Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has the largest forests in the world, forests are an important element in regulating climate. Forests must be managed well because the benefits and role of forests are very important for life. However, Indonesia's forests are experiencing damage due to various factors. The government supports forest restoration activities through the Forest and Land Rehabilitation (RHL) program which consists of reforestation and reforestation activities. To realize good results in RHL activities, roles from non-governmental parties are needed, involving NGOs as new actors other than government who can help the country to resolve forestry problems and the impacts resulting from forest destruction. This research method is a literature study with primary data sources obtained when carrying out internship activities at one of the NGOs in Jakarta, namely PATTIRO and secondary data obtained through literature such as journals, books or FGDs. The results of the research are that support from parties or actors other than government can ease the burden that must be faced by the state in overcoming forestry problems. NGO PATTIRO is one that is concerned about forest problems. With three roles that NGO PATTIRO has, namely as implementer, catalyst and partner.

Abstract

This study highlights two main issues in the office of the planning bureau of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. First, the work instructions given by superiors to subordinates are not optimal. Second, the time discipline of the employees still needs to be improved, with some employees leaving and entering the office at times that do not adhere to the designated schedule. The aim of this study is to identify the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the Planning Bureau of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia. The organizational culture theory used in this study is from Victor Tan, which consists of individual initiative, risk tolerance, supervision, communication patterns, and management support. Meanwhile, the employee performance theory used is taken from Bernardin Russell, which includes job quantity, job quality, timeliness, cost efficiency, supervision, and interpersonal influence. The research method used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample used is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample type, where the entire population of employees in the Planning Bureau of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, which amounts to 67 respondents, is taken as the sample. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. The organizational culture variable obtains a significant value of 1.119, which means that if the organizational culture value increases by one point, employee performance will increase by 1.119. Based on the R square test, the R Square value is 0.634 or 63.4%. This indicates that the organizational culture variable affects employee performance by 63.4%. The rest is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The efforts made by Indonesia in overcoming the problem of deforestation and forest degradation is the REDD+ Program. REDD+ is implemented to reduce the rate of deforestation and reduce emissions and sustainable economic growth. The implementation of REDD+ in East Kalimantan has its own strengths and weaknesses. This study aims to determine the implementation of the REDD+ Program in East Kalimantan. This research uses a library research method with a qualitative approach. In answering questions about the problems of REDD+ implementation in East Kalimantan, this research uses SWOT analysis theory. The results show that the strengths of the REDD+ program are the strong commitment of the East Kalimantan local government, and the initiation of various programs. The weaknesses of the REDD+ program are the lack of long-term funding and conflicts over land ownership. The opportunity of REDD+ program is the increasing economic growth of local communities in East Kalimantan. The threat of REDD+ program is the supervision of law enforcement that has not been fair for all communities in East Kalimantan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi komparatif untuk menganalisis administrasi publik di Singapura dan Malaysia dari segi bentuk negara, bentuk pemerintahan, sistem pemerintahan, dan sistem politik. Faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan di antara keduanya, seperti faktor sosial budaya, kepemimpinan, dan dinamika politik, juga menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Singapura sebagai negara kesatuan dengan pemerintahan yang sangat terpusat, menunjukkan keputusan administratif yang cepat tetapi kurang responsif terhadap kebutuhan lokal yang beragam. Sementara itu, Malaysia, sebagai federasi dengan pembagian kekuasaan antara pemerintah pusat dan negara bagian, menawarkan lebih banyak fleksibilitas dalam kebijakan regional namun menghadapi tantangan dalam koordinasi antar tingkat pemerintahan. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi tentang bagaimana struktur administratif dan respons terhadap tantangan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik di kedua negara ini dapat berbeda akibat dari faktor-faktor kontekstual yang berbeda.

Abstract

Tata kelola pasar Rengasdengklok megalami berbagai permasalahan seperti penumpukan sampah yang tidak beraturan, kemacetan, serta tidak tertatanya para pedangang karena didominasi oleh pedagang kaki lima (PKL). Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karawang berinisiasi melakukan relokasi untuk menata ulang pasar Rengasdengklok, namun proses relokasi mengalami berbagai penolakan pedagang terutama PKL. Penolakan para pedagang dengan alasan harga kios yang ditawarkan pihak ketiga kurang sesuai atau terlalu tinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kolaborasi antara Pemerintah Daerah, swasta dan para pedagang dalam tata kelola pasar dengan menggambarkan peran masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa sarana prasarana yang disediakan di pasar baru belum siap dalam memenuhi kebutuhan para pedagang, serta harga kios yang ditetapkan terlalu tinggi. Kehadiran PKL yang tidak mengikuti ketentuan sewa juga dirasakan menjadi ketidakadilan bagi warga Ikatan Para Pedagang Rengasdengklok (IPPR). Peran sektor privat yaitu PT VIM menjadi dominan dalam pengelolaan pasar, sehingga para pedagang perlu mengeluarkan biaya lebih untuk memperoleh pelayanan agar kenyamanan pasar tetap di perhatikan PT VIM. Kesimpulan bahwa peran Pemda setelah dilakukan relokasi dialihkan kepada sektor privat, sehingga koordinasi pengelolaan pasar dilakukan antara IPPR dengan PT VIM.

Abstract

The performance of a government agency can be seen from the performance of its government employees or apparatus, the author will focus this research on the South Tangerang City DPRD secretariat, where the South Tangerang City DPRD secretariat employees have the main task and that is to facilitate members of the South Tangerang City DPRD. In assessing employee performance, performance appraisal is very important for every employee to measure how employee performance is. This and measure the extent to which the main tasks and functions of the DPRD secretariat can be carried out. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of employees at the South Tangerang City DPRD secretariat. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative description approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Using theoretical indicators from Hasibuan which states that employee performance indicators consist of work quality, work quantity, discipline, and responsibility. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the work quality of the sub-division for the implementation of supervision is good. Then the quantity of work of employees is good. Furthermore, the discipline of employees of the sub-section of management and supervision is said to be not good. Then the indicators of cooperation carried out by the sub-section of the supervision administration are good. In connection with the last indicator regarding responsibility, the employee of the sub-division for the implementation of supervision is already responsible.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a government policy program that seeks to eradicate poverty. This program is distributed from cities and villages throughout Indonesia. By looking at this PKH policy can reduce poverty. This article aims to see how far the program plays a role in reducing poverty. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the program has been running smoothly, marked by socialization, program supervision, and program implementation which is carried out regularly. Abstract

SP4N-REPORT! (National Public Service Complaint Management System - People's Online Aspiration and Complaint Service), which is a service for conveying all community aspirations and complaints through several complaint channels. The aim of this research is to find out an overview of the implementation of the SP4N-LAPOR Application! in managing public complaints at the Tangerang Regency Communication and Information Service which has been implemented as a public service innovation so far. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with an approach in the form of literature study or literature study, through a collection process obtained from various sources including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. Meanwhile, the type of data in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly, namely taking data from journals related to research. The research results show that the SP4N-LAPOR Application program in providing convenience to public complaint services as access for the community in conveying aspirations, requests for information on government performance and improving the quality of public services at the Tangerang Regency Communication and Information Service has been running well. Proven through several applications by providing evaluations, collaboration with other institutions such as LSN, subscribing to big data software, and creating a special complaint management structure, with the aim of increasing responsiveness and quality in managing complaints from the public.
