Abstract

Produk halal di Indonesia menjadi isu yang sangat sensitif. Hal ini karena mayoritas warganya beragama Islam. Untuk itu, agar tercipta makanan yang Aman, Sehat, Utuh, dan Halal (ASUH) harus ada pelatihan penyembelihan hewan yang halal. Program pelatihan ini juga dilakukan di Pesantren Manahijussadat Banten. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang berbasis Islam kemampuan menjadi penyembelih halal harus dimiliki. Untuk itu penelitian ini akan membahas proses pelatihan dan monitoring juru sembelih halal di Pesantren Manahijussadat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan tujuan melakukan evaluasi pelatihan penyembelihan hewan di Pesantren  Manahijusadat dan memberikan informasi tentang penyembelihan yang halal guna mengembangkan potensi santri dan guru. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil bahwa program pelatihan juru sembelih halal yang ada di Pesantren Manahijussadat terbagi menjadi dua proses yaitu pemaparan materi dan praktik langsung.  Dalam proses pemaparan materi terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, dan pelaksanaan. Pada tahap persiapan ini pihak pesantren berkoordinasi dengan panitia pelaksana sebagai pemateri. Tahap sosialisasi kepada seluruh peserta di Pesantren yang meliputi guru dan santri. Terakhir tahap pelaksanaan, pada proses pelaksanaan dijelaskan secara mendalam terkait tata cara penyembelihan hewan yang halal dan sesuai syariat Islam. Kemudian pogram dilanjutkan dengan proses praktik penyembelihan hewan. Pada proses ini juga terdapat tiga tahapan. Pertama, tahap persiapan, panitia menyiapkan hewan atau media penganti (gedebong pisang) dan menyiapkan alat penyembelihan. Kedua, tahap penyedian tempat. Ketiga, tahap pelaksanaan yang dilakukan sesuai syarat dan ketentuan. Pada proses monitoring program pelatihan juru sembelih halal dinilai melalui emat tahapan yaitu reaksi, pembelajaran, kebiasaan, dan hasil (result).

Abstract

The science of Sharaf focuses on the study of word transformation in Arabic, emphasizing three core concepts: fi'il (verb), ism (noun), and harf (particle). Various reference books have been published on the subject, with al-Jurumiyah being one of the most well-known. In addition to traditional Arabic texts, there are also resources available in Indonesian that present the science of Sharaf in a concise and accessible manner. One such book is Sharaf for Beginners by Abu Razin and Ummu Razin. This study aims to analyze this book through a qualitative approach, employing descriptive analytical data analysis. The findings indicate that the book utilizes two primary teaching methods: the manhaji method and the tashrif method. From a technical perspective, the book incorporates three distinct techniques, which are categorized as mind mapping, descriptive, and testing techniques. These methods and techniques serve to enhance the understanding of Sharaf for beginners and provide a structured approach to learning the subject. The implications of this study suggest that the book effectively combines traditional and modern methods to facilitate a comprehensive learning experience for its readers.

Abstract

This study aims to see the portrait of the entrepreneurial spirit-based life skills education program at SDIT Al Madinah as a form of implementation of personal, social, academic and vocational skills. This entrepreneurial spirit is needed with the habit of living independently and practicing finding solutions to problems faced. This paper uses qualitative, descriptive and field research methods, while the study conducted is a literature study with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques to obtain a detailed picture of the program. The data used are secondary data from the results of program evaluations at schools, combined with program implementation data. The results of this study are an evaluation of the entrepreneurial spirit-based Life Skills Education program which is held in the form of cultivation activities and integrated with Islamic values according to the sunnah of the Prophet. Its implementation is oriented towards empowering participants and focuses on improving competencies in the form of knowledge, skills and attitudes. This program has been implemented in agricultural (agricultural), fisheries and livestock cultivation activities, with various types of plants and animals that can be developed and have economic value, as well as being a learning process for children in building and developing an Islamic entrepreneurial spirit. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat potret program pendidikan kecakapan hidup berbasis jiwa kewirausahaan di SDIT Al Madinah sebagai bentuk implementasi kecakapan personal, sosial, akademik dan vokasi. Jiwa kewirausahaan ini dibutuhkan dengan pembiasaaan diri untuk hidup mandiri dan berlatih mencari solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, deskriptif dan field research, sementara studi yang dilakukan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan teknis analisis data deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendapatkan gambaran program secara mendetail. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal hasil evaluasi program di sekolah, digabungkan dengan data implementasi program. Hasil dari studi ini adalah evaluasi program Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup berbasis jiwa kewirausahaan yang diselenggarakan dalam bentuk kegiatan budidaya dan diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai keislaman sesuai sunah Rasulullah. Pengimplementasiannya berorientasi pada pemberdayaan peserta dan terfokus pada peningkatan kompetensi berupa pengetahuan (knowledge), keterampilan (skill) dan sikap (attitude). Program ini telah diimplementasikan pada kegiatan budidaya agrikultur (pertanian), perikanan dan peternakan, dengan beragam jenis tanaman dan hewan yang bisa dikembangkan dan bernilai ekonomis, sekaligus menjadi proses pembelajaran anak dalam membangun dan mengembangkan jiwa wirausaha secara Islami.

Abstract

This research is motivated by curiosity about teacher competence according to a famous cleric called Ibn Jamaah which is written in his best work in Islamic education which is then relevant to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. This study covers the competence of teachers according to Ibn Jamaah, the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, and the relevance between the two. The research method used in this study is library research from the book Tadzkirah Al-Sami' Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-'Alim Wa Al-Muta'allim which is the primary source and several sources of journals & books that discuss related issues. the book Tadzkirah Al-Sami' Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-'Alim Wa Al-Muta'allim which is a secondary source. After reviewing the book Tadzkirah Al-Sami' Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-'Alim Wa Al-Muta'allim and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers and relevance the two authors found the relevance between the two although there are several aspects there is nothing in Ibn Jamaah Al Kinani's thinking such as the use of technology, democratic aspects, stability, honesty, sportsmanship, objective evaluation of one's own performance, and self-development independently on an ongoing basis with the assumption that there was no technology in his time or these aspects were represented by competency indicators. the teacher's personality with each other. Abstrak         Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi keingintahuan tentang kompetensi guru menurut seorang ulama yang terkenal dengan panggilan Ibn Jamaah yang tertulis dalam karya terbaiknya dalam pendidikan islam yang kemudian direlevansikan dengan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 Tentang Guru dan Dosen. Penelitian ini mencakup kompetensi guru menurut Ibn Jamaah, Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 Tentang Guru dan Dosen, dan relevansi antara keduanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dari buku Tadzkirah Al-Sami’ Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-‘Alim Wa Al-Muta’allim yang menjadi sumber primer dan beberapa sumber jurnal & buku yang membahas terkait buku Tadzkirah Al-Sami’ Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-‘Alim Wa Al-Muta’allim yang menjadi sumber sekunder. Setelah mengkaji buku Tadzkirah Al-Sami’ Wa Al-Mutakallim Fi Adab Al-‘Alim Wa Al-Muta’allim dan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 Tentang Guru dan Dosen dan merelevansikan keduanya penulis menemukan relevansi antara keduanya walaupun ada beberapa aspek tidak ada dalam pemikiran Ibn Jamaah Al Kinani seperti pemanfaatan teknologi, aspek demokratis, stabil, jujur, sportif, objektif mengevaluasi kinerja sendiri, dan mengembangkan diri secara mandiri berkelanjutan dengan asumsi belum adanya teknologi pada masa beliau atau aspek-aspek tersebut sudah terwakili dengan indikator kompetensi kepribadian Guru satu dengan yang lainnya.

Abstract

Perencanaan jaminan mutu merupakan sebuah perencanaan yang sangat penting karena jaminan mutu dapat memberikan 2 informasi yaitu kepada pihak Lembaga pendidikan sebagai umpan balik dan kepada konsumen yaitu para wali murid. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempelajari dan melengkapi keilmuan pembaca dalam perencanaan jaminan mutu di Lembaga pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan deskriptif-kualitatif, data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan wawancara kepada bagian-bagian terkait dengan perencanaan jaminan mutu. Hasil yang diperoleh ialah Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Bogor menggunakan manajemen berbasis PDCA (Plan, Do, Cek, Action) dan memiliki standar jaminan mutu berupa standar Kompetensi Lulusan, pendidikan agama Islam, pembinaan peserta didik, proses, penilaian, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan sekolah, pembiayaan sekolah Islam dan kerjasama.

Abstract

The decline in student enrollment at Islamic educational institutions has become a serious challenge in maintaining both their existence and educational quality, including at SMP Qur’an As-Salam Pekanbaru. This condition requires structured, systematic, and adaptive marketing management that responds to social, cultural, and technological developments. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of marketing management based on the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) framework in enhancing the attractiveness and image of the institution. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of school leaders, administrators, teachers, and parents who were actively involved in marketing strategies. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while maintaining validity through source and method triangulation. The results of the study indicate that marketing planning at SMP Qur’an As-Salam is designed based on its Qur’anic vision and mission, emphasizing Islamic character education, Qur’an memorization, and academic quality. In terms of organizing, the institution established a special team responsible for promotional activities, both conventional and digital. The implementation of strategies combined direct promotion (social gatherings, brochures, banners, community activities) with digital promotion (social media, websites, and educational content). Evaluation or controlling was conducted periodically through monthly and annual meetings, which assessed the effectiveness of promotional media, enrollment levels, and community satisfaction. Although the POAC-based strategy has proven effective in improving the school’s image and community interest, its effectiveness is reflected in the increasing number of inquiries and student registrations, higher community participation in school activities, and more positive feedback from parents and stakeholders. the study also found limitations, including weak digital media management, lack of innovation in promotional content, and limited promotional facilities. These factors reduce the institution’s competitiveness amid the increasingly intense landscape of Islamic education. In conclusion, the application of POAC-based marketing management at SMP Qur’an As-Salam has been effective in strengthening institutional identity despite the decline in enrollment. However, improvements are still needed in digital marketing, market research, and external collaboration. This study recommends continuous innovation, training in digital media management, and collaborative strategies with stakeholders to expand outreach and ensure the sustainability of Islamic educational institutions in the modern era.
