Abstract

This study looks at how customer happiness, brand awareness, and purchase intention are affected by cuisine authenticity and fair prices at Indonesian restaurants in Taiwan. Partial Least Squares (PLS) and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were used to analyze a survey of 400 foreign clients. The findings support the notion that fair prices and real cuisine both increase consumer happiness, which raises brand recognition and buy intent. The association between cuisine authenticity and consumer pleasure is moderated by cultural similarity, with customers who share a common culture reporting higher levels of satisfaction. At a 10% significant level, it also moderates the association between price fairness and satisfaction, indicating that cultural alignment may boost price variation tolerance. These results emphasize how crucial fair pricing and authenticity are to building client loyalty and drawing in a larger audience. However, the study only looks at foreign consumers; for a more thorough knowledge of consumer behaviour, future studies need look at local Taiwanese consumers as well as other aspects like ambiance and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on investment interest in cryptocurrencies, focusing on the role of influencers, psychological factors, and demographic characteristics. Using a quantitative approach through an online survey of younger respondents, the results show that social media has a significant effect on crypto investment interest. Exposure to influencer content has been shown to drive investment decisions, even when financial literacy and investment experience are not the dominant factors. In addition, risk aversion has a negative influence on investment interest, while skepticism is insignificant. Generation Z and millennials are recorded as the most active group in crypto investments, with social media as the main source of information. These findings imply the need for a new approach in financial education that focuses not only on basic literacy, but also on the critical ability to assess digital content and identify potential manipulation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat desa bahwa Penguatan Mindset dan karakter berwirausaha dikalangan pemuda dan masyarakat sangat berperan penting dalam peningkatan usaha dan penghasilan para pelakubisnis UMKM yang memiliki manfaat sangat besar karena bisa membantu pergerakan roda ekonomi rakyat dalam penguatan sektor ekonomi lokal, serta bagaimana upaya dan usaha agar kegiatan kewirausahaan masayarakat ini tidak terputus jangkauan pemasaran dan pembinaannya dalam menjangkau pangsa pasar yang lebih luas, dan sangat diharapkan peran pemerintah desa untuk turut aktif didalam mendorong kegiatan UMKM ini dengan cara melibatkan mereka untuk berpartisipasi aktif didalam melakukan kegiatan pameran ekspo UMKM yang biasanya sering dilakukan oleh pemerintah kabupaten, tingkat kecamatan dan tingkat desa. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan nantinya para pelaku bisnis UMKM desa tabo – tabo bisa memasuki pemasaran produk yang bersakala nasional dan internasional.Kata kunci: Penguatan mindset; Karakter Kewirausahaan; UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), regional financial management, and accountability, both partially and simultaneously, on development performance in Makassar City. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is a multiple regression analysis model using the SPSS program with 68 respondents. Based on the results of the study, Regional Original Revenue (PAD) has a significant influence on development performance, where the increase in PAD directly contributes to the improvement of development performance in Makassar City. In addition, better regional financial management has also proven to play an important role in supporting more optimal development performance. Accountability also has a significant influence, showing that the better the level of accountability, the better the development performance in Makassar City. Overall, PAD, regional financial management, and accountability together have a significant impact on development performance, where the synergy of these three factors will increase more effective development in Makassar City.Keywords: Regional Original Revenue, Financial Management, and Accountability, City Development Performance.

Abstract

In accordance with the awareness of the importance of human factors and the need to improve ship operational management in preventing ship, human, cargo and property accidents and preventing pollution of the marine environment, IMO issued a regulation on ship safety management & marine environment protection known as the International Safety Management (ISM Code) which was also consolidated in the SOLAS convention. Abstract

Ships are a means of sea transportation that use diesel engines as the main driving force. This is because diesel engines are easier to maintain and faster to operate. Considering this, diesel engines need special attention so that they are always ready to use and work well to support activities on board. The aim of this research is to determine the causal factors and what efforts must be made to overcome the obstruction of heat absorption in the lubricating oil of the main engine on the MT.AnnaBella ship. The research results show that the cause of the lack of oil cooler lubrication absorption on the main engine at MT.AnnaBella is due to lack of maintenance on the lubrication system components, namely dirty Lo cooler sea water pipes, dirty sea chase filters, resulting in decreased sea water pump suction, and dirty impellers. pump the sea water pump so that the sea water pump pressure decreases. Efforts to overcome the obstruction of heat absorption in the lubricating oil of the main engine on the MT AnnaBella include paying attention to the cleanliness of the sea water pipes in the lo cooler. By spraying compressed air and using rattan, always pay attention to the cleanliness of the sea water filter and regularly check the sea water pump impeller for dirt.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing sebagai strategi pemasaran produk serta mendorong tumbuhnya jiwa kewirausahaan dalam mengoptimalkan potensi wilayah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Bontoa, Kecamatan Minasatene, Kabupaten Pangkep dengan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pengenalan konsep pemasaran, digital marketing, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta strategi pengembangan usaha berbasis potensi lokal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya pemasaran digital serta mampu memanfaatkan platform media sosial sebagai sarana promosi produk. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha secara kreatif dan inovatif. Dengan meningkatnya literasi digital dan jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat, diharapkan pelaku UMKM mampu mengembangkan usaha secara berkelanjutan serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan perekonomian lokal.Kata kunci: digital marketing, UMKM, kewirausahaan, potensi wilayah, pengabdian kepada masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of budget utilization in the planning of health workforce requirements at Intan Jaya District Hospital, Central Papua Province. The research applies a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through field observations, in-depth interviews with five key informants, and a review of relevant documents. The findings reveal that the effectiveness of budget utilization in fulfilling the demand for health personnel at Intan Jaya District Hospital is still confronted with several challenges. These challenges include limited budget allocation, discrepancies between planned and realized budgets, and an imbalance between the existing number of health workers and the actual workforce needs. Several factors were identified as supporting the effective use of budgets, including proper budget planning, strong managerial support, active participation of health personnel in planning processes, transparency and accountability in financial management, flexibility in budget allocation, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The study also shows that budget utilization has contributed to an increase in the number of health workers; however, disparities in welfare and incentive distribution remain due to less optimal budget allocation. Therefore, more adaptive and responsive policies in budget planning and management are required to ensure the availability of sufficient health personnel and to improve the quality of health services for the community in Intan Jaya Regency.Keywords: Effectiveness, Budget, Health Workers, Regional Public Hospital, Central Papua.
