Abstract

The aim of the research was tested the effect of brand equity on consumer response. Good consumer response can increase the brand equity of the clinical laborator y, thereby being able to strengthen the customers intention to re-conduct a health check. The Data obtained through questionnaires distributed online, consisting of five Surakarta cluster areas namely Jebres, Laweyan, Banjarsari, Pasar kliwon, Serengan. Sampling technique used was non probability sampling with a population of 200 respondents in the Budi sehat clinic laborator y in Surakarta. Hypothesis test using by SEM. The study found results: (1) brand image has a significant effect on brand equity, (2) brand equity has a significant effect on brand preference, (3) brand equity has asignificant effect on revicite intention, (4) brand awareness has no effect on brand equity, (5) perceived qualit y has no effect on brand equity, and (6) brand loyalty has no effect on brand equity.

Abstract

his study aims to test psychological capital mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and error management. Authentic leadership on psychological capital, psychological capital on error management, and authentic leadership on error management. The data were obtained from the questionnaires distributed to Hospital employees Jiwa Surakarta and Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling with 159 respondents from the hospital employees population. The hypothesis test was used by using regretion test the SPSS 18 program. The results of the study indicate that the authentic leadership significantly affect on the error management, psychological capital significantly affect error management, authentic leadership significantly affect psychological capital, so that the psychological capital is strongly re inforced by the relationship between authentic leadership and error management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational political perceptions on job satisfaction moderated by political skills. This research is important because it is able to examine the significance of the relationship between organizational political perceptions and political skills on job satisfaction. This research uses survey research methods through questionnaires. The objectof research is all hospital employees in the city of Surakarta with a sample of 159 respondents. Sampling in this study using the probability sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression while the moderating analysis tool uses regression analysis tools. The results showed H1 had a significant relationship while H2 did not have a significant relationship. These results give the sense that organizational political perceptions affect job satisfaction. While political skills as a moderator between organizational political perceptions do not affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of behavioural intention using the Grab Health application during the Covid19 pandemic. Data was obtained from questionnaires were distributed to the general public who use health applications Grab Health. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling, that is convenience sampling technique. The sample used in the study was 200 respondents who used the health applications Grab Health. Hypothesis testing is done by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method using the AMOS program. The results of this research indicate that attitudes have a significant effect on behavioral intentions, positive perceptions of perceived enjoyment are significant to attitudes, social influences have a significant influence on attitudes, and perceptions of vulnerability do not significantly influence attitudes in the use of health applications Grab Health

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training on psychological contract fulfillment as moderated by the individual's relational orientation. The data were obtained from the questionnaires distributed to employees Jiwa Hospital of Surakarta and PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Surakarta. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling with a population of 149 hospital employees. Hypothesis testing is performed using regression analysis using SPSS 18. The results of this study indicate that training has a significant effect on psychological contract fulfillment and relationship orientation moderates the relationship between training and psychological contract fulfillment.

Abstract

The security of using mobile banking in Indonesia is perceived as not providing a good guarantee, so it can reduce trust in continuing to use it. This study examines factors that can increase trust to influence customers' intention to continue using mobile banking. The role of user learning, the perceived value of the application, technological competence, and compatibility can strengthen trust in forming an intention to continue using. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique, with 200 respondents using the BCA Mobile application, which was conducted online. Validity and reliability testing was carried out using the SPSS version 22 application. A structural approach with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis was employed to test Hypotheses. The test results show that trust in forming the intention to continue using is influenced by perceived learning, perceived value, and technological competence and is not affected by application compatibility. Keywords : Intention to Use Continuence, Trust, and Mobile Banking Abstrak Keamanan penggunaan mobile banking di Indonesia dipersepsikan belum memberikan jaminan baik yang dapat menurunkan kepercayaan untuk terus menggunakan. Studi ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan untuk dapat mempengaruhi nasabah untuk berniat terus menggunakan mobil banking. Peran pembelajaran pengguna, nilai persepsian dari aplikasi, kompetensi teknologi, dan kompatibilitas menjadi faktor yang dapat menguatkan kepercayaan dalam membentuk niat untuk terus menggunakan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 200 responden pengguna aplikasi BCA Mobile yang dilakukan secara online. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pendekatan structural dengan analisa SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kepercayaan dalam membentuk niat terus menggunakan dipengaruhi adanya pembelajaran yang dipersepsikan, nilai persepsian, kompetensi teknologi, dan bukan disebabkan kompatibilitas aplikasi. Abstract

Background: The workplace function of nurses is an important thing that must be paid attention to by hospitals. Nurses certainly have an important function in their work in terms of health services. Employees should be able to adapt and be respected in their work environment. However, some people experience problems adapting to their work environment, resulting in low performance. Nurses' decreased function at work due to high workloads makes it difficult to control one's own behavior. This results in the implementation of the work not being optimal.Objective: This study was conducted to examine the factors that influence workplace function in nurses Method: This research is a quantitative research with a survey design. Research data was collected using a questionnaire from respondents who work as nurses in hospitals. The sampling technique used purpose sampling technique and the sample size was 200 nurses. This research uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis using AMOS and regression analysis using SPSS. Results: Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the research results show: self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on functioning at work, self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on self-destruction, self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on job craftsmanship, self-destruction has a significant effect on functioning at work. workplace, work craft has a significant influence on function in the workplace. Burnout does not moderate the relationship between self-regulatory capacity and functioning at work so it does not have a significant influence. Conclusion: Increased functioning in the workplace for nurses is influenced by optimal self regulation capacity in nurses, self-destruction which can be increasingly minimized, work craftsmanship which increases in nurses.

Abstract

This research aims to explore public responses regarding the existence of mental health applications. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative phenomenological methods. This research uses a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques using focus group discussions and interviews. The object of this research was students aged 16-22 years and who had experience with mental health. The data obtained came from 8 people in FGDs and 16 people in interviews with a trial period of 3-4 weeks. The results of the research show that the user interface has an effect on the user's perspective, application performance has an effect on the intention to use it continuously, emotional release has an effect on changes in individual behavior.

Abstract

The advance of organizational justice construct along with its dimensions has potential implications in explaining many justice phenomena, including organizational career process orientation. Diversity of individuals in organization, especially between knowledge workers and non-knowledge workers will imply in different career need as well as their perceptions of organizational justice. The purpose of this research is to give perspective in the relationship between organizational career process and organizational justice. Organizational justice is explained by using organizational perspectives both externally and internally in four types of boundaryless careers (i.e., internal psychological, internal enacted, external psychological, and external enacted), and by considering individual characteristics (i.e., knowledge worker and nonknowledge worker). Two hipotesis were offered and tested using moderated regression analysis (MRA). Organization using organizational career process focusing on externalboundaries will be judged to be procedurally fair by knowledge workers. Organization using organizational career process focusing on internal boundaries will be judged to be procedurally fair by non-knowledge workers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan pada niat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Go-Med. Niat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Go-Med disebabkan oleh kualitas layanan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Go-Med. Kualitas layanan memberikan dampak pada niat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Go-Med. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada masyarakat Kota Surakarta yang sudah pernah menggunakan aplikasi Go-Med. sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 200. Teknik penyampelan yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisa SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode analisis jalur. Hasil dalam penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis terdukung. Hubungan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif pada niat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Go-Med.
