Abstract

Decreasing employee work productivity at CV. Seraya Gianyar Culture, which is caused by job training, competency, and workload, has an impact on decreasing company sales in 2022. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out and analyzing the influence of job training, competency, and workload on employee work productivity at CV. Gianyar Culture and Culture. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Gianyar Culture and Culture. The sampling method used was saturated sampling, and a sample size of 32 respondents was obtained. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which was tested using SPSS Version 25. The results of this research show that job training, competency, and workload have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of CV employees. Gianyar Culture and Culture It is hoped that future researchers will be able to add other factors that influence employee productivity, such as work environment, compensation, and work discipline.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan poin utama yang dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi. Setiap organisasi selalu berharap sumber daya dengan mampu bekerja dengan baik dan benar supaya tujuan perusahaan tercapai sesuai dengan diharapkan. Maka dari itu, sumber daya manusia adalah bagian yang menentukan suatu proses tercapainya tujuan suatu organisasi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bamboo Pure Sibang Kaja yang terletak di Banjar Piakan, Sibang Kaja, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan dengan total sampel berjumlah 37 orang. Metode penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji kelayakan model (uji korelasi berganda, uji adjusted R2 dan uji t), serta analisis linier berganda dengan uji Statiscal Package Social (SPSS) version 25.00. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan tidak berpaku pada faktor-faktor dalam penelitian ini, namu dapat menambah faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah suatu hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan kepada karyawan berdasarkan ketrampilan, pengalaman dan keikhlasan serta waktu. Kinerja karyawan yang mengacu pada prestasi seseorang dapat diukur berdasarkan standar dan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Kinerja mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kemajuan tujuan perusahaan agar karyawan dapat bekerja dan memberikan yang terbaik bagi perusahaan penting untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung. Sampel dari penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 37 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung

Abstract

The advancement of an organization is strongly influenced by the strategic role of its workforce, which acts as a driving force behind institutional transformation. This research explores how perceptions of fairness in organizational practices and the internal cultural environment contribute to enhancing employee loyalty, with work-related satisfaction positioned as a bridging element in this dynamic. The investigation involved a complete enumeration of the 50 staff members employed at PT Grab Teknologi Bali, utilizing comprehensive survey methods including structured questionnaires, guided interviews, and document review. Analytical interpretation was conducted through the application of path modeling techniques. The empirical results reveal that equitable treatment within the organizational setting significantly fosters greater job satisfaction among employees. In parallel, the organizational ethos reflected in shared norms and values also plays a critical role in elevating employee contentment. Furthermore, both fairness in management practices and cultural alignment within the workplace have a direct and meaningful influence on the level of commitment displayed by employees. Job satisfaction, in turn, emerges as a key predictor of organizational allegiance. Finally, the analysis substantiates that job satisfaction effectively serves as a mediating pathway linking organizational fairness and culture to heightened employee commitment. These findings underscore the importance of fostering an environment where fairness and a strong organizational culture are prioritized, as they directly impact employee satisfaction and loyalty. Organizations that implement transparent and fair management practices, while also nurturing a cohesive cultural environment, create a foundation for long-term employee commitment. Additionally, the study emphasizes the need for organizations to continuously assess and improve their internal practices, not only to maintain fairness but also to align their cultural values with the expectations of their workforce. By doing so, companies can enhance job satisfaction, which ultimately drives higher levels of employee commitment and overall organizational success.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pengelolaan dan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia yang optimal diperlukan untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi perusahaan. Kualitas sumber daya manusia menjadi prioritas dalam setiap perusahaan untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kampoeng Seafood Jimbaran Bay. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 43 responden yang merupakan karyawan Kampoeng Seafood Jimbaran Bay dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data diambil dengan kuesioner skala likert dan diolah menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the key indicators in assessing the quality of human resources within an organization or company. To improve performance, companies generally implement various strategies, such as training programs, educational development, enforcement of work discipline, motivational efforts, and the management of a supportive work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, work discipline, and organizational climate on employee performance at The Kayon Resort Ubud. This research involved all employees of The Kayon Resort Ubud as the population. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method, in which the entire population was included as the research sample, totaling 71 respondents. To analyze the relationships between variables and test the hypotheses, multiple linear regression analysis was employed. The results of the study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline and organizational climate also have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at The Kayon Resort Ubud. Based on these findings, future researchers are encouraged to expand the study by including other variables that may affect employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja Karyawan merupakan ukuran atau tolok ukur keberhasilan individu atau suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja tidak hanya dilihat dari kuantitas hasil yang dicapai, tetapi juga dari kualitas, ketepatan waktu, dan kesesuaian dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja karyawan juga menjadi dasar bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh etos kerja, stress kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BPR Jaya Kerti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BPR Jaya Kerti berjumlah 45 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dibantu program SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel etos kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the complex dynamics between social media usage and employee performance within the modern corporate landscape of 2026. Specifically, it examines the role of Mental Health and Work-Life Balance (WLB) as dual moderating variables that can either mitigate or exacerbate the impact of digital connectivity on professional productivity. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 500 corporate employees, the research explores how the pervasive nature of social media-often characterized by information overload and social comparison-affects task completion and focus. The conceptual framework integrates the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model and Social Cognitive Theory to map these relationships. Preliminary findings suggest that while social media can facilitate networking and information sharing, its influence on performance is highly contingent upon an individual's psychological state and their ability to maintain boundaries between professional and personal life. Mental health acts as a critical filter; employees with high psychological resilience can leverage digital tools more effectively, whereas those with compromised mental health experience increased burnout. Furthermore, work-life balance serves as a second-tier moderator, where a healthy balance attenuates the negative "always-on" culture fostered by social media. This paper provides significant theoretical contributions to organizational psychology and offers practical managerial implications for fostering a digitally healthy workplace.

Abstract

For the progress of its business, the company seeks to improve the performance of its employees in order to satisfy consumers by prioritizing good and friendly service quality. This study aims to determine the influence between work environment and job characteristics. and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa, amounting to 175 people. The sample in this study was 64 people. The determination of the sample in this study was using the Slovin method. The data collection methods used in this study were by conducting observations, interviews, and by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The analytical tool used is SPSS 23.0. The results of this study indicate: 1) work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Job characteristics variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Work discipline variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
