Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Communication, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Mutiara Bangsa Al-Huda Vocational School, West Jakarta, simultaneously or partially. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 teachers who were respondents. This research uses quantitative causality and the results of this research are based on respondents' answers using a Likert scale. The analytical methods used in this research are multiple linear regression test, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial), and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that using the F test (simultaneous) there is a significant influence between Communication, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance. Meanwhile, the t test (partial) shows that communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Work Discipline has a negative and significant effect on Teacher Performance. With a coefficient of determination value of 36.3%, which means that teacher performance can be explained by communication, work environment and work discipline and the remaining 63.7% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

Abstract

Problems related to human resource management that frequently arise in companies are employee turnover. This study aims to understand and analyze the direct and indirect effects of workload, work environment, and compensation on turnover intention through job stress as an intervening variable among nurses at Karang Tengah Medika Hospital, and to provide recommendations that are useful for hospital management in reducing nurses' turnover intention. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares to analyze data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to sixty five nurses at Karang Tengah Medika Hospital. The results of the study show that workload has a significant positive effect on nurses' turnover intention through job stress as an intervening variable. The work environment does not show a significant effect on turnover intention, both directly and through job stress. Meanwhile, compensation was found to have a significant negative effect on turnover intention directly, but no indirect effect through job stress as an intervening variable. This study supports theories explaining that job factors such as workload and compensation affect turnover intention, but not all factors can explain the relationship through job stress. The practical implications of this study show the importance of managing workload, improving fairer compensation, and arranging a more conducive work environment to reduce nurses' turnover intention in hospitals.

Abstract

Laporan ini menyajikan hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berupa "Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan Hidup Bersih dan Cinta Lingkungan" yang dilaksanakan di Kampung Bubulak Kabupaten Bogor. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kebersihan lingkungan dan minimnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya sanitasi yang baik dan pelestarian lingkungan. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, menumbuhkan kesadaran, dan melatih keterampilan praktis masyarakat dalam mengimplementasikan perilaku hidup bersih dan peduli lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, pelatihan praktis (pemilahan sampah, pembuatan kompos, aksi bersih-bersih/penanaman pohon), serta pembagian media edukasi. Sebanyak 40 peserta dari kelompok sasaran ibu-ibu PKK dan pemuda aktif berpartisipasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan peserta sebesar35% dan adanya perubahan sikap positif serta komitmen untuk menerapkan praktik kebersihan di lingkungan masing-masing. Meskipun terdapat hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan tantangan dalam mengubah kebiasaan lama, kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan kesadaran kolektif. Rekomendasi yang diajukan meliputi program berkelanjutan, pembentukan kelompok swadaya masyarakat, kolaborasi multi-pihak, serta penyediaan infrastruktur pendukung untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dampak positif program.

Abstract

Sertifikasi guru adalah suatu proses pemberian pengakuan bahwa seseorang memiliki kompetensi untuk melaksanakan pelayanan pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan tertentu, setelah lulus uji kompetensi yang diselenggarakan oleh lembaga sertifikas. Uji Kompetensi guru mencakup 10 komponen yaitu : ( 1) kualifikasi akademik, (2) pendidikan dan pelatihan,(3) pengalaman mengajar,(4) perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, (5) penilaian dari atasan dan pengawas, (6) prestasi akademik,(7) karya pengembangan profesi, (8) keikutsertaan dalam forum ilmiah, (9) pengalaman organisasi di bidang pendidikan dan sosial, dan (10) penghargaan yang relevan dengan bidang pendidikan. Guru SMA Yadika 5 Joglo belum memenuhi 10 komponen kompetensi guru. Pengolahan data penelitian tindakan kelas akan menggunakan program softwear SPSS, hal ini di peroleh dari basil post test dimana akan menggunakan sebanyak 21 orang guru atau prosentasenya sebesar 84% dan pada umumnya cukup paham yang ditujukan oleh kuisioner pada akhir pelatihan yaitu 18 orang guru (72%) dan paham sebanyak 5 (lima) orang atau 20% dari peserta.

Abstract

Elementary education caters to children aged 7 to 13, focusing on developingskills based on the curriculum, regional potential, and local socio-culturalcontexts. At SD 03 Pagi Cipulir, students are trained in various subjects, bothcurricular and extracurricular, alongside promoting a healthy lifestyle.Elementary schools are considered centers of education, with learning takingplace not only in classrooms but also outside, in activities such as teachingabout cleanliness and environmental health. Students receive training on theimportance of personal hygiene and maintaining a clean environment, aimingto instill good ethics toward their surroundings. By incorporatingenvironmental education early on, it is expected that students will carry thesevalues into the future. This approach is intended to positively impact thestudents of SD 03 Pagi Cipulir, South Kebayoran Lama, and to raiseawareness of environmental cleanliness within the broader community,fostering a sustainable, healthier, and environmentally-conscious future for allgenerations now.

Abstract

Program kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat sebagai bentuk kepedulian lembaga terhadap kegiatan yang ada dimasyarakat untuk mengembangkan keterampilan, serta menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan iptek. Dimasa pandemi covid-19 yang sudah lewat, banyak sekali ide-ide kreatif di masyarakat yang spontan muncul, karena keterbatasan ruang lingkup dimana seluruh kegiatan dilakukan dengan proses online, yang tanpa kita pungkiri penggunaan teknologi informasi yang terhubung dengan jaringan begitu penting bagi pengusahan kecil dalam memasarkan barang dagangannya. Pada masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah Kelurahan Sudimara Pinang yang berlokasi di lingkungan Rw.003, Kota Tangerang masih minimnya pengetahuan terkait dengan Teknologi informasi dimana dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan usaha khususnya di lingkungan Rw.003 ini banyak pelaku industry kreatif, saat ini sudah jamannya yang di kenal dengan digital Marketing dimana proses transaksi maupun penjualan produk sudah menggunakan Teknologi adapun dengan keterbatasan pengetahuan di masyarakat kurangnya memanfaatkan teknologi masih sangat minim, Adapun solusi yang dapat ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra adalah dilakukan sosialisasi pengenalan dalam hal memanfaat teknologi yaitu RT-RW Net. Layanan Internet kini sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang utama dalam menunjang setiap kegiatan bermasyarakat tidak terkecuali dalam dunia permasaran. Penggunaan internet saat ini cukup efektif untuk proses meningkatkan baranding suatu produk UMKM yang ada di lokasi pengabdian masyarakat. Adapun metode kegiatan diawali dengan tahap persiapan, kemudian tahap pelaksanaan dan terakhir tahap pelaporan yang direncanakan mulai bulan Oktober 2023 sampai dengan bulan November 2024. Hasil dan luaran kegiatan setelah dilaksanakan program ini diharapkan, para mitra mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya menggunakan teknologi informasi yang baik untuk menunjang kegiatan transaksi perdagangan guna untuk memulihkan usaha.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the influence of education, training, and teaching experience on teacher performance at SMK Yapim Taruna. The study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design through the distribution of questionnaires and literature review as data collection methods. The research sample consists of all honorary teachers, totaling seventy-one individuals. The results indicate that education, training, and teaching experience collectively influence teacher performance. However, when considered separately, education and training are proven to enhance performance, while teaching experience has a distinct impact. These findings emphasize that improvements in teacher performance are not solely determined by experience but are more significantly supported by the quality of education and training programs received. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive analysis of honorary teachers in vocational schools, a group that has previously received little attention in teacher performance studies. The implications of this research can serve as a basis for schools in designing more targeted competency development programs, particularly by strengthening formal education and continuous training as key strategies to improve teacher performance quality in vocational schools. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of teacher competence, organizational culture, and compensation on teacher performance at SMK YAPIM Taruna North Sumatra. The study uses a quantitative method with a census approach to all teachers as respondents, and data is collected through questionnaires. Path analysis is used to test the relationship between variables with the help of statistical software. The results of the study indicate that teacher competence, organizational culture, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, as reflected in increased loyalty and quality of service to students. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the three main variables into a single analytical model that simultaneously measures their impact on teacher performance in a vocational school environment, which has not been comprehensively studied in a similar context. These findings have implications for school administrators to strengthen strategies for improving teacher performance through competency development, strengthening a conducive organizational culture, and providing fair and equitable compensation.
