Abstract

Pengembangan organisasi merupakan bagian penting dalam sistem pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, begitupun di Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Falah Cicalengka. Hal ini karena mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan perguruan tinggi, khususnya dalam pengembangan organisasi yang menyangkut perspektif keuangan, layanan, pembelajaran dan peningkatan. Balanced Scorcard (BSC) sebagai alternatif pengembangan organisasi di STAI Al-Falah Cicalengka yang merupakan perguruan tinggi swasta yang hendak mengoptimalkan layanan pendidikan dengan potensi sumber daya yang ada sesuai dengan Zaman sekarang, tuntutan lingkungan internal dan eksternal. Tujuan Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan organisasi Perguruan Tinggi di STAI Al-Falah Cicalengka., Untuk mengetahui penerapan visi, misi, dan strategi yang telah dilaksanakan oleh STAI Al-Falah Cicalengka dengan analisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, data yang didapatkan lebih lengkap, lebih mendalam, kredibel, dan bermakna, Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Pengembangan organisasi sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi di STAI Al-Falah Cicalengka dimulai dari penekanan pada hubungan antar individu, kelompok dan organisasi yang berkaitan dengan fungsional, struktural, teknikal serta personal. Pengembangan organisasi dikembangkan berlandaskan visi dan misi yang jelas, dan diikuti serta dilaksanakan oleh setiap individu yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan, yang akhirnya mutu perguruan tinggi STAI Al-Falah Cicalengka sesuai dengan harapan. Paradigma perkembangan pendidikan dan adanya regulasi banyak membawa dampak, masalah SDM yang menjadi hal yang krusial dalam meningkatkan daya saing perguruan tinggi. Mutu dosen dan keefektifan pegawai kependidikan menjadi hal yang utama untuk meningkatkan daya saing perguruan tinggi, juga dalam hal meningkatkan daya saing lulusan perguruan tinggi karena mutu lulusan perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu indikator untuk menilai kekuatan daya saing suatu perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Rencana strategi yang baik akan meningkatkan mutu pendidik yang baik pula. Akan tetapi perencanaan yang baik terkadang tidak diimbangi dengan pelaksanaan yang baik pula. Dengan adanya keseimbangan antara rencana yang dinginkan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan maka rencana strategi pendidikan perlu ditingkatkan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perencanaan strategi pembelajaran pada SMK Guna Dharma Nusantara Cicalengka, untuk menjawab masalah penelitian di pada SMK Guna Dharma Nusantara Cicalengka. Adapun metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan pemasalahan dan fokus penelitian. Sumber data menggunakan primer dan sekunder, dimana data yang diperoleh peneliti secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik penelitian. kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu perencanaan strategis di SMK Guna Dharma Nusantara sudah bagus karena meliputi perencanaan rencana strategis melalaui beberapa langkah perencanaan yaitu membentuk tim khusus sebagai pemprakarsa pembuatan renstra dari berbagai sumber daya yang mumpuni, membagi kelompok  dengan tugas masing-masing; mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan dan kebijakan sekolah tentang peningkatan mutu pendidik; menciptakan visi, misi, dan menganalisis SWOT dengan      mengidentifikasi kelebihan, kelemahan, kekuatan, dan ancaman yang terdapat di SMK Guna Dharma Nusantara. Pada langkah ini isu strategis belum dianalisis sesuai dengan tingkat urgen; merumuskan strategi untuk mengelola isu dengan melakukan perumusan terhadap program dan kegiatan yang direncanakan untuk menangani isu strategis; serta mereview dan mengadopsi strategi yang telah ditetapkan dalam rencana strategis

Abstract

The development of the era is so rapid, making technology has become part of people's lives. The world of education is no exception, which is increasingly demanded to be able to adapt to the times. Education in the era of society 5.0, which is very closely related to 21st century skills, inspired the Indonesian government to present a new breakthrough curriculum, namely the independent learning curriculum. This also has an effect on concepts and learning systems that are more advanced and flexible, thus demanding all elements of the school to continue to develop and adapt, especially to Islamic Religious Education subjects. The purpose of writing this article is to describe and analyze the problems of implementing the independent curriculum in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at SMAN 12 Bandung. This approach uses qualitative methods, through a phenomenological approach. The results of this study state that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in schools still faces various problems, especially in the aspects of teachers, students, and infrastructure. This is evidenced by the effectiveness of the learning concept of the Independent Curriculum which has not been maximized.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of students' creative thinking skills, the existence of an independent learning curriculum that can encourage students' creative thinking skills in PAI subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Improving Students' Creative Thinking Ability in PAI subjects. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The researcher uses triangulation on data collection technique. The data analysis technique is through data collection, data reduction and data presentation and conclusions. The results and conclusions of this study are that the implementation of an independent learning curriculum which is carried out using differentiated learning and assessment implementation patterns so that it can improve students' creative thinking skills in PAI lessons which classified into very good category on both fluent thinking, flexible thinking or original thinking, whereas the good category thinking ability indicator are those student’s ability in elaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership style of school principals at the PGRI Selaawi Vocational High School (SMK), Garut Regency. This research uses a descriptive research design that uses research informants, namely deputy principals as key informants and principals, educators and education staff as supporting informants. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was carried out using source and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that (1) the leadership style played by the principal with a leadership type that tends to be democratic. (2) The implementation of the principal's leadership includes: a planning process using good, orderly and open management. The organizing process is carried out with a good leadership style with the division of tasks between educators and education staff. The process carried out with a patterned leadership style strengthens cooperative relationships by always providing direction, coaching, formally and non-formally, both at meetings or personally. Supervision is carried out to give confidence to subordinates so that they do not continuously carry out supervision by going around the class, supervising the performance of educators and education staff. (3) Decision making is carried out by the principal with a leadership style by way of deliberation and discussion and involving educators, education staff and all existing stakeholders.

Abstract

In an effort to foster character in students through the implementation of literacy-based character education. Of course the teacher plays an important role in educating and cultivating good character in his students. This will greatly affect the smooth process of implementing this literacy-based character education. One of them is by continuing to move to find strategies and methods that are considered effective in solving this problem. The application of character education in schools is carried out in different ways based on needs. Because every child has a different character from one another. Therefore this should be a serious concern in realizing this literacy-based character education. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the teacher's role in literacy-based character education for students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. This approach uses a qualitative descriptive analytical method. The results of the study can be concluded that Islamic religious education teachers can instill literacy-based character education in programmed activities such as the learning process in the classroom, as well as non-programmed activities outside of learning hours such as programs or events held by schools, or organized by various organizations or extracurriculars .
