Abstract

Al Washliyah Kota Medan dalam memberikan informasi lokasi amal usaha yang mereka miliki khususnya dibidang pendidikan (sekolah) saat ini masih menggunakan situs pemerintah yakni kementerian pendidikan yang datanya tergabung dengan berbagai sekolah di indonesia dan hanya menampilkan penjelasan tentang sekolah serta alamat sekolah saja, sistem saat ini kurang efisien dan membuat masyarakat tidak banyak mengetahui tentang berbagai lokasi ataupun rute yang akan dilalui dalam pencarian sekolah-sekolah yang dimiliki Al Washliyah di kota Medan. Peneliti mencoba menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi dengan menerapkan sistem informasi geografis yang diimplementasikan dengan PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan OSM (Open Street Map). Pada penelitian ini, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif dan aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil analisa akan digambarkan menggunakan UML (Unified modelling language). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi geografis amal usaha pendidikan untuk mengetahui titik lokasi dan rute terdekat dapat memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat kota medan, khususnya masyarakat Al Washliyah untuk menemukan tempat pendidikan yang cocok untuk mereka.

Abstract

Merangin Jambi Geopark is a world heritage site that has been recognized by UNESCO. The attractions of the Merangin Geopark are very diverse, ranging from lakes, caves, waterfalls, hot springs, traditional forests, to ancient tree fossils that are older than the island of Sumatra (the Permian Araucarioxylon fossil is 300 million years old). Unfortunately, not many people know the beauty behind this earth park, even the Merangin Geopark is in a state of "suspended animation". The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy is currently working to develop the potential of the Merangin Geopark. This research is important to carry out to assist the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in developing virtual reality (VR) technology to map the 3Sixty form of the potential possessed by the Merangin Geopark in an effort to introduce the Merangin Geopark. It is hoped that the aim of this research will be a breakthrough in virtual reality technology to assist the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in developing Ecotourism potential in the Merangin Jambi Geopark. Abstract

The challenge of accurately identifying instances of crime and traffic issues has rendered the precise localization thereof difficult, thereby impeding the populace's access to information concerning areas of high risk and safety. Employing a Geographic Information System (GIS)-based mapping system utilizing the K-means clustering method, spatial data pertaining to crime and traffic concerns are grouped. The primary objective is to aid in the identification of high-risk areas concerning crime and traffic matters. The methodology employed in this study revolves around the application of the K-means clustering method to categorize spatial data relevant to crime and traffic issues. K-means clustering represents a non-hierarchical cluster analysis technique designed to partition data into multiple groups based on spatial similarities. Research findings elucidate that through the utilization of the K-means clustering method, three distinct sets of clusters predicated upon the intensity of crime and traffic issues emerge. Consequently, from these clustering outcomes, districts and specific locales falling within each cluster, denoted as moderately vulnerable (C1), vulnerable (C2), and highly vulnerable (C3), can be delineated. This system is poised to furnish recommendations to pertinent authorities for addressing areas exhibiting heightened intensity levels while concurrently facilitating the generation of reports and dissemination of information to the public via a dedicated website pertaining to areas at elevated risk of crime and traffic issues.

Abstract

Starter companies or technology-based startups or better known as Digital Startups have been booming in many countries, especially in Indonesia in recent years. Various ideas and solutions are offered to be a way out of a problem that is often faced by the community. Incubators, Investors and even the Government are also competing to provide digital Startup development programs, because of this many digital startups have sprung up and started to develop in Indonesia such as its predecessors, namely GoJek, Bukalapak, Tokopedia, and Tiket.com which have become Unicorns. even Decacorn in Indonesia. The mapping of the distribution of the Digital Startup itself needs to be done so that the application of a creative society or the Society of Creativity can be carried out in Indonesia, especially in the current Era 5.0 Society. Geographic Information System is a platform that provides management of spatial data (spatial data) and non-spatial data (attribute data) that can be used to map specific case studies to achieve a specific goal. At present Geographic Information Systems can be developed based on Web or WebGIS. The mapping of the distribution of Digital Startups in Indonesia is currently carried out to facilitate the Government in monitoring and developing the number of digital startups in Indonesia, so that people who are capable of being competitive and creative can be formed in Indonesia because they are always monitored and well developed by the Government. Research on Mapping the Distribution of Digital Startups in the Implementation of the Society of Creativity in Indonesia is based on WebGIS. The editor that will be used is ArcGIS Online.

Abstract

Andhika Clinic must have a relevant strategy according to the characteristics of its services, a strategy that can be implemented, the service is better, when compared to what its competitors are doing. So Andhika Clinic must maintain service to patients. Good employee performance is measured by patient satisfaction in receiving the services provided by employees. And this service will maintain patient loyalty for treatment at Andhika Clinic. Employee performance appraisal is influenced by several factors. These factors can result in service procedures not being carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and when sending patient complaints they still use a suggestion box, making it very difficult to convey patient complaints directly in the performance of employees in serving patients. Using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to overcome the above problems in terms of addressing service quality which affects employee performance by designing a website-based application. The advantage of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is that it can show attributes that need to be improved or reduced to maintain patient satisfaction.

Abstract

PT. Anugerah Wisnu Wicaksana, sebagai penyedia jasa pengiriman yang telah lama berkecimpung dalam industri ini, menghadapi tantangan besar terkait pengelolaan data transaksi. Dengan jumlah pelanggan yang terus bertambah, termasuk baik individu maupun perusahaan, serta volume transaksi harian yang signifikan, kendala-kendala mulai muncul. PT. Anugerah Wisnu Wicaksana telah mengkomputerisasi proses pengelolaan invoice dan purchase order (PO) untuk layanan pengiriman menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Excel. Namun, dalam penerapannya, ada sejumlah kendala yang dihadapi. Salah satunya adalah proses pengetikan dokumen invoice dan purchase order yang harus dilakukan secara manual untuk setiap transaksi. Selain itu, dokumen-dokumen tersebut tidak terorganisir dengan baik karena tidak ada database yang menyimpan data secara terpusat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang mampu mengelola dan menyimpan data invoice dan purchase order dengan lebih efisien. Dalam rangka itu, PT. Anugerah Wisnu Wicaksana telah memutuskan untuk mengadopsi sistem pengolahan data berbasis website. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi yang lebih terintegrasi dan terstruktur dalam pengelolaan invoice dan purchase order mereka. Dengan demikian, akses data akan lebih mudah dan efisien. Metode yang dipilih adalah First In First Out (FIFO) dalam antrian pembuatan dan penerbitan purchase order (PO). Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur notifikasi penagihan kepada pelanggan menggunakan WhatsApp Gateway. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, diharapkan PT. Anugerah Wisnu Wicaksana dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasionalnya, mengurangi kesalahan manusia, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui layanan yang lebih cepat dan terorganisir.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based reminder service application that informs Civil Servants (ASN) about promotions and retirement information through the WhatsApp API. Currently, notifications regarding promotions and retirement information for ASN are still manually conveyed through WhatsApp messages without standardization. This research aims to provide more structured information about promotions and retirement, from scheduling to standardized messages. The research focuses on the need for an efficient system to manage and deliver important information related to ASN promotions and retirement, given the frequent delays and inaccuracies in information dissemination. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application is built using the PHP programming language and the Yii Framework, and it integrates the WhatsApp API for personal notifications. Testing results show that this application functions well, providing timely notifications and making it easier for ASN to receive important information related to promotions and retirement through WhatsApp. The web-based reminder service application with WhatsApp API integration is effective in enhancing the efficiency of delivering promotion and retirement information to ASN and is expected to be widely implemented in personnel administration systems.

Abstract

Abstract: Electric buses are one of the environmentally friendly means of transportation that are being introduced by the Medan City government as an effort to support the reduction of air pollution. The development of information technology supports the dissemination of information to the general public, especially the development of information on electric buses in Medan City. GIS which in its implementation uses Open Street Map can create interactive maps containing spatial data and information related to electric buses. This system was developed using the Rapid Application Development method. The results of this study aim to facilitate the Medan City Transportation Agency in socializing electric buses and make it easier for the public to find out information related to electric buses.  Keywords: Electric Bus; Medan; GIS; OpenStreetMap; RAD Abstrak: Bus listrik merupakan salah satu alat transportasi ramah lingkungan yang sedang diperkenalkan oleh pemerintah Kota Medan sebagai usaha untuk mendukung pengurangan pencemaran polusi udara. Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendukung penyebaran informasi kepada kahlayak umum khususnya perkembangan informasi bus listrik di Kota Medan. GIS yang didalam pengimplementasiannya menggunakan Open Street Map dapat membuat peta interaktif yang memuat data spasial dan informasi terkait bus listrik. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development. Hasil dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan dalam mensosialisasikan bus listrik serta memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengetahui informasi terkait bus listrik. Kata kunci: Bus Listrik; Medan; GIS; OpenStreetMap; RAD
