Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in all health service facilities is outlined in Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022, with a deadline of 31 December 2023. Ensuring the security of EMR is vital to protect patient data privacy, prevent unauthorized data access, and avoid breaches. This study evaluates the security practices of EMR systems at the Islamic Hospital Jakarta Sukapura using a descriptive qualitative research method with seven informants. The study focuses on six key aspects of EMR security: privacy, integrity, authentication, availability, access control, and non-repudiation. The results show that the hospital has established security procedures, such as using usernames and passwords, but there are significant areas for improvement. The study notes the need for automatic logout features to prevent unauthorized access when computer screens are left unattended and emphasizes the importance of regularly updating passwords to improve security, as well as hospitals using encryption and firewall technologies to protect data during transmission and storage. Apart from this, research shows that some staff members still use default passwords, posing a security risk. Overall, this study provides recommendations for strengthening RME security frameworks in hospitals.

Abstract

AbstractMotivation is a movement within a person, one of which is learning. High motivation will create good results, too. This research aims to determine the description of learning motivation in students of the Medical Records and Health Information study program at Esa Unggul University in the post-pandemic period through six indicators, namely intrinsic, extrinsic, task value, learning control, self-efficacy, and anxiety. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 82 students from three different classes. The results of this research show that based on intrinsic indicators 75.2%, extrinsic 81.4%, task value 76.5%, learning control 76.5%, self-efficacy 80.3%, and anxiety 73.4%), the results obtained that post-pandemic medical records students' learning motivation was 51.2% high motivation and 48.8% low motivation.Keyword: medical record students, learning motivation, MSLQ  AbstrakMotivasi merupakan gerakan dalam diri seseorang salah satunya dalam belajar. Motivasi yang tinggi akan menciptakan hasil yang baik juga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Universitas Esa Unggul di pasca pandemi melalui enam indikator yakni intrinsik, ekstrinsik, nilai tugas, pengendalian pembelajaran, efikasi diri, dan kecemasan. Penelitian ini memakai metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 82 mahasiswa dengan tiga angkatan berbeda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan berdasarkan indikator intrinsik 75,2%, ekstrinsik 81,4%, nilai tugas 76,5%, pengendalian pembelajaran 76,5%, efikasi diri 80,3%, dan kecemasan 73,4%, sehingga didapatkan hasil bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa rekam medis di pasca pandemi 51,2% motivasi tinggi dan 48,8% motivasi rendah.Kata Kunci: mahasiswa rekam medis, motivasi belajar, MSLQ

Abstract

Teknologi kesehatan adalah suatu bentuk alat, produk atau metode yang digunakan untuk mengedukasi, pencegahan, dan penanganan permasalahan kesehatan. Aplikasi instagram merupakan media sosial berbasis foto dan video, instagram termasuk salah satu aplikasiang populer dengan pengguna terbanyak di dunia. Pada aplikasi instagram terdapat banyak sekali fitur yang sangat berguna dan dapat diakses oleh siapa saja tanpa melihat usia. Dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini masyarakat dapat melihat dan menerima informasi kesehatan melalui sosial media instagram. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat manfaat komunikasi kesehatan dalam penggunaan aplikasi instagram. Metode penelitian menggunakan systematic literature review dengan pendekatan metode PICO mengenai penyebaran informasi kesehatan melalui media sosial instagram dan manfaat dalam penggunaan aplikasi instagram. Hasil penelitian menggunakan 12 jurnal literature review didapatkan bahwa penyebaran informasi kesehatan melalui media sosial instagram dikatakan cukup efektif karena memudahkan masyarakat dalam menerima dan memahami isi dan pesan komunikasi yang telah disampaikan tersebut dengan adanya bantuan dari fitur share, tagging, dan komentar sehingga followers juga dapat menyebarkan informasi yang sudah disampaikan tersebut. Kesimpulan di era teknologi digital saat ini komunikasi kesehatan dalam penggunaan aplikasi instagram sangat memungkinkan bagi para professional kesehatan dalam menyampaikan informasi kesehatan secara lebih mudah, cepat, efektif serta memudahkan masyarakat dalam menerima informasi kesehatan dengan melalui teknologi digital yaitu aplikasi instagram.

Abstract

Puskesmas harus menjaga mutu pelayanan dengan menyediakan rekam medis elektronik lengkap yang kualitasnya dijaga melalui analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis elektronik di Puskesmas Tambora dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan sampel 99 rekam medis dari total 14.823 kunjungan rawat jalan bulan April 2024. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti didapatkan informasi bahwa Puskesmas Tambora sudah memiliki SOP tentang kelengkapan rekam medis elektronik yang berjudul “SOP Penilaian Capaian Indikator Mutu Kelengkapan dan Ketepatan Isi Rekam Medis”. Hasil analisis kuantitatif rekam medis elektronik pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Tambora pada bulan April 2024 menunjukkan bahwa persentase kelengkapan mencapai 97,83%. Persentase kelengkapan tertinggi terdapat pada komponen kelengkapan e-form yang penting sebesar 99,83%, sedangkan persentase kelengkapan terendah terdapat pada komponen pendokumentasian yang baik sebesar 95%. Saran untuk penelitian ini yaitu petugas pendaftaran diharapkan lebih teliti dengan menceklis kolom verifikasi untuk memastikan kelengkapan data. Selain itu, sosialisasi kembali kepada PPA (Profesional Pemberi Asuhan) terkait pentingnya kelengkapan rekam medis elektronik dan follow up secara rutin.

Abstract

Ketepatan kode diagnosis sangat bergantung pada informasi yang ditulis dan diverifikasi oleh dokter dan petugas medis. Ketidakakuratan dalam pengodean diagnosis dapat berdampak serius terhadap kualitas pelaporan rumah sakit, khususnya pada laporan RL4B, yaitu laporan yang mencatat 10 besar penyakit terbanyak yang diderita pasien rawat inap berdasarkan klasifikasi ICD-10. Laporan RL4B ini merupakan bagian dari sistem pelaporan rutin rumah sakit kepada Kementerian Kesehatan dan digunakan sebagai salah satu indikator utama dalam menilai kinerja rumah sakit. Selain itu, data dalam RL4B sangat penting dalam penyusunan kebijakan kesehatan, perencanaan program pelayanan, serta pengalokasian sumber daya kesehatan di tingkat nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ketepatan pengodean diagnosis penyakit hipertensi pasien rawat jalan berdasarkan ICD-10 di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Mulia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling atau purposive sampling, yaitu rekam medis pasien rawat jalan yang terdiagnosis hipertensi. Besar sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh sebanyak 86 rekam medis sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 53 rekam medis (62%) memiliki ketepatan dalam penentuan kode diagnosis hipertensi, sedangkan 33 rekam medis (38%) tidak tepat. Ketidaktepatan tersebut terutama terjadi pada pemberian kode gabungan (kombinasi) dan pengurutan kode diagnosis. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar petugas coder rawat jalan meningkatkan ketepatan dalam pengodean diagnosis. Pelatihan berkala mengenai penggunaan ICD-10, khususnya terkait penerapan kode gabungan, direkomendasikan sebagai upaya perbaikan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between student academic abilities and learning outcomes in final year students of the Medical Records and Health Information Study Program at one of the universities in Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative analysis using the independent T-test where researchers describe the relationship between students' academic abilities and learning outcomes. Based on the research results, it was found that the average age of students was 22 years with the majority of students being female, namely 77.8%. The description of academic ability is 88.9% good and 11.1% not good. The average learning outcome description is 3.51 with the largest learning outcome being 3.97 and the smallest being 2.66. Based on the research results, it was found that there was a significant relationship between learning outcomes and academic abilities (p-value <0.002). Where respondents whose academic abilities are good have a higher learning outcome score of 3.54 compared to respondents whose academic abilities are not good, namely 3.25. So, it can be seen that there is a quite significant correlation between academic ability and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Satisfaction from students can affect performance, because if students are not satisfied then there is something lacking with the performance of a lecturer. The purpose of this study is to determine student satisfaction with lecturer performance using sentiment analysis method. Using descriptive quantitative methods, the population of this study is active RMIK students, both regular and parallel students who have filled out a questionnaire at the end of each semester totalling 2,436 comments on the IKMKD suggestion column for 3 academic years, namely from 2020-2023. Student satisfaction with lecturer performance for positive sentiment the percentage decreased from 85% to 81%, for neutral sentiment remained 6%, and for negative sentiment the percentage increased from 9% to 13%. For neutral sentiments with comments “enough” and “no suggestions,” and for negative sentiments related to offline lectures, lack of explanation, and tight deadlines, affecting student interaction, understanding, and time. The period in this study is from 2020-2023. Samples taken directly from active students in the Medical Records and Health Information program. Using Azure Machine Learning Application to process data. The percentage of student satisfaction with lecturer performance for positive sentiment in the 2020-2021 academic year is 85% (943 comments), the 2021-2022 academic year is 82% (553 comments), and the 2022-2023 academic year is 81% (538 comments).

Abstract

Building an effective and efficient health system is an important effort to improve the quality of health services in Indonesia, the implementation of RME is an integral component in the modern health service system. The government issued the One Healthy policy in efforts to implement Health Data governance. In order to achieve this, data variables and data formats/values ​​determined by the Ministry of Health must be used as a reference in the implementation of RME based on Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022. The aim of this research is to analyze data variables in the ETI Care application for outpatient registration at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital Jakarta according to the applicable guidelines, that is Minister of Health Decree Number HK.01.07/MENKES/1423/2022. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data variables were obtained and their conformity with the existing meta data in the ETI Care application with government meta data, that is in the general identity there were 13 missing data variables and 2 variables that did not exist in the identity of the newborn baby, and 7 data variables that did not match the general identity and 1 data variable whose format/value did not match the identity of the newborn baby. It is necessary to develop the system by involving users in adjusting technical and organizational policies. There are still data variables that do not exist in the ETI Care application in the outpatient registration section, and there is also a discrepancy between the format/value of outpatient registration in the ETI Care application and the format/value of Minister of Health Decree Number HK.01.07/MENKES/1423/2022. This requires further communication with the vendor regarding system development in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Abstract

This study aims to assess Port Hospital Jakarta’s readiness to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in inpatient units using the Doctor’s Office Quality Information Technology (DOQ-IT) method. EMR systems are essential in modern healthcare, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and data security while ensuring compliance with government regulations, such as the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022. Port Hospital Jakarta has implemented EMR only in outpatient services, while inpatient services rely on conventional medical records. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, collecting primary data from 127 respondents using a non-probability purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to assess organizational readiness in two key aspects: organizational alignment and capacity. The findings indicate that the hospital’s inpatient units fall within Range II regarding organizational alignment, with a score of 17.19, categorized as "Moderately Ready”. Similarly, the organizational capacity aspect also falls within Range II, scoring 33.72, which is also categorized as "Moderately Ready." Overall, the hospital’s readiness level for EMR implementation in inpatient services, considering both organizational alignment and capacity, is in Range II with a total score of 50.91, indicating a "Moderately Ready" status. These findings suggest that while Port Hospital Jakarta has made progress toward EMR adoption in inpatient units, further organizational alignment and capacity improvements are needed to ensure a seamless and effective implementation.

Abstract

AbstractThe presence of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) plays a crucial role in helping service providers avoid counterfeit money, reduce the risk of money theft, and support the government in developing the digital economy in various regions. The use of QRIS offers significant benefits that can influence consumer interest in non-cash transactions, making it an effective solution for protecting consumers and creating a cashless society. This study aims to evaluate consumer interest in using QRIS through qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative method employs credibility testing with triangulation techniques and characteristic testing, while the quantitative method involves validity and reliability testing. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling based on respondent inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaire distribution, and literature review. The questionnaire was self-administered by general patients making payments at self-service cashiers. The results show that 40% of patients are very interested in using QRIS for non-cash payments. The interest indicator shows moderate interest at 82%, the benefit indicator shows high interest at 98%, the ease-of-use indicator shows high interest at 99%, and the risk indicator shows low interest at 96%. Overall, patient interest in using the QRIS payment method is quite high due to the ease of access provided for both patients and staff. Further socialization is needed to enhance understanding and reduce concerns about the risks associated with using QRIS.Keywords: QRIS, Interest, Benefits, Convenience, Risks AbstrakKeberadaan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) memiliki peran penting dalam membantu penyedia layanan menghindari peredaran uang palsu, mengurangi risiko pencurian uang, serta mendukung pemerintah dalam mengembangkan ekonomi digital di berbagai daerah. Penggunaan QRIS memberikan manfaat signifikan yang dapat mempengaruhi minat konsumen untuk bertransaksi secara non-tunai, sehingga menjadi solusi efektif dalam melindungi konsumen dan mewujudkan masyarakat yang minim uang tunai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi minat konsumen dalam menggunakan QRIS melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode kualitatif menggunakan uji kredibilitas triangulasi teknik dan uji karakteristik, sedangkan metode kuantitatif melibatkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan tinjauan pustaka. Kuesioner diisi sendiri oleh pasien umum yang melakukan pembayaran di kasir mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 40% pasien sangat berminat menggunakan QRIS untuk pembayaran non-tunai. Indikator minat menunjukkan minat sedang sebesar 82%, indikator manfaat menunjukkan minat tinggi sebesar 98%, indikator kemudahan menunjukkan minat tinggi sebesar 99%, dan indikator risiko menunjukkan minat rendah sebesar 96%. Secara keseluruhan, minat pasien dalam menggunakan metode pembayaran QRIS cukup tinggi karena kemudahan akses yang ditawarkan bagi pasien maupun petugas. Sosialisasi lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan mengurangi kekhawatiran terhadap risiko penggunaan QRIS.Kata Kunci: QRIS, minat, manfaat, kemudahan, risiko
