Desa Empat Balai merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di kecamatan Bangkinang Barat, Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Mata Pencaharian penduduknya dari bertani dan beternak. Maka program-program unggulan di desa tersebut adalah peternakan, kuliner, wisata bersih, edukasi, seni, dan olahraga. Untuk mengelola program-program tersebut dibutuhkan pengelolaan manajemen keuangan. BUMDES Empat balai sejauh ini mengelola taman bermain, dan cafe. Permasalahannya adalah tatakelola manajemen keuangan belum terkelola secara maksimal. Pencatatan yang dilakukan masih ala kadarnya. Maka dari itu diperlukan pelatihan bagaimana pembuatan laporan keuangan bagi pengelola BUMDES empat balai. Tujuannya adalah agar pengelola mempunyai kompetensi dalam melakukan pembukuan transaksi keuangan sesuai dengan standar laporan keuangan EMKM. Metode yang digunakan selama pelatihan adalah ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Pelatihan diiikuti oleh 15 pengurus baik BUMDES maupun perangkat desa yang mempunyai kepentingan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya laporan keuangan, namun masih dibutuhkan pendampingan lanjutan dalam peningkatan keterampilan membuat laporan keuangan secara baik dan benar.

This study explores the impact of student participation in extracurricular activities on learning achievement mediated by learning discipline. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Seberida, Indragiri Hulu Regency, with a sample of 30 students in class XI IPS. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive quantitative research type, the data analysis used to test the hypothesis is path analysis. The results showed that extracurricular activities have a positive but insignificant direct and indirect effect on learning achievement mediated by student discipline. The results of this study confirm previous research which states that there is a positive and significant effect of participation in extracurricular activities on discipline and learning achievement. However, this study was able to show that discipline and learning achievement can be controlled by school management policies in maintaining student discipline and achievement.

Abstrak Jika dilihat dari segi giografis Finlandia adalah sebuah negara Scandinavia di Eropa Utara. Seperempat dari wilayahnya masuk dalam Lingkaran Laut Arktik kutub utara. Oleh karena itu penduduk negara kecil ini harus mampu memaksimalkan pendayagunaan semua potensi psikologikal dan fisikalnya untuk mempertahankan dan mensejahterakan hidupnya. Negara ini memiliki luas area 338.145 km dengan jumlah penduduk sekitar 5.518.371 jiwa dan menganut falsafah sosialis (Luthrean-komunis). Sebelum tahun 1990 Finlandia menggantungkan pendapatan negaranya pada sektor pertanian, tetapi sekarang Finlandia terkenal sebagai salah satu pusat teknologi dunia. Finlandia mampu menghasilkan siswa yang lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan siswa di Amerika dalam bidang Science dan Matematika. Sebagaimana negara-negara lain di Eropa Finlandia juga menganut paham pragmatis. Pendidikan agama merupakan tanggungjawab orang tua masing-masing. Pemerintah Finlandia tidak memungut biaya pendidikan kepada warga negaranya. Kurikulum inti ditangani oleh komite pelatihan tripartit (pemerintah, dunia industri dan penyelenggara pendidikan dan pelatihan). Pergantian pucuk pimpinan negara tidak merubah kebijakan pendidikan, sehingga apa yang diprogramkan oleh pemegang kekuasaan sebelumnya tentang kebijakan pendidikan dapat terus berjalan. Hasilnya hanya dalam 14 tahun Finlandia menjadi negara dengan pendidikan nomor satu di dunia. Dalam satu kelas terdapat tiga orang guru (dua guru yang fokus pada penyampaian materi, satu orang guru menemani siswa yang masih tertinggal dalam pelajaran). Semua guru wajib bergelar master. Strata satu tidak lagi dibolehkan menjadi guru meskipun di sekolah dasar. Calon guru berasal dari 10 besar mahasiswa di kampusnya yang masih akan disaring dengan lebih ketat. Dalam evaluasi sistem pendidikan Finlandia tidak ada Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) seperti di Indonesia, dan juga tidak ada ujian nasional (UAN), tetapi mereka menganut kebijakan “automatic promotion”, naik kelas secara otomatis. Guru selalu siap membantu siswa yang tertinggal sehingga semua naik kelas. Semboyan mereka adalah “Test Less Learn More” (kurangi tes perbanyak belajar). Ukuran kemajuan pendidikan menurut mereka adalah karakter penduduknya bukan pendapatan nasional, kemajuan teknologi dan kekuatan militer. Pemerintah Finlandia menyediakan anggaran 5.200 Euro atau sekitar Rp 70 juta untuk setiap siswa per tahun.

A large number of micro preneur in Indonesia have difficulties in developing their businesses. This research aims to develop a guidebook for the establishment of BUMRT to improve the competitiveness of micro enterprises. The development model carried out in this study is the ADDIE model. The development results were tested on micro businesses in Dusun III Bendah Pudu, Kampar Regency. The trial results showed that the BUMRT guidebook was able to improve students' understanding of the merger strategy to improve business competitiveness. The results also showed that the BUMRT guidebook was suitable for use by the community.

Pelatihan manajemen UMKM bertujuan untuk membekali para pelaku UMKM agar dapat menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi kerakyatan dalam rangka mengatasi keterbatasan UMKM selama ini. Nilai-nilai kebersamaan, kekeluargaan, dan gotong royong mampu untuk mengatasi keterbatasan modal dan SDM UMKM. Peserta pelatihan diikuti oleh Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga Dusun Bencah III Pudu Permai yang memiliki usaha dalam skala mikro. Metode yang digunakan dengan mentoring dan consulting. Hasil pelatihan menjukkan bahwa dari 4 kompetensi yaitu memahami konsep ekonomi kerakyatan, membuat struktur organisasi beserta job description terakhir mengaplikasikan marketplace sebagai lapak penjualan sebesar 70% lebih sudah tercapai untuk setiap kategorinya.

This study aimed to describe students’ autonomous learning after students experienced synchronous learning. This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The study’s instrument is questionnaire through Google Form. The questionnaires consist of 15 items about students autonomous learning during synchronous learning and 10 items about students’ opinion of implementation of autonomous learning during synchronous learning. The data is described from 100 respondents to by descriptive analysis approach. The finding of this study reveals that there were four activities among other which students get, namely getting information about learning objectives for each new topic in synchronous learning, having different learning strategies for each different subject, looking for supporting materials that suit their needs, getting motivation during the class and students carried out learning activities as stated in the course outline from the lecturer's lesson plan. In addition, students' synchronous learning has become one of the factors that has assisted them in encouraging individual learning or keeping them autonomous with the assistance of lecturers' instruction and learning sources.

This study aims to analyze 1) the influence of learning interest on learning activity, 2) the influence of learning interest controlled by learning time on learning activity. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a comparative method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to 84 students of class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Rengat using the proprotional random sampling technique using the slovin formula. The data analysis uses descriptive techniques, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that: 1) learning interest has a significant influence on learning activity, 2) there is an influence of learning interest controlled by learning time on learning activity.

The weakness of MSMEs in managing finances is characterized by unsystematic recording of business transactions. The development of financial reports using Ms Excel aims to make it easier for MSMEs to make financial reports to make decisions. The development design used is ADDIE. The research sample was taken from 15 MSMEs engaged in production, so the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results showed an average overall item score of 0.876 (88%), meaning that the use of Ms Excel for financial reports is included in the criteria for very practical use. The effectiveness score of 0.864 (86%) means that the use of Ms. Excel for financial reports is included in the criteria very effective
