Abstract

The research was conducted on 128 public high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency with the aim of knowing the effect of school organizational culture, teacher competency and teacher motivation on teacher performance. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and analysis methods with path analysis. With research results; 1. there is a direct effect of school organizational culture, and there is an indirect effect through teacher competence and teacher motivation on teacher performance of 16.63%. 2. There is a direct influence of teacher competence, or indirectly through school culture and teacher motivation factors on teacher performance of 40.18%. 3. There is a direct or indirect influence on teacher motivation through school organizational culture and teacher competence on teacher performance by 25.88%. And 4. Simultaneously the school organizational culture factors, teacher competence and teacher motivation, have a contribution of 82.90% to teacher performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at STIES Banda Aceh, with research objects being 31 lecturers and 13 educational staff. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the SmartPls 4.0 program. The research results show that emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Other results show that the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Performance and fully mediated by Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant influence. The higher the Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the higher the Quality of Work Life which will ultimately improve employee performance.

Abstract

Research was conducted on employees of the Lhokseumawe Penitentiary, to examine the contribution of performance effectiveness related to organizational climate factors, work ethic and work discipline. It is a research survey, quantitative with an associative type. Based on the path model analysis between variables, it was found; (1) organizational climate factors, work ethic and work discipline are causally interconnected. (2) the contribution of the three significant factors to the effectiveness of employee performance, with a direct and indirect influence on organizational climate of 48.99%, the work ethic factor of 55.88% and the influence of work discipline of 54.31%. (2) Simultaneously, organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline have real implications for the performance of prison employees with contributions 42,2%.

Abstract

Employee performance analysis is the objective of the study. This study is based on performance allowance factors, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence. The research method that will be used is the associative type and quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all employees at the BKPSDM Pidie Jaya Regency, totaling 62 people. The results of the study showed: 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of performance allowances on employee performance of 45.28%, the influence of organizational culture of 35.25%, and the influence of emotional intelligence of 41.39%. 2) Simultaneously, performance allowances, organizational culture and emotional intelligence affect the performance of BKPSDM Pidie Jaya Regency employees with a contribution of 54.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian manajemen rantai pasok jeruk di lahan pasang surut dengan kondisi lahan marginal sangat penting dilakukan. Hal ini disebabkan investasi dan biaya pemeliharaan yang dikeluarkan cukup besar. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan cost per unit menjadi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip majamen rantai pasok jeruk (SCM) dalam usahatani jeruk, agar distribusi jeruk dari produsen kekonsumen menjadi efektif dan efisien, sehingga petani dan konsumen jeruk memperoleh harga yang layak. Manajemen rantai pasok jeruk di Kabupaten Barito Kuala berdasarkan analisis indeks, diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,58 sesuai dengan kriteria, termasuk kedalam kurang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip SCM. Hal ini disebabkan pemahaman petani jeruk terhadap konsumen, dan distribusi margin kurang sesuai prinsip SCM dengan nilai indeks masing-masing sebesar 0,50. Hal yang sama terjadi hubungan yang efektif antar pelaku rantai pasok  dengan nilai indeks cukup rendah hanya sebesar 0,33 sehingga tidak sesuai dengan prinsuf SCM. Sementara itu penyediaan jeruk dengan baik dan benar, ketersediaan logistik dan komunikasi dan informasi antar pelaku pemasaran jeruk dengan nilai indeks di atas 0,60 sehingga sudah sesuai dengan prinsip SCM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh asimetri informasi, komitmen organisasi, dan strategi organisasi terhadap hubungan antara penerapan kompensasi berbasis insentif dengan kinerja manajerial. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh manajer perusahaan jasa dan manufaktur yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Teknik penyampelan metode purposive sampling yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 57 manajer responden. Data diambil dari hasil pengisian kuisioner survey. Instrumen diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan kompensasi berbasis insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial. Asimetri informasi berpengaruh pada hubungan antara kompensasi berbasis insentif dengan kinerja manajerial. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh pada hubungan antara kompensasi berbasis insentif dengan kinerja manajerial. Strategi organisasi tidak berpengaruh pada hubungan antara kompensasi berbasis insentif dengan kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to educate community leaders in Subulussalam City about Islamic accountability in responding to the Palestinian crisis. The topic is crucial due to the low level of ideological literacy and the dominance of emotional narratives on social media, which influence public understanding. The activity was conducted in one day using a participatory method consisting of a 60-minute lecture and a 90-minute discussion, involving 31 participants from various religious and community backgrounds. The lecture applied the dakwah bil hikmah approach, while the discussion followed the maieutic method. Results showed that 93.5% of participants recognized concern for Palestine as part of Islamic accountability and a religious obligation. Additionally, 77.4% were willing to call Muslims back to a comprehensive practice of Islam (kaffah), and 71% were prepared to organize study circles to support dakwah promoting Islam as rahmatan lil ‘alamin. These findings affirm that a short educational intervention can effectively foster ideological awareness and real community-level dakwah commitment.

Abstract

This case study analyzed employee work productivity through the influence of communication, work culture, and work motivation factors. The study involved 43 employees at the Kuala District Office in Bireuen Regency, using descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques included observation and questionnaires, and analysis using a multiple regression model. The results showed: 1) There were direct and indirect positive contributions from communication factors on employee work productivity of 23.71%, work culture factors of 23.26%, and work motivation factors of 25.23%. 2) Simultaneously, communication, work culture, and work motivation contributed 57.0% to employee work productivity.
