Abstract

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dalam teknik irigasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi hasil pertanian dan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya. Dengan fokus pada teknologi terkini seperti irigasi defisit, irigasi tetes, dan otomatisasi berbasis IoT, riset ini mengungkap bagaimana teknik-teknik ini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian sambil mengurangi konsumsi air. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi canggih dalam praktik irigasi untuk menghadapi tantangan global seperti keamanan pangan dan perubahan iklim. Melalui analisis bibliometrik, penelitian ini juga menyoroti kebutuhan akan pendekatan multidisiplin dan kolaborasi lintas sektor dalam mengembangkan solusi berkelanjutan untuk pengelolaan sumber daya air di pertanian.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of mediation approaches, social factors, and psychological factors on the resolution of family disputes at the West Java Ministry of Religious Affairs. Employing a quantitative approach, the study involves a sample of 250 participants and utilizes Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) for data analysis. The results reveal significant positive relationships between mediation approaches, psychological factors, and social factors with family dispute resolution. The integrated analysis underscores the interplay of these variables, highlighting the importance of culturally sensitive mediation strategies and holistic interventions that address both social and psychological dimensions. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of family dispute resolution dynamics in the specific cultural and religious context of West Java, providing valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers in the field.

Abstract

The convergence of financial technology (fintech) and Sharia finance has garnered significant attention in recent years, promising enhanced accessibility and inclusivity in Islamic financial practices. This bibliometric analysis delves into the challenges and opportunities presented by fintech in promoting access to Sharia finance. Spanning from 2017 to 2024, the analysis encompasses 991 papers, revealing a high level of collaboration and a diverse thematic landscape. Key findings highlight the centrality of regulatory frameworks, regional dynamics, and the compatibility of fintech innovations with Sharia principles. Emerging trends, such as the exploration of innovative lending practices and regulatory oversight, underscore the evolving nature of research in this domain. The insights derived from this analysis provide valuable guidance for stakeholders invested in advancing Islamic finance and fintech innovation.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis offers a comprehensive examination of the scholarly literature concerning the impact of climate change on human health. With a focus on papers published from 1993 to 2024, the study employs systematic search strategies and analytical techniques to identify key themes, publication trends, and gaps in research. The findings reveal a substantial body of literature, comprising 980 papers with over 354,000 citations, indicative of the significant attention this topic has received from researchers. The analysis highlights prominent research themes, including the direct and indirect health impacts of climate change, socioeconomic disparities, agricultural and ecological consequences, and the intersection with infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Through critical appraisal and synthesis of findings, the study underscores the importance of continued research efforts to inform evidence-based policies and interventions aimed at addressing the complex health challenges posed by climate change.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja guru, kebijakan sekolah, dan efektivitas manajemen pendidikan di sekolah menengah pertama di Jawa Tengah. Sampel sebanyak 300 pendidik berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, dengan memberikan informasi demografis dan tanggapan terhadap instrumen survei terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menganalisis hubungan antara konstruk-konstruk utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja guru dan efektivitas manajemen pendidikan. Selain itu, kebijakan sekolah memediasi hubungan ini, menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan yang dibuat dengan baik berkontribusi dalam memperkuat dampak positif dari kepuasan kerja guru terhadap manajemen pendidikan yang efektif. Model ini menunjukkan indeks kecocokan yang kuat, yang menekankan validitasnya. Temuan studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan pendidikan, administrator, dan praktisi yang ingin meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendidikan di Jawa Tengah.
