Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik kerja lapangan dan kepercayaan diri siswa mempengaruhi kesiapan siswa kelas XII Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang menghadapi dunia kerja. Metodologi ex post facto dan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. 24 siswa terdiri populasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Regresi linier sederhana dan metode pengujian regresi berganda digunakan untuk menilai analisis data. Dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,359, temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktek kerja lapangan memiliki dampak yang baik terhadap kesiapan kerja. Kemudian dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,229, kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja. Terakhir, pengalaman kerja lapangan dan kepercayaan diri siswa sama-sama berkontribusi terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,365.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to evaluate articles by measuring the value effect size of the impact of e-learning learning media on student learning outcomes. Meta-analysis is the research methodology used in this case. Twenty journal papers will be analyzed for this study depending on the types of students who attend vocational high schools and universities. Based on topics that score 1.81 for SMK student subjects and 1.13 for student subjects who are in the very high category, the study's findings are an examination of the average amount of effect on the usage of e-learning media on student learning outcomes. The average effect size is extremely high in the gnognome-based learning model, according to learning model, with a value of 2.43, which is in the very high category. Based on the findings of the analysis, it can be concluded that the usage of e-learning resources significantly affects students' learning outcomes, both for SMK students and for university students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create and implement effective learning media to facilitate lecturers and students in conducting learning at the Electrical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat, namely designing Teknik Digital App learning applications by designing using use case diagrams, making the system in accordance with the design that has been made and implement the system that has been created and perform testing on the system. In collecting data, researchers used the method of observation, interviews and literature study. Meanwhile, in developing the system, researchers use the type of Research and Development (RD) research referring to the waterfall model. Applications made using Android Studio, Figma and Adobe Illustrator CS3. The application that has been made is tested using the black box testing method. This research produces a Teknik Digital App learning application that helps parties in carrying out the learning process during lectures and also helps students to make it easier to learn basic digital engineering materials anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain how apprenticeship programs in vocational high schools would be managed in terms of cooperation and communication. Research is conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. Techniques for gathering data include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Techniques for data analysis include data reduction, data display, inference, and recommendation gathering. The findings revealed: (1) management of school partnerships with business and industry in the Computer and Network Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang; (2) forms of partnership such as curriculum adaptation to business and industry, apprenticeships, vocational competency testers, employment by business and industry, and industrial visits; (3) Factors encouraging the partnership include a shared vision and mission, mutually beneficial interests between schools and business and industry, the school committee's ability and support, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. (4) Factors inhibiting partnerships include divergent perspectives between schools and business and industry, the presence of ineffective teachers, a lack of time and money, and other factors. (5) Strategies for overcoming challenges include opening lines of communication, looking for funding, enlarging the network of partners, and offering internships to students.

Abstract

This research aimed to explore the correlation between technopreneurship insight, self-efficacy, and locus of control to the entrepreneurial intention of students in the Computer and Network Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang in Classes XI and XII. The sample comprised 39 individuals selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected using questionnaires. Analytical methods included traditional assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, f-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings suggest no noticeable connection between entrepreneurial intention and technopreneurship insight. Self-efficacy does not significantly influence entrepreneurial intention. However, the entrepreneurial intention is notably affected by the partial locus of control. Simultaneously, the entrepreneurial inclination of Class XI and XII students in the Computer and Network Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang is positively and significantly influenced by technopreneurship insight, self-efficacy, and locus of control.

Abstract

In the Department of Computer and Network Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang, the LSP P1 competency certification test has been implemented to enhance student proficiency using the CIPP paradigm. A CIPP approach is used in the study method, which comprises context, input, process, product, and overall elements. The study's sample consisted of a total of two assessors. The entire population serves as the sample. A survey is the instrument utilized. approaches for data analysis that employs descriptive analysis. Using a level category method, describe the data. The outcomes demonstrated that SMK Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang implemented the competency certification test for vocational students in the computer and network engineering expertise program in terms of the following aspects: (1) context, with a quality achievement value of 45.60 or (89.00%); (2) input, with a quality achievement value of 58.40 or (88.25%); (3) process, with a quality achievement value of 37.60 or (84.65%); (4) product, with a quality achievement value of 30.20 or (88.87%); and (5) overall, with a quality achievement value of 30.20 or (88.87%). To finish the program and ensure that graduates receive SKKNI level 2 competency certificates, competency certification examinations should be implemented gradually.

Abstract

This systematic literature review examines the integration of policy and technology in vocational educational leadership, focusing on studies published between 2022 and 2024. The review addresses four key research questions: (1) technological tools and advancements supporting leadership in vocational education, (2) the influence of policies and frameworks on leadership strategies, (3) challenges associated with integrating policy and technology, and (4) the socio-economic and educational impacts of this integration. The findings reveal that technological tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital collaboration platforms, and advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) are instrumental in enhancing leadership and educational outcomes. Policies promoting digital transformation, industry alignment, and inclusivity significantly shape leadership strategies. However, challenges like infrastructure limitations and policy-implementation gaps persist. Effective integration of policy and technology in vocational education leads to improved learning environments, better skill acquisition, and enhanced socio-economic outcomes, though ensuring equitable access remains a critical concern. Abstract

Kebakaran bukan hanya sebuah musibah semata, melainkan sebuah resiko dari perilaku manusia dalam kehidupannya dan dalam penggunaan peralatan dan teknologi yang tidak sesuai prosedurnya.Hampir di berbagai daerah Kabupaten atau Kota di Indonesia selalu dan sering terjadi kebakaran, baik kebakaran lingkungan permukiman, kebakaran gedung, kebakaran pasar bahkan kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Untuk dapat menanggulani kebakaran dengan tepat dan cepat, diperlukan kemampuan dan ketrampilan yang memadai. Kegiatan latihan penanggulangan kebakaran menjadi sarana yang penting untuk melatih masyarakat khususnya warga di suatu lingkungan. Sekolah sebagai sarana pendidikan dapat mengambil peran penting untuk dapat memberikan pengalaman kepada guru dan siswa untuk dapat berperan aktif jika terjadi bencana kebakaran di lingkungan sekitarnya.   Abstract Fire is not merely a disaster, but a risk resulting from human behavior and improper use of equipment and technology. Fires frequently occur in almost every district or city in Indonesia, including residential fires, building fires, market fires, and even forest and land fires. To effectively and quickly respond to fires, adequate skills and abilities are required. Firefighting training is an important tool for training the community, especially residents in a particular area. Schools, as educational institutions, can play a crucial role in providing teachers and students with the experience to actively participate in the event of a fire disaster in their environment.
