Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan terhadap return on invesment pada perusahaan subsektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Food And Beverages sebanyak 95 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh berdasarkan kriteria sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data panel menggunakan E-Views 12. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa perputaran kas secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap return on invesment, terbukti dari nilai probabilitas 0,9272 > 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima. Perputaran piutang secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap return on invesment, dibuktikan dengan nila probabilitas 0,2254 > 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima. Sedangkan perputaran persediaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on invesment, dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0402 < 0,05, sehingga Ha ditolak.

Abstract

Coconut fiber or coir is the outer part of the coconut fruit that is often considered as waste after the meat and water are extracted. Without proper processing, discarded coconut fibers will accumulate in the surrounding environment and creating a number of environmental problems. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the students through training in processing coconut fiber waste into cocopeat using a chopping machine. This cocopeat product can be used as an organic planting medium. This training was held at the Al Mimbar boarding school in Jombang, East Java, which can create an alternative source of income for the boarding school and foster environmental awareness among students. The methods used in this training include socialization and hands-on practice in making cocopeat. The results of this activity show that the students are increasingly aware of the environment, are able to process coconut fiber waste into quality cocopeat, and understand the economic value of the product as well as the market potential that can be utilized by the pesantren to get additional sources of funding from the sales of cocopeat. Thus, this program can be the first step for pesantren in developing sustainable environment-based businesses, as well as making a positive contribution to improving the local economy.Keywords: ecopreneurship; coconut fiber; cocopeat Abstrak: Serabut kelapa atau sabut kelapa adalah bagian luar dari buah kelapa yang sering dianggap sebagai limbah setelah diambil daging dan airnya. Tanpa pengolahan yang tepat, serabut kelapa dibuang akan menumpuk di lingkungan sekitar sehingga menciptakan sejumlah masalah lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para santri melalui pelatihan pengolahan limbah serabut kelapa menjadi cocopeat dengan menggunakan mesin pencacah. Produk cocopeat ini dapat digunakan sebagai media tanam organik. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan di pondok pesantren Al Mimbar Jombang Jawa Timur yang dapat menciptakan sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi pesantren dan menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi sosialisasi dan praktek langsung pembuatan cocopeat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa para santri semakin sadar akan lingkungan, mampu mengolah limbah serabut kelapa menjadi cocopeat berkualitas, dan memahami nilai ekonomis dari produk tersebut serta potensi pasar yang dapat dimanfaatkan pesantren mendapatkan tambahan sumber pendanaan dari pendapat penjualan cocopeat. Dengan demikian, program ini dapat menjadi langkah awal bagi pesantren dalam mengembangkan usaha berbasis lingkungan yang berkelanjutan, serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi peningkatan perekonomian lokal.Kata kunci: ecoprenuership; sabut kelapa; cocopeat

Abstract

Family income is one of the important things that needs to be increased as an effort to improve welfare. This community service is carried out through three stages, namely design, implementation of activities, and evaluation. Community service activities with PKK partners in Dukuharum village, Megaluh sub-district, Jombang district, East Java, in the form of entrepreneurial training for processed food products for housewives attended by 30 people, had a positive effect on efforts to increase family income. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a vital sector in the Indonesian economy, but face challenges in competitiveness in the era of globalization. The lack of understanding by MSME actors regarding halal certification and marketing strategies is an obstacle in the development of their businesses. Halal certification not only increases Muslim consumer confidence but also opens up global market opportunities, while effective marketing strategies can expand market reach. KH University Community Service Team. A. Wahab Hasbullah (Unwaha) implemented an empowerment program in Ngusikan District, East Java, to overcome this problem. This program includes outreach on the importance of halal certification and marketing training, including digital marketing, marketplace management, branding and sales strategies. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method is used to involve MSME actors in the process of problem identification, solution and implementation. Continuous assistance is also carried out through monitoring, evaluation and guidance with the Unwaha Halal Center. As a result, coached MSMEs show increased consumer confidence, wider market reach, and income growth. This program not only provides short-term solutions but also builds the capacity of MSMEs to compete in the domestic market, supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Halal certification and effective marketing strategies have proven to be an important foundation for supporting the sustainability of MSMEs in a market that is currently facing global competition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Memorable Tourist Experience (MTE) on Revisit Intention with Tourist Satisfaction as a mediating variable in the heritage tourism destination of Kota Lama Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative causal research type. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire distributed to tourists who had visited Kota Lama Surabaya. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the snowball sampling method, resulting in 200 respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that Memorable Tourist Experience has a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction, Tourist Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention, and Memorable Tourist Experience has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention through Tourist Satisfaction. These findings confirm that memorable tourist experiences can increase satisfaction, which ultimately strengthens tourist loyalty to make repeat visits. This study has implications for urban heritage destination development strategies, particularly in creating authentic and meaningful experiences for tourists to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of Kota Lama Surabaya.

Abstract

Prototype Tool sterilizing TransJakarta Using Special Line Module 433 MHz Receiver Transmitter Module Based Promini Arduino Atmega 328 aiming to design and build a device that can help sterilize special line transjakarta. Sterilizing instruments transjakarta special line consists of 433 MHz Receiver Transmitter Module, and Module Arduino Atmega Promini 328. experimental results have successfully created and tested tool sterilizer special line transjakarta can enable "Barrier Strip" in accordance with the object in question. Activation "Barrier Strip" is activated if there is a car and a motor that does not comply with the provisions contained in the signal processing Receiver Transmitter 433 MHz entered into a special lane Busway. Prototipe Alat sterilisasi TransJakarta Menggunakan Jalur Modul Khusus 433 MHz Receiver Transmitter modul Berbasis Promini Arduino Atmega 328 bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah perangkat yang dapat membantu mensterilkan jalur khusus busway. Instrumen sterilisasi busway jalur khusus terdiri dari 433 MHz Receiver Transmitter Modul dan Modul Arduino Atmega Promini 328. Hasil eksperimen telah berhasil dibuat dan diuji alat sterilisasi jalur khusus busway dapat mengaktifkan "Barrier Strip" sesuai dengan objek tersebut. Aktivasi "Barrier Strip" diaktifkan jika ada mobil dan motor yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang terkandung dalam sinyal pengolahan receiver transmitter 433 MHz mengadakan jalur busway khusus.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sertifikat halal penting bagi pelaku UMKM untuk menjamin dan memastikan bahwa produk yang diproduksi benar-benar halal untuk dikonsumsi. Sertifikasi halal menjadi bagian dari senjata UMKM dalam menembus competitive advantage sehingga mampu berkembang dan bersaing di Tingkat lokal maupun internasional. Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja, mewajibkan pelaku UMKM untuk memiliki sertifikat halal bagi produk olahannya. Tujuan utama pengabdian adalah memberikan sosialisasi, pemahaman, pengetahuan dan kemudahan dalam mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal bagi para pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Kudus khususnya UMKM di sekitar kampus IAIN Kudus. Hasil literasi dan pendampingan dari total 30 pelaku usaha hampir 90% belum pernah mengikuti pelatiahan sisanya 10% pernah mendapatkan pelatihan/sosialisasi. Sedangkan pemahaman peserta pasca pelatihan terkait dengan literasi sertifikasi halal yang kami sampaikan 50% memahami, 36,7% kurang memahami dan 13,3% tidak faham. Adapun keinginan mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal pasca kegiatan 56,7% memiliki keinginan, 26, 7% masih ragu-ragu dan sisanya 16,7% belum memiliki keinginan. Dalam memantau keberhasilan kegiatan literasi dan pendampingan sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku UMKM dilakukan pendampingan pasca pelatihan untuk teknis pendaftaran dan syarat mendapatkan sertifikat halal. Evaluasi kegiatan kami lakukan melalui pengisian google form yang sudah kami sediakan. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat yang kami laksankan mendapatkan apresiasi dari peserta dan mengharapkan dilakukan kegiatan.Abstract: Halal certificates are important for MSME players to guarantee and ensure that the products produced are truly halal for consumption. Halal certification is part of MSMEs' weapons in gaining competitive advantage so that they are able to develop and compete at local and international levels. Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation requires MSMEs to have halal certificates for their processed products. The main aim of the service is to provide outreach, understanding, knowledge and convenience in registering halal certification for business actors in Kudus Regency, especially MSMEs around the IAIN Kudus campus. Nearly 90% of the literacy and mentoring results from a total of 30 business actors have never attended training, the remaining 10% have received training/socialization. Meanwhile, post-training participants' understanding regarding halal certification literacy, we said, was 50% understanding, 36.7% did not understand and 13.3% did not understand. Regarding the desire to register for halal certification after the activity, 56.7% had the desire, 26.7% were still unsure and the remaining 16.7% did not have the desire. In monitoring the success of literacy activities and halal certification assistance for MSME players, post-training assistance is provided for technical registration and requirements for obtaining a halal certificate. We evaluate our activities by filling in the Google form that we have provided. The community service activities that we carry out receive appreciation from the participants and they hope that the activities will be carried out.
