Abstract

Pasar modal memiliki peran yang vital dalam perputaran ekonomi suatu negara. Di Indonesia, peran ini dimainkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan data BEI, diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2023 pertumbuhan tingkat investor di Indonesia tembus mencapai 10,48 juta orang. Namun, berdasarkan jumlah tersebut, persentase investor di Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) hanya sebesar 3,36% dari keseluruhan di Indonesia. Hal ini tentu sangat memprihantinkan, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu upaya agar jumlah investor di NTT dapat meningkat. Kegiatan edukasi saham untuk mendorong semangat menjadi investor muda ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi mengenai pasar modal kepada siswa-siswi SMA Kupang Barat. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman para siswa SMAN 1 Kupang Barat mengenai pasar modal, khususnya Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Seiring dengan meningkatnya pemahaman mereka mengenai pasar modal, maka minatnya untuk menjadi investor turut pula meningkat.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a preliminary framework to explore the ecological influence of perceived ecological value, perceived risk, social influence, and low price sensitivity on environmentally friendly purchase intentions and discuss the mediating role of environmentally friendly beliefs. Furthermore, this research uses empirical research through a questionnaire survey method to verify the hypothesis and explore its managerial potential. Data processing uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to verify the research framework. Empirical results show that awareness of environmentally friendly values, social influence and sensitivity to low prices have a positive impact on environmentally friendly beliefs and environmentally friendly purchasing intentions, while green ro risk perception has no impact at all. Furthermore, this research shows that the relationship between green purchase intentions and perceived green value is moderated by green beliefs. Therefore, invest resources to increase the perceived value of environmental compassion to increase environmental compassion beliefs and environmentally friendly purchasing intentions. This study summarizes the literature on green marketing and relationship marketing within a new management framework of green purchase intentions. This study uses five new concepts – perceived green value, social influence, low price sensitivity, green beliefs, and green purchase intentions – to develop an original research framework for increasing green shopping intentions. Although previous research has highlighted issues related to purchasing intentions, no research has yet explored issues related to environmentally friendly management. Therefore, this article builds a research framework to address green purchase intentions.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between service quality, patient satisfaction, patient perception, and patient trust at Santo Damian Lembata Hospital, East Nusa Tenggara, and their impact on patient behavioral intentions. The study focuses on evaluating how service quality affects patient satisfaction, perception, and trust, and how these variables influence patient behavior. The research was conducted among outpatients at the hospital, using a sample of 115 individuals selected through accidental sampling based on 18 indicators. Service quality is the independent variable, while behavioral intention is the dependent variable. Data collection involved questionnaires, interviews, and secondary sources, and the analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings indicate that high service quality at Santo Damian Hospital positively affects patient satisfaction, perceptions, trust, and behavioral intentions. Furthermore, the study confirms that patient satisfaction, perception, and trust serve as mediators between service quality and patient behavioral intentions. This emphasizes the significance of these factors in shaping patient behavior within the hospital setting. The research underscores the crucial role of maintaining high service quality to enhance overall patient experiences and encourage positive behavioral outcomes.

Abstract

Kajian ini bermaksud guna mencari tahu gambaran pelaksanaan e-learning, self efficacy, budaya organisasi, dukungan manajemen, dan kesiapan pengajar, serta agar bisa mengetahui signifikansi budaya organisasi, dukungan manajemen maupun kesiapan pengajar secara individual dalam memengaruhi self efficacy. Kajian ini pun bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh self efficacy, budaya organisasi, dukungan manajemen, dan kesiapan pengajar secara parsial terhadap pelaksanaan e-learning, serta tujuan terakhir untuk mengetahui signifikansi self efficacy dalam memediasi budaya organisasi, dukungan manajemen maupun kesiapan pengajar terhadap pelaksanaan e-learning yang memengaruhi Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode kajian ini, yaitu penelitian survei mempergunakan analisis (path analysis). Hasil uji statistik budaya organisasi dalam memengaruhi self efficacy yang memperjelas jika nilai uji t adalah 7,164 bernilai signifikansi sejumlah 0,000 (<0,05), dukungan manajemen memengaruhi self efficacy memperlihatkan jika nilai uji t, yaitu 2,685 bernilai signifikansi sejumlah 0,007 (<0,05), pengaruh kesiapan pengajar terhadap self efficacy menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji t adalah 2.329 bernilai signifikansi sejumlah 0,020 (<0,05), pengaruh self efficacy terhadap penerapan e-learning memperlihatkan jika nilai uji t adalah 2.161 bernilai signifikansi sejumlah 0,020 (<0,05), budaya organisasi memengaruhi implementasi e-learning memperlihatkan jika nilai uji t, yaitu 2.056 bernilai signifikansi sejumlah 0,040 (<0,05), pengaruh dukungan manajemen terhadap penerapan e-learning memperlihatkan jika nilai uji t adalah 3.168 bernilai signifikansi sejumlah 0,002 (<0,05), pengaruh kesiapan pengajar terhadap penerapan e-learning menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji t adalah 2.560 dengan nilai signifikansi sejumlah 0,011 (<0,05). Hasil hitungan itu memperjelas jika budaya organisasi, dukungan manajemen dan kesiapan pengajar memengaruhi positif maupun penting bagi penerpan e-learning melalui self efficacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kompetensi, penempatan pegawai, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kompetensi, penempatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, serta untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kompetensi, penempatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi NTT. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan hasil sangat setuju baik variabel kinerja pegawai, kompetensi, penempatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Hasil analisis penenlitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest in buying two-wheeled vehicles, seller behavior, customer satisfaction on the needs of the people of Ende city. the type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research to explain whether or not the influence of the independent variables of interest in buying two-wheeled vehicles, seller behavior, customer satisfaction on the needs of the people of Ende city. The sampling technique uses random sampling where the sampling technique is based on the data source with the number of vehicle owners more than 1253 two-wheeled vehicles. Data collection techniques using questionnaires for primary data and secondary data using documentation studies. Data processing using SPSS version 17. And data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study of the dependent variables of interest in buying two-wheeled vehicles, seller behavior, customer satisfaction, contributed 79.8 percent, showing a significant influence on the needs of the Ende Regency city community in buying two-wheeled vehicles. Abstract

Abstract: Writing this article intends to find out (1) respondents' perceptions of organizational culture, work environment, work motivation, and employee performance at the Alak Health Center in Kupang City; (2) organizational culture and work environment as long as they influence the work motivation of Alak Health Center employees in Kupang City; (3) organizational culture and work environment influence the performance of employees of the Alak City Health Center in Kupang; (4) work motivation influences the performance of employees of the Alak Health Center in Kupang City; and (5) motivation mediates the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of employees at the Alak Health Center in Kupang City. The sample size in this study, namely 88 informants, used a random sampling technique. The researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires and analyzing using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (PLS). The results of the descriptive analysis make it clear if the organizational culture, work environment, employee motivation, or employee performance are in a very good category. The results of the inferential analysis clarify the t-test value of organizational culture on work motivation at 0.627, work environment on work motivation at 3.351, organizational culture on employee performance at .296, work environment on employee performance at 2.542, work motivation on employee performance at 3.661, work motivation cannot mediate organizational culture and employee performance of 0.630, work motivation can mediate work environment and employee performance of 2,332. The advice given to the leadership of the Alak Health Center and the Health Office is to continue to disseminate organizational culture, make variations to increase work motivation, and carry out renovations to the Puskesmas to improve service facilities and fulfill all patient needs as well as improve employee performance. Abstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bermaksud guna mencari tahu (1) persepsi responden terhadap budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja maupun kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; (2) budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja selama memberi pengaruh ke motivasi kerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; (3) budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja memberi pengaruh ke kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; (4) motivasi kerja memberi pengaruh ke kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang; dan (5) motivasi memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi maupun lingkungan kerja pada kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Alak Kota Kupang. Besarnya sampel pada kajian ini, yaitu 88 informan mempergunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data peneliti lakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan dianalisis mempergunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik Inferensial (PLS). Hasil analisis deskriptif memperjelas jika budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi pegawai ataupun kinerja karyawan berkategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis inferensial memperjelas nilai uji- t dari budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja sejumlah 0,627, lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja sejumlah 3,351, budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai sejumlah,296, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sejumlah 2,542, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sejumlah 3.661, motivasi kerja tidak bisa memediasi budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan sejumlah 0,630, motivasi kerja bisa memediasi lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan sejumlah 2.332. Saran yang diberikan untuk Pimpinan Puskesmas Alak dan Dinas Kesehatan untuk terus melakukan sosialisasi Budaya organisasi, melakukan variasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan melakukan renovasi Puskesmas untuk perbaikan sarana tempat pelayanan dan melengkapi segala kebutuhan pasien maupun peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS) at RSU MAMAMI Kupang. The results of inferential statistical analysis show that work culture has no significant impact on the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS); age has no significant effect on the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS); work experience does not have a significant impact on the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS); Tool specifications affect meaningful implementation. The R square adjusted value shows that the coefficient of determination of the SIMRS application variable is 0.780 and the coefficient of determination of the HR Competency variable is 0.705. This value makes it clear that the involvement of work culture variables, age, work experience, HR competencies, tool specifications for the implementation of SIMRS is 78% and the contribution of work culture variables, age and work experience to HR competencies is 70%.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan merupakan Pengelolaan fungsi keuangan yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh semua orang yang mempunyai tanggung jawab di bidang/aspek keuangan. Program ini bettujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan mitra di Baubau Kecamatan Kupang Timur dari pelatihan tentang pengelolaan keuangan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, program ini akan menggabungkan antara teori dan praktek para dosen yang ahli dari Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira. Kegiatan ini disusun sebagai jawaban dari masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh petani ketika tidak menyadari pentingnya perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan. Melalui konsep yang dirancang akan diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini. Tahapan-tahapan dalam kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu Persiapan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi (PPE). Hasil akhir yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan pembukuan, peningkatan pendapatan anggota kelompok serta kelembagaan dan pengelolaan.
