Abstract

Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, terlebih dahulu peserta dijelaskan tentang pengertian media pembelajaran, jenis – jenis media pembelajaran dan konsep media pembelajaran yang interaktif. Selanjutnya peserta juga dijelaskan tentang teknologi Augmented Reality yang banyak digunakan dalam beberapa aplikasi. Setelah penjelasan materi selesai, peserta diarahkan untuk menggunakan salah satu aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality yang telah dibuat sebelumnya sebagai pengenalan dalam memahami tentang teknologi augmented reality. Ini merupakan pengalaman pertama peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality sehingga mereka merasa tertarik untuk mempelajari cara pembuatan dari aplikasi tersebut. Setelah masuk tahap pelatihan pembuatan aplikasi, peserta dijelaskan langkah-langkah pembuatannya mulai dari tahap penginstalan Unity 3D sebagai Editor, cara registrasi akun di Vuforia, integrasi Unity dengan SDK Android dan instalasi Android Support Editor for Unity sebagai tools untuk membangun aplikasi yang berjalan pada platform Android. Proses pelatihan berjalan dengan baik terlihat dari antusiasme peserta dalam menyimak penjelasan materi dan mempraktekkan proses pembuatan aplikasi. Setelah selesai tahap pembuatan aplikasi selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian untuk melihat apakah aplikasi yang dibuat dapat berjalan dan berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya

Abstract

The low reading passion effects the reading comprehension skiil of students grade 5th SDN 174559 Sirait Uruk which is the priority problem of the researcher. To solve this problem, the research was done about application of contextual learning SQ3R type, to improve students’ reading comprehension skill, students’ motivation to learn especially reading, and teacher’s professional skill. The research method is classroom action research with 2 cycles which is carried out by simulating learning videos in each cycle. The result of the implementation of cycle 1 and 2 is concluded that contextual learning SQ3R type is able to increase the reading comprehension skill of students, students’ motivation increased by being active in learning, and teacher is more professional in delivering material. So that learning runs effectively and the learning objectives are successfully achieved.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the process of developing teaching e-modules, the feasibility of teaching e-modules, and the results of evaluating student responses to the development of teaching e-modules for Basic Concepts of Elementary Mathematics based on Realistic Mathematics Education combined with Problem-Based Learning using Flipbook. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research was tested on 55 3rd-semester students in 2022/2023 PGSD Department of Gorontalo State University academic year. The instruments used during the research were material expert validation questionnaires, media expert validation questionnaires, and student response evaluation questionnaires. The material expert validation questionnaire, media expert validation questionnaire, and student response evaluation questionnaire were analyzed quantitatively using a Likert scale. The results of material expert validation obtained an average percentage of component feasibility of 96% with very strong interpretation criteria, the results of media expert validation obtained an average percentage of component feasibility of 97.88% with very strong interpretation criteria and the results of evaluating student responses to teaching e-modules obtained an average percentage of 86.86% with very strong interpretation criteria. So that the results of the study indicate that the teaching e-module for Basic Concepts of Elementary Mathematics based on Realistic Mathematics Education combined with Problem-Based Learning using Flipbook is said to be feasible and qualified to be used as teaching material in the learning process of the Basic Concepts of Elementary Mathematics course.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact, motivation, and strategy of using the Merdeka Mengajar platform by productive mathematics teachers. This study used mixed-method with case studies in its qualitative research and quasi-experiments in its quantitative research. The participants of the case study were 15 productive mathematics teachers, and the sample of the quasi-experiment was one of the classes taught by the teacher. Quantitative data were obtained from students' learning outcomes, and qualitative data from semi-structured teacher interviews. The quantitative analyses used were descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The qualitative analysis refers to three steps: data condensation, data display, and decision-making. The results showed that the impact obtained by mathematics teachers was an enhancement in competence and knowledge, including those related to teaching and technology. Learning innovations inspired by learning outcomes in PMM were effectively implemented in the mathematics classroom. What motivates teachers to optimize the use of PMM varies from the desire to continue learning and provide the best quality of learning to the desire to contribute to student success and to be role models. There are three elements in productive mathematics teachers' strategies to optimize the use of PMM in self-development. They are targets, consistency, notes and implementation with feedback, and self-reward as a supporting element.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas merupakan salah satu dari tujuan SDGs yaitu kebijakan global dalam menciptakan perubahan positif. Paradigma perubahan pendidikan dan pembelajaran seiring dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Dalam proses belajar mengajar pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai sumber atau media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mendesain media pembelajaran intreaktif berbasis TIK. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode knowledge  transfer dan model  community  development dengan tiga tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Adapun jenis aplikasi yang dilatihkan yaitu Nearpod. Nearpod merupakan salah satu platform web yang mengintegrasikan TIK dan konsep gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran. Beradsarkan hasil pengisi kuesioner diperoleh 92% guru menyatakan bahwa materi yang disajikan baik sekali, 100% menyatakan cara penyajian materi baik sekali dan 100% menyatakan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru meningkat setelah kegiatan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mendesain media pembelajaran intreaktif berbasis TIK serta mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta.

Abstract

Workshop peningkatan kemampuan IT guru PAUD Sekolah Penggerak Angkatan 2 Kabupaten Majene adalah sebuah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen di sekolah penggerak bagi para guru PAUD. Kegiatan workshop ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan IT bagi guru-guru PAUD di sekolah penggerak Angkatan 2 Kabupaten Majene, khususnya pelatihan Microsoft Office Word dan Microsoft Office Excel. Pelatihan workshop peningkatan kemampuan IT guru PAUD ini berfokus pada pelatihan IT dalam mengaplikasikan Microsoft Office Word dan Microsoft Office Excel dalam mempersiapkan media pembelajaran yang digunakan para guru dalam pembelajaran. Workshop peningkatan kemampuan IT ini menerima respon yang sangat positif dari para guru PAUD. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingginya tingkat antusiasme para guru dalam memberikan pertanyaan terkait materi pelatihan dan tingginya keaktifan para guru PAUD dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas latihan yang diberikan oleh pemateri pelatihan IT. Selain itu pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan kemampuan IT para guru PAUD, terutama dalam mengaplikasikan kemampuan IT untuk mempersiapkan bahan ajar di kelas. Para guru PAUD menjadi lebih cepat dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan meningkatnya kemampuan IT yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

A change in curriculum policy to the Independent Curriculum is something new for teachers. There are many teacher needs, especially knowledge and skill competencies in terms of preparing Independent Curriculum learning tools, which have not yet been accommodated. The development of knowledge and skills is very important in order to improve the learning process in accordance with the Independent Curriculum. One effort to develop teachers' pedagogical abilities is through training in preparing Independent Curriculum learning tools. This activity was carried out at SMPN 1 Majene, West Sulawesi, which was attended by 32 teachers. Activity stages include preparation, implementation, evaluation and report preparation. The result of this activity is that the level of teacher satisfaction after implementing the training on developing independent curriculum learning tools is in the very satisfactory category.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study that aims to describe the impact of using the real action feature on the Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) platform from the perspective of mathematics teachers. This research was conducted from August 2023 to September 2023. This research uses data obtained from documents or real action information from 22 mathematics teachers from West Sulawesi and South Sulawesi. Data are obtained from descriptions, reflections, and documents that can be accessed on the Merdeka Mengajar platform, especially in the resource person section in the community feature. The mathematics teachers referred to and selected in this study are teachers who are resource persons for the Merdeka curriculum because they are among the teachers who receive many benefits from using the real action feature in PMM. The data analysis used refers to three steps, namely data condensation, data display, and conclusion making. Based on the research results obtained, the real action feature on the Merdeka Mengajar platform has many positive impacts on mathematics teachers, students, and schools. These impacts include improving teacher competence, making teachers visionary person, making teachers accustomed to reflecting, improving the condition of education units, overcoming misconceptions, improving the quality of teacher learning tools, strengthening the relationship between teachers and students, having a positive impact on students, and deepening or adding new knowledge.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the learning outcomes of class II students at SDN Wonobodro 01 are still low in Mathematics on the topic of flat shapes. This is because the learning system provided by the teacher in class is less interesting, causing students to be less enthusiastic about participating in the learning provided. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in mathematics learning outcomes in flat shapes material using the picture and picture learning model for class II students in the first semester of SDN Wonobodro 01. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles and every cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results showed that the picture and picture model was successful in improving student learning outcomes. This was shown by the results of the percentage of student completion in the pre-cycle of only 19.2% with an average class score of 53.1. Then, in cycle I it increased to 53.8% with an average class score of 64.8 and increased again in cycle II to 92.3% with an average class score of 90.7. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the picture and picture model in the material for building mathematical data was successful because student learning outcomes increased each cycle.
