Abstract

Quality education really needs professional staff. Therefore professional education personnel will carry out their duties professionally to produce higher quality graduates. The type of this research is qualitative research and the method used is in-depth interview (Indepth Interview), documentation. Data analysis using this study using a Multi Case study design. The results of this study are to look at an overview of the role of principals' leadership and how the role of principals in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Abstract: SWOT Analysis on Nur Riska Lubuklinggau Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to Become a Superior MadrasahThis study aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths possessed by MI Nur Riska Lubuklinggau as well as the threats and opportunities that will be faced by Madrasas in the future. This research approach is qualitative. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and literature review. The study results show that in its operational strategy, this school always uses SWOT analysis in every institutional development strategy. In addition, it was found that MI Nur Riska's strength was winning various competitions, MI Nur Riska's weakness was not maximally accommodating students for more creativity, MI Nur Riska's opportunities to develop further were proven by the support from many parties, and MI Nur Riska's threats were the many other schools in Lubuklinggau City which also wants to build its school.Abstrak: Analisis SWOT Pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nur Riska Lubuklinggau Untuk Menjadi Madrasah UnggulPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelemahan dan kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh  MI Nur Riska Lubuklinggau serta ancaman dan peluang yang akan dihadapi oleh Madrasah pada masa yang akan datang. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Tteknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam strategi operasionalnya sekolah ini selalu menggunakan analisis SWOT dalam setiap melakukan strategi pengembangan lembaga. Selain itu ditemukan kekuatan MI Nur Riska adalah menjuarai berbagai kompetisi, kelemahan MI Nur Riska adalah Belum maksimalnya mewadahi siswa untuk lebih berkreativitas, Peluang MI Nur Riska untuk lebih berkembang terbukti dengan banyaknya dukungan dari banyak pihak, dan ancaman MI Nur Riska adalah banyaknya sekolah lain di Kota Lubuklinggau yang juga ingin mengembangkan sekolahnya.

Abstract

This article discusses independent curriculum management in the context of early childhood Islamic education (PIAUD). The purpose of this research is to identify the concepts and principles of independent curriculum management and their implementation in PIAUD. The methodology used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach. Based on the results of the research, the independent curriculum management concept emphasizes student empowerment as learning subjects and curriculum development that is tailored to the needs and potential of students. The principles of independent curriculum management include student participation in decision making, curriculum linkages with real life, flexibility in implementation, and competency development. The implementation of the independent curriculum in PIAUD requires a participatory curriculum development process that involves stakeholders, the use of active learning methods, and periodic evaluations to optimize the learning process. In conclusion, independent curriculum management can be an alternative for developing a student-centred PIAUD curriculum and developing their potential in a holistic and integrated manner.

Abstract

The problem in this research is poor management of religious activities. The aim of this research is to describe the description of da'wah management in religious activities in mosques. And describe what factors support and hinder the management of da'wah in religious activities in mosques. This research was operated using a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The researcher used purposive techniques in determining research subjects as well as observation, interviews and documentation as methods of gathering information related to this research. Use of source triangulation as a method of finding data validity. The results of this research provide a description that the management of da'wah in religious activities in mosques is managed through planning stages carried out using a deliberation system in planning a religious activity, grouping carried out by grouping types and themes of religious activities, as well as supervision that is determined and carried out by setting standards for religious activities. Meanwhile, the supporting and inhibiting factors for da'wah management in religious activities in mosques consist of internal factors and external factors, namely mosque management factors and also mosque congregation factors.
