Abstract

Abstract: SWOT Analysis on Nur Riska Lubuklinggau Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to Become a Superior MadrasahThis study aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths possessed by MI Nur Riska Lubuklinggau as well as the threats and opportunities that will be faced by Madrasas in the future. This research approach is qualitative. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and literature review. The study results show that in its operational strategy, this school always uses SWOT analysis in every institutional development strategy. In addition, it was found that MI Nur Riska's strength was winning various competitions, MI Nur Riska's weakness was not maximally accommodating students for more creativity, MI Nur Riska's opportunities to develop further were proven by the support from many parties, and MI Nur Riska's threats were the many other schools in Lubuklinggau City which also wants to build its school.Abstrak: Analisis SWOT Pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nur Riska Lubuklinggau Untuk Menjadi Madrasah UnggulPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelemahan dan kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh  MI Nur Riska Lubuklinggau serta ancaman dan peluang yang akan dihadapi oleh Madrasah pada masa yang akan datang. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Tteknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam strategi operasionalnya sekolah ini selalu menggunakan analisis SWOT dalam setiap melakukan strategi pengembangan lembaga. Selain itu ditemukan kekuatan MI Nur Riska adalah menjuarai berbagai kompetisi, kelemahan MI Nur Riska adalah Belum maksimalnya mewadahi siswa untuk lebih berkreativitas, Peluang MI Nur Riska untuk lebih berkembang terbukti dengan banyaknya dukungan dari banyak pihak, dan ancaman MI Nur Riska adalah banyaknya sekolah lain di Kota Lubuklinggau yang juga ingin mengembangkan sekolahnya.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the competency of PAI teachers in making lesson plans through continuous academic supervision at assisted schools in Lubuklinggau City. This type of research is school action research that focuses on the role of academic supervision in preparing lesson plans which consist of two cycles consisting of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Techniques and Methods Data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires, observation. Research results. In Cycle I, teachers who had made and collected lesson plans from the beginning were continued in Cycle I, meeting 1 and meeting 2. It was found that there was an increase from 37% to 56%, in cycle I, meeting 2, it increased again to 85%, but there was still a discrepancy between teaching and planning. It turns out that the quantity of teachers after continuous supervision has increased. In Cycle II, it can be said that the competence of teachers in compiling lesson plans increased, due to an increase in teachers from 30% to 60% at the end of cycle I, and increased again in Cycle II to 80% of teachers who received a B (Good) grade based on the authenticity of the lesson plan prepared by the teacher. due to scenario compatibility.

Abstract

Microsoft Word application assistance for SMP Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau students is an initiative for the efficiency and effectiveness of learning in schools. Microsoft Word application assistance aims to facilitate student assignments, as well as facilitate teaching and learning methods through the use of information and communication technology. Students are given time to directly practice the use of Microsoft Word applications in a comfortable environment and supported by adequate facilities. An assistant or tutor was assigned to assist students in overcoming difficulties and provide guidance in the application of Microsoft Word. An assessment of the students' ability to use office software was conducted. The results of this assessment are used to provide constructive feedback to students and provide encouragement for them to continue to improve their skills, Through PKM activities planned by the TEAM from PGRI Silampari University, SPM 4 Negeri Lubuklinggau students, especially students will be taught how to train and mentor who have skills in operating Microsoft Word.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the rationality of the motivation and expectations of parents to send their children to Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), on average, parents seek and send their children to quality and quality institutions so that their children's education in the future can be guaranteed. This research is included in field research (Fied Research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study suggest that the rationale for parents' motivation to send their children to Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nur Riska Lubuklinggau is that there is a balance between worldly and hereafter lessons, many excellent programs, close proximity, affordable costs, more effective learning, adequate facilities, parental background, and finally more religious learning. As for the hopes of parents after sending their children to MI Nur Riska Lubuklinggau, there are also several of them, children can become hafidz of the Koran, children can understand religious and general knowledge, can improve children's morals, can become pious and pious children. supported by its flagship program Dhuha prayer every day, tadarus every morning, smart and motivation before studying, tahfidz quran, tahfidz hadith and daily prayers, educative zakat, educational visits, SBNR (alms with nur riska), social activities, and finally getting to know the basics of science and going on pilgrimage supported by local content.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the completeness of science learning outcomes by applying diorama media in learning animal movement organs to measure science learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 41 Lubuklinggau. This type of research is experimental Research. The research population was all fifth grade students at SD Negeri 41 Lubuklinggau City for the 2023/2024 academic year. Sample selection is done by random sampling technique. Sample selection is done by random sampling technique. The sample taken was class V.A, totaling 20 students and taught with diorama media. The research method uses a pre-experimental design. Data collection techniques using tests in the form of essay questions. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. Based on the results of research and discussion obtained an average value of 80,67 with learning completeness (90%). The results of the t-test analysis obtained tcount = 5,22 > ttable = 1.73 which shows that the hypothesis Hₒ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. So it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of class V.A students at SD Negeri 41 Lubuklinggau in the 2023/2024 school year after applying diorama media to learning science were significantly complete. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggambarkan perilaku seks menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh siswa smk lubuklinggau. Studi ini merupakan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menganalisis perilaku seks siswa smk lubuklinggau tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 berjumlah 280 siswa kelas XI Kemudian pengambilan sampel dilakukan random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel 143 sampel. Analisis data deskriptif yang digunakan adalah hasil kuesioner dan nilai persentase dari hasil angket kuesioner. penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Data mayoritas siswa tidak terpapar pornografi atau tidak terlibat dalam aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan penyimpangan seksual atau pornografi. Meskipun ada sebagian kecil yang terpapar hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip sosial dan pendidikan seks yang baik mungkin sudah diterapkan di lingkungan masyarakat dan linkungan sekolah mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide understanding tolerance to Muslims related to radical or fundamentalist ideologies so that with this deradicalization can reduce ideologies that can be dangerous for other religious adherents or fellow Muslims themselves. The data analysis technique used is This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a type of library research. which is presented in descriptive form which is ultimately expected to be able to provide a comprehensive view of the role of modernization as one of the efforts to overcome radical movements. This research emphasizes the intended data sources are of course related to strengthening religious moderation from the perspective of Islamic religious education to understand the importance of the position of religious deradicalization in strengthening religious moderation literacy. The idea of ??this research is related to religious modernization, namely that Islam must be able to bring peace, justice, and universal benefits and also Islam is not only seen from a normative-theological perspective, but also as a socio-political ethic that guides people in national and state life so that it is hoped that it can make its ideas about religious deradicalization as one of the references in formulating religious education policies so as to offer a holistic and transformative character education model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan penguatan pendidikan karakter di tengah tantangan abad ke-21, sementara pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam masih cenderung berorientasi kognitif sehingga internalisasi nilai moral belum optimal. Meskipun narasi kenabian (qisas al-anbiya) telah digunakan dalam pembelajaran, kajian yang secara khusus mengkaji integrasinya sebagai strategi pedagogis berbasis storytelling di madrasah ibtidaiyah masih terbatas, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi qisas al-anbiya dalam pengembangan moral dan karakter peserta didik di MI Nur Riska Lubuklinggau.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi qisas al-anbiya melalui storytelling, tanya jawab, refleksi, dan penguatan nilai mendorong keterlibatan kognitif dan emosional siswa serta mendukung proses internalisasi nilai moral. Nilai kejujuran, amanah, disiplin, kesabaran, dan tanggung jawab tidak hanya dipahami secara konseptual, tetapi juga mulai tercermin dalam perilaku siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa qisas al-anbiya memiliki potensi sebagai strategi pedagogis yang mendukung integrasi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik, serta berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan pendidikan karakter Islam yang kontekstual di madrasah ibtidaiyah
