Abstract

Barrang Caddi Island is one of the islands located in Barrang Caddi Village, Sangkarang Islands District, Makassar City. The Barrang Caddi Village Office as a public service provider has various types of services to the community, including issuing recommendation letters and certificates. Barrang Caddi Village Office staffs were required to provide effective and efficient services to the community, hence village officials must always improve their knowledge and skills, including increasing information technology literacy. Utilization of information technology in supporting public services within the Barrang Caddi Village environment requires the ability of Human Resources to use this information technology. In response to this, the Dipa Makassar University Lecturer team carried out community service activities addressed to the Barrang Caddi Village officers with a counseling approach in the form of training in the use of office applications, namely Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and the internet. The purpose of this community service activity was to improve the quality of HR performance for the Barrang Caddi Village Office in operating office applications to ensure faster, more effective and efficient services for the community. Based on the results of the community service activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that all participants in the training, namely the Barrang Caddi Village Office staff, were very enthusiastic about participating in the training and the participants were able to understand and practice well all the material presented during the activity.

Abstract

Paket katering merupakan beragam menu makanan dan minuman yang disajikan per paket sehingga calon pelanggan dengan mudah melakukan pemesanan untuk porsi banyak pada perusahaan katering tertentu. Perusahaan katering menawarkan paket katering dengan beragam hidangan dan harga sesuai dengan kebutuhan calon pelanggan, mulai dari paket arisan, pesta pernikahan, kegiatan kantor, dan kebutuhan lainnya. Seiring dengan perkembangan era digital, semakin banyak ditemui brosur usaha katering seperti pada facebook, instagram dan social media lainnya. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan calon pelanggan kebingungan dalam memilih paket katering yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan budget yang dimiliki. Untuk itu dibuat sebuah sistem rekomendasi paket katering dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sistem rekomendasi menggunakan 4 kriteria yaitu jarak (S1), harga (S2), menu utama (S3) dan menu pembuka juga penutup (S4). Kriteria tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan rekomendasi urutan perankingan paket katering, selanjutnya menentukan nilai berpasangan antar kriteria yang digunakan untuk menghitung bobot setiap kriteria dan seterusnya hingga sistem menghasilkan rekomendasi paket katering dan perankingan berdasarkan nilai AHP terbaik yaitu nilai tertinggi. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem rekomendasi tersebut dapat membantu calon pelanggan dalam memilih paket katering yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan calon pelanggan.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani merupakan sekumpulan para petani yang terdiri dari ketua dan anggota, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian serta taraf hidup para petani khususnya di kelompok tani. Kendala yang terjadi saat ini yaitu hanya sebagian petani dapat bantuan. Banyak kelompok tani yang seharusnya layak mendapat bantuan tetapi tidak memperoleh bantuan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut makan dirancang sistem untuk menampilkan informasi informasi ketersediaan bahan baku meliputi nama bahan, stok dan kebutuhan, lalu hasil produksi meliputi nama produksi, hasil produk dan minimun hasil produksi serta kondisi alat meliputi nama alat, kondisi alat dan keterangan tambahan kondisi alat pertanian lalu informasi kebutuhan keuangan meliputi sumber dana dan nominal melalui sistem berbasis web. Hasil penelitian yaitu sistem berbasis web yang dirancang dapat membantu Ketua Kelompok Tani untuk memonitoring kebutuhan bibit, alat pertanian dan bantuan petani yang dibagikan kepada para anggota kelompok tani dan menyajikan rekap data kondisi alat, bahan baku, hasil produksi dan kondisi keuangan sehingga dapat mempermudah memilih jenis bantuan yang akan diberikan kepada petani.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency merupakan sebuah inovasi teknologi yang sangat canggih untuk zaman modern saat ini yang dibangun di atas sistem On-Chain. Di tengah maraknya cryptocurrency di era modern ini, banyak orang yang akhirnya terjun untuk mencoba cryptocurrency dengan tujuan mendapatkan uang. Hal tersbut didukung dengan adanya market yang menyediakan jual-beli crypto. Dalam sebuah transaksi jual-beli crypto, ada yang namanya supply, oleh karena itu kita perlu mengetahui hubungan antara supply terhadap harga crypto di market lokal maupun luar seperti market Indodax dan Binance. Sebagai upaya untuk memberikan insight lebih terhadap sistem transaksi yang ada di beberapa market jual beli crypto atas apa yang mempengaruhi pergerakan harga crypto tersebut di market. Dalam Penelitian ini, Penulis menggunakan metode Korelasi Spearman untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara supply terhadap harga cryptocurrency di market Indodax dan Binance. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian komparasi harga yang terus naik maupun turun secara real time, supply memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pergerakan harga dari cryptocurrency baik dari segi Inflow maupun Outflow yang terjadi pada saat ada kegiatan transaksi dalam market. Dengan mengetahui hubungan antara supply dan harga, dapat memberi pemahamam tentang bagaimana harga cryptocurrency bergerak di market sehingga memungkinkan kita menentukan timing yang optimal dan tepat untuk melakukan pembelian dan penjualan di market Indodax dan Binance.

Abstract

Pharmacy is a public facility that supplies, distributes, and serves medicine needs. Based on observations, Rania Farma Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies that still uses conventional methods of medicine management. The Pharmacist Assistant has to write down medicine stocks and transactions in a book, calculate sales with the help of a calculator, and monthly reporting by inputting daily sales in the Microsoft Office Excel application which takes quite a long time. This process is prone to human error, such as calculation and recording errors, which can harm pharmacies and consumers. This research uses the Design Thinking method to design a mobile-based pharmacy application based on the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). Then perform prototype analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Design Thinking includes software development methods focusing on solving human-centered problems. Pharmacy information needs are collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. In designing this information system, it is hoped that it can help medicine management at the Rania Farma Pharmacy. In testing the prototype, the analysis used is the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of the SUS value were 79.5, which was included in the Good category. Therefore the design of the Pharmacy application can be used and developed to become a better and more useful system for pharmacies.

Abstract

Student Executive Board is a student organization or executive institution found in every tertiary institution and can represent the existence of a tertiary institution. The student Executive Board is headed by the Student Executive Board President, who is assisted by the Secretary-General, three Coordinating Ministers, and several ministries that represent student needs. In carrying out its function as a forum for student aspirations to make changes (agents of change) in paradigm, emotional, intellectual, and religious values, the Student Executive Board requires student candidates who are in synergy with their vision and mission. The Student Executive Board Presidential Election is usually held every year. A decision support system (DSS) was built by implementing the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to easily and efficiently elect the Student Executive Board President quickly and efficiently. The criteria used are communication skills (C1), leadership attitude (C2), vision and mission (C3), skills (C4), and organizational experience (C5). Each criterion is weighted where the total weight of all criteria equals 1. Next, calculate the evaluation weight value (EW), total evaluation weight (TEW), and ranking. The research results show that alternative 7 (A7), with the highest score of 4.35, is the student candidate with the top ranking, meaning A7 is the most recommended to be elected as President of the Student Executive Board. With this DSS, we can provide appropriate recommendations for Student Executive Board Presidential candidates and assist universities and students in carrying out the selection process quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

Background: Keterampilan guru SD Negeri Bulurokeng dalam mengimplementasikan TIK sebagai tools pembelajaran masih kurang. Beberapa guru belum mahir dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer, sehingga media pembelajaran yang disajikan di kelas masih monoton. Oleh sebab itu perlu diselenggarakan kerjasama pengabdian kepada guru SD Negeri Bulurokeng, dengan tujuan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan implementasikan TIK untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi komputer. Metode: Partisipasi SD Negeri Bulurokeng selaku mitra mempersiapkan peserta sebanyak 32 orang guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan selama tiga hari. Metode yang digunakan mulai dengan wawancara singkat dengan kepala sekolah dan guru-guru, kemudian dilakukan pelatihan dengan menyajikan dan menjelaskan materi bandicam aplikasi dan powerpoint, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan peserta dalam mengimplementasikan materi dan terakhir adalah evaluasi yaitu mengukur sejauh mana tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan tersebut. Hasil: Pelatihan dan pendampingan implementasi TIK tersebut, peserta dalam kapasitas sebagai pendidik lebih mempunyai pilihan dalam membuat bahan ajar, meningkatkan kapasitasnya dalam perkembangan teknologi melalui kreatifitas penggunaan bandicam dan powerpoint. Sebagai mitra, guru-guru merasa sangat antusias dan merasa puas mengikuti pelatihan tersebut karena mampu mengimplementasikan metode pengajaran baru yang lebih menarik minat siswa. Kesimpulan: Meningkatkan kreatifitas guru dalam implementasi TIK khususnya membuat bahan ajar yang lebih interaktif.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak is the most significant event from 2019 until 2021. A medical examination of radiological images is carried out to check the condition of the patient's lungs. The limitations of this examination need alternative computer-assisted applications for patient CXR. This research aims to implement a back-end and front-end-based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model. Its advantage is that it can detect CXR images in real-time and non-real-time using multi-classification, namely normal, pneumonia, and COVID-19. The CNN model carries out the process of convolutional feature extraction and multi-layer perceptron classification at the back-end stage. In contrast, it uses an Android mobile-based application at the front-end stage. The research results show that the non-real-time condition has an accuracy of 98%, while the real-time is 95% lower. This research produces model and application performance that is flexible for user needs. The results can be recommended for developing applications for more comprehensive users.

Abstract

Side Dish Stores serve as traditional venues for buying and selling a diverse array of products, including fish, foodstuffs, beverages, kitchen spices, clothing, souvenirs, and more. In their pursuit of maximizing profits, traders use competitive strategies, such as online marketing, to expand their sales channels and promote products digitally. This research aims to generate recommendations for selling fish, and traditional supermarkets through a collaborative filtering method. The criteria used to generate recommendations for shops or fish sellers among 25 alternatives include product type, availability, service quality, shop cleanliness, product quality, and sales volume. The research results indicate that the highest predicted value is 0.70, where user 16 exhibits the highest similarity with user 14. Consequently, TSF 1= 4.17, TSF 5= 3.5, TSF 9= 3.33, TSF 13= 3.83, and TSF 15= 4.5. When ranked, TSF 15 will be the first recommendation for user 16, followed by TSF 1, TSF 13, TSF 5, and TSF 9. This recommendation system facilitates consumers in determining the appropriate shop or fish seller to visit when shopping at the Side Dish Store. Traders can easily market products to enhance sales. Moreover, the system streamlines buying and selling transactions for traders and consumers without the necessity of direct visits to the Side Dish Store

Abstract

Forest fire is a significant issue, especially for tropical countries like Indonesia. One of the impacts of forest fires is environmental pollution and damage, such as damage to flora and fauna, water, and soil. Fire detection technology is crucial as a preventive measure before the spread or expansion of fire points. Several forest fire detection systems have been developed by various research studies, with detection targets varying. Objects in the form of images are usually detected using the RGB color filtering method, but this method still results in false detections in image processing. Therefore, a classification model is built to detect fire and smoke in images using the Convolutional Neural Network (ConvNet) algorithm. In the development of the ConvNet model, a comparison of models is also conducted to assess the influence of Hyperparameter Tuning and Callbacks in optimizing the model's classification performance. The research results indicate that out of the six comparison scenarios created, the best model is obtained with 90% training data and 10% testing data, which is also optimized with Hyperparameter Tuning and Callbacks, with a Validation Accuracy of 98.18% and Validation Loss of 4.97%. This model is then implemented in the interface system.
