Abstract

The limited employment resulted in the emergence of educated unemployment because the absorption of tertiary graduates in the labor market is also limited. Based on BPS data in 2019, Micro Small Medium Enterprise absorbs 97% of the national workforce. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial interest in batik products among college students from the perspective of self-efficacy, social capital, and entrepreneurial literacy. This research is a quantitative study using Path Analysis method. The results of this study are there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of entrepreneurial interest in batik products. The results of this study are expected to increase entrepreneurial interest among students by applying various factors that influence it.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to assess the effects of teachers’ work motivation on their work satisfaction. The causal study was conducted in YADIKA high schools at Jabodetabek, from January to March 2015, involving a sample of 60 teachers, who had been selected from all the teachers of schools by using the proportional random sampling technique. A survey was applied in this research and the data were analysed with technique by putting variables in a correlation matrix. The results of research reveal direct effects of the work motivation on the work satisfaction. This implies the need to consider the teachers’ work motivation in the strategic plan of YADIKA high schools at Jabodetabek to improve the teachers’ work satisfaction.

Abstract

The causal study was conducted in YADIKA high schools at Jabodetabek, from April to June 2015, involving a sample of 60 teachers, who had been selected from all the teachers of schools by using the proportional random sampling technique. A survey was applied in this research and the data were analysis with technique by putting variables in a correlation matrix. The results of research reveal direct effects of the financial compensation on the work satisfaction. This implies the need to consider the teachers’ financial compensation in the strategic plan of YADIKA high schools at Jabodetabek to improve the teachers’ work satisfaction.

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the impact of students' perceptions on the use of learning methods of debriefing, discussion and motivation to excel on learning outcomes in mathematics. The sampling technique is proportionate stratified random sampling that by using Solvin formula provides 204 students from a population of 418 samples. Data collection technique of students’ perceptions, discussion, and motivation to excel has been done by using primary data by questionnaire. Mathematics learning result is obtained from secondary data by using multiple-choice question result in the final exam of the third semester. While the methods of analysis used in this study were multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicates that there is significant impact of studens’ perceptions on the use of debriefing as learning method on the result of mathematic learning outcomes, that there is significant impact of motivation to excel on the result of mathematic learning outcomes, that there is significant impact of students’ perception on the use of debriefing, discussion, and motivation to excel altogether on the result of mathematic learning outcomes. Nevertheless, there is no significant impact of students’ perception on the use of discussion as a learning method on the result of mathematic learning outcomes.

Abstract

“The effect of Work Motivation, Teaching Competence and Personality of the Teacher on Teacher Performance in Senior High School 46 Jakarta”. Program Pascasarjana Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia..The results showed that either partially or jointly variable Work Motivation, Teaching Competency and Teacher Personality significant effect on performance, with details as follows: 1).Work motivation significant effect on the Performance of teachers, it can be proved with sig = 0.018 <0.05, and t count 2,425> 1,999 t table; 2. Teacher Competence significant effect on the performance of teachers, it can be proved with sig = 0.023 <0.05, and t count 2,334> t table 1,999; 3. Personality of teacher significant effect on the performance of teachers, it can be proved with sig = 0.013 <0.05, and 2.566 t count> t table 1,999; 4. Work motivation, competence and personality of the teacher together a significant effect on the performance of teachers, it can be proved with sig = 0.000 <0.05, and 19.511 F count> F table 2.758.

Abstract

The Purpose of the research is to findout whether there is a positive and significant Influence of headmaster leadership, work culture and job satisfaction toards teacher performance of Yayasan Pendidikan Mutiara Baru Bekasi. Based on the relevant theoretical research, hypothesis exposed are; (1) Is there positive and significant influence of headmaster leadership towards teacher performance? (2) Is there positive and significant influence of work culture towards teacher performance? (3) Is there positive and significant influence of job satisfaction towards teacher performance? (4) Is there positive and significant together of headmaster leadership, work culture and job satisfaction towards teacher performance? Research Results prove that there is the influence of Principle leadership, culture of work and job satisfaction significantly on the performance of the teachers of Yayasan Pendidikan Mutiara Baru Bekasi.principle leadership is the variables that affect the performance of the teachers.

Abstract

This research is motivated decline in employee performance PT.Detede. This study aimed to examine the effect of labor compensation, motivation and work discipline, to employee performance in PT. Detede. Research data retrieval is done through questionnaires to 65 respondents employees PT. Manunggal Metalindo Karsa obtained by using the technique jenuh sampling. Then analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained from the respondents and the data obtained from the field. Data - data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumption, processed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for Windows 15. Where hypothesis testing using t test showed that the three independent variables are labor compensation (X1), work discipline (X2), and the work discipline (X3) significant positive effect on employee performance dependent variable (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai varibel intervening pada PT Lejel Home Shopping. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dan penilaian dari hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan jawaban responden dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah katyawan PT Lejel Home Shopping dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Instrumen (Validitas dan Reliabilitas), Uji Normalitas, Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Analisis Deskriptif dan Analisis Path. Dari hasil uji analisis path yaitu analisis sub struktur 1, telah diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan Komuikasi Internal (X2) mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (Y), sedangkan untuk analisis sub struktur 2 telah diperoleh hasil bahwa varibel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan komunikasi internal (X2) melalui motivasi (Y) secara tidak langsung mempunyai pengaruh signifikan tehadap Kinerja karyawan (Z) pada PT Lejel Home Shopping.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan signifikansi penempatan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Bina Konstruksi sebanyak 83 responden, dan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan observasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan diolah dengan program SPSS versi 22 . Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi, beban kerja berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi, penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, beban kerja berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh langsung dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, penempatan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemandirian belajar, tingkat kreativitas dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik SMK Mutiara Baru Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan model penelitian dasar dan jenis penelitian kausalitas untuk menganalisis pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang disebarkan dengan google form sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 25 dengan uji parsial untuk X1 mempunyai nilai sig. 0,000 yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar, X2 mempunyai nilai sig. 0,000 yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat kreativitas terhadap prestasi belajar, X 3 mempunyai nilai sig. 0,021 yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar, .Hasil Analisa koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar sebesar 0,515 yang artinya kemandirian belajar, tingkat kreativitas dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 51,5 %. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
