the relationship between causal factors and effect factors in the application of Zi.care. Sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling, namely sampling based on the number of divisions from each sub-population consisting of medical staff, doctors, pharmacists, laboratory assistants, radiologists, and nurses. The sample was 150 respondents who used Zi.care. The results of the normality test show that the data is abnormal because the p-value < 0.05, so the cut point taken is the median. Hypothesis testing is carried out using statistical calculations Chi-square with the help of software SPSS 24.0. The research results show that performance expectations, effort expectations, and social influence have a relationship with usage intention while facilitating conditions have no relationship with usage behavior.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is a need and ability that health workers must have so that patients feel happy with the services provided. The research was conducted with a focus on outpatients because researchers wanted to know the effect of interpersonal communication of outpatient registration officers on patient satisfaction. The research method uses inferential analysis with a quantitative approach. Statistical test using Chi-square test. The sampling method used in this research is accidental sampling. Based on the research results, the description of interpersonal communication of officers who are categorized as poor interpersonal communication is 36 (51.4%), officers who are categorized as good interpersonal communication are 34 (48.6%). The description of the satisfaction of patients who are categorized as dissatisfied is 36 (51.4%), the satisfaction of patients who are categorized as satisfied is 34 (48.6%) and there is an influence between the interpersonal communication of registration officers and patient satisfaction at dr. Esnawan Antariksa Air Force Hospital found that the p-value was 0.000 < 0.05. By calculation, the odds ratio obtained a value of 15.98, meaning that interpersonal communication has a 15 times risk factor for patient satisfaction at dr. Esnawan Antariksa Air Force Hospital. In conclusion, there is an effect between interpersonal communication of outpatient registration officers and patient satisfaction at dr. Esnawan Antariksa Air Force Hospital.

Abstract

The impact of pending claims can affect insurance service activities, becoming hampered and officers' workloads increasing because they have to revise pending claims that are sent. This study aimed to assess the relationship between insurance participants' knowledge of the occurrence of pending claims: a study on insurance managed by PT. Multiniaga Intermedia Proteksi. This study was an observational study of cross-sectional design. A total of 107 research subjects participated in this study. The results of this study show that the claim submission process at PT. Multiniaga Intermedia Proteksi had 107 claims submitted to insurance, and it was known that the results of paid claims submissions were 87 submissions (81.3%), and pending submissions were 20 submissions (18.7%). The results of participants' level of knowledge regarding submitting claims were obtained from 107 respondents. The average value of participants' knowledge was 89.15, with a median of 86.67. The highest value was 86.67. The lowest score obtained by respondents was 60, and the highest score was 100 as the results of knowledge testing on the results of claim status using the t-test, obtained with a probability value (Sig.) 0.196 > 0.1, indicating that knowledge has no significant effect on submitting claims.

Abstract

Sejak masa awal pandemi COVID-19 hingga saat ini, gaya hidup masyarakat mengalami perubahan dalam aspek pekerjaaa, hobi, gaya hidup, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Olahraga menjadi aktivitas hobi yang populer selama masa pandemi. Selain untuk menjaga kesehatan dan kebugaran, manfaat berolahraga juga untuk mengurangi stress dan bersosialisasi. Ketika pandemi dan diberlakukan ‘pembatasan sosial’ area Jabodetabek, terjadi suatu fenomena, masyarakat senang dan tertarik untuk bersepeda. Penggunaan sepeda meningkat 1000 persen saat pembatasan tersebut di Jabodetabek. Namun peningkatan penggunaan sepeda tidak diimbangi oleh pemahaman mengenai faktor resiko cedera oopenyebab timbulnya nyeri muskuloskeletal yang mengakibatkan gangguan fungsi gerak. Nyeri muskuloskeletal yang tidak diharapkan ini dapat mengganggu produktifitas sehari-hari sehingga beresiko menurunkan kualitas hidup individu. Penyuluhan untuk mencegah nyeri muskuloskeletal pada pesepeda penting dilakukan agar mitra dapat menerapkan langkah-langkah dan teknik pencegahan cedera dan mengoptimalkan manfaat kebugaran bersepeda. Pengabdian ini bertujuan menyelenggarakan penyuluhan bagi para pesepeda untuk langkah-langkah pencegahan di rumah sehingga dapat mengurangi angka kejadian nyeri. Adapun mitra pengabdian adalah komunitas sepeda Purnakarya Tangerang.. Kegiatan berupa penyuluhan terhadap faktor resiko, memberikan langkah-langkah pencegahan sebelum, saat dan sesudab bersepeda dan strategi pengoptimalan tingkat kebugaran bersepeda. Luaran kegiatan adalah mitra dapat mengelola faktor resiko, langkah-langkah pencegahan, dan optimalisasi manfaat kebugaran olahraga bersepeda.

Abstract

Puskesmas Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan telah menerapkan RME sejak tahun 2016 namun, implementasi RME yang sudah berjalan selama beberapa tahun memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang mungkin muncul dalam penggunaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengevaluasi implementasi RME di Puskesmas Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan berdasarkan konstruk HOT-FIT. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan uji statistik yaitu korelasi rank spearman untuk melihat hubungan pada setiap variabel terhadap netbenefit, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 pengguna RME di Puskesmas Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan. Terdapat hubungan faktor human dengan net benefits pada penggunaan RME di Puskesmas Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan mendapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan faktor human dengan net benefits (p-value 0,000) < 0,05 nilai koefisien korelasi spearman (r = 0,459) menunjukan tingkat keeratan hubungan sedang, hubungan faktor organization dengan net benefits mendapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara organizations dengan net benefits (p-value 0,005) < 0,05 nilai koefisien korelasi spearman (r = 0,333) menunjukan tingkat keeratan hubungan yang rendah, dan terdapat hubungan faktor technology dengan net benefits (p-value 0,001) < 0,05 nilai koefisien korelasi spearman (r = 0,408) menunjukan tingkat hubungan keeratan sedang. Faktor human, organization, dan technology terbukti memiliki kaitan hubungan dengan net benefits. Dengan demikian, pengguna RME di Puskesmas Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan sudah merasaakan manfaat yang didapat dari penggunaannya.
