Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah berbelanja di Jopankar Cosmetics. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, demikian pula kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 89,7% terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi Jopankar Cosmetics untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara strategi penetapan harga yang sesuai dengan nilai produk serta peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang konsisten. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat memperkuat loyalitas konsumen dan meningkatkan daya saing di tengah kompetisi industri kosmetik yang semakin dinamis.

Abstract

Arabic holds a significant position in Indonesian education due to its close association with Islamic teachings and classical Islamic literature. However, Arabic language instruction in higher education remains dominated by grammatical and translation approaches, with limited emphasis on communicative aspects. This study aims to analyze the use of Arabic vocabulary in students’ daily lives and to understand its contextual application in social and academic interactions. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved five students from the Arabic Language Education program who actively use Arabic within the campus environment. Data were collected through observation and interviews, and subsequently analyzed through processes of reduction, categorization, and contextual description. The findings reveal that students frequently employ five core vocabulary items: Assalamu’alaikum/Marhaban (greetings), Alhamdulillah (expression of gratitude), Afwan (apology), Syukran (thank you), and Al-Ma’ (water). The use of these expressions illustrates the practical application of applied Arabic linguistics in everyday communication while simultaneously reflecting religious, social, and cultural values internalized through language. Accordingly, context-based Arabic language learning is essential to enhance students’ communicative competence in an effective and meaningful manner.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of data-driven SEO techniques and their impact on customer acquisition performance across various organizational contexts. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative survey data from 427 digital marketing practitioners with qualitative insights from 35 in-depth interviews. Data collection utilized stratified random sampling and structured interview protocols, while analysis employed multiple regression, ANOVA, and thematic analysis techniques. Four principal findings emerged: (1) adoption rates vary significantly by organization type, with technology firms and e-commerce companies showing substantially higher adoption (75.4% and 71.2%) compared to B2B organizations (42.7%); (2) analytics tool sophistication demonstrates strong positive correlation with customer acquisition performance, explaining up to 61.2% of variance in conversion rates; (3) balanced strategies integrating on-page and off-page SEO significantly outperform single-focus approaches, achieving 71.8% traffic growth; and (4) five critical success factors were identified including data literacy, cross-functional integration, adaptability, content quality emphasis, and strategic vision. This research advances theoretical understanding by integrating diffusion of innovation theory with dynamic capability perspective, while providing actionable frameworks for practitioners. The study's originality lies in quantifying SEO-performance relationships and revealing that effective implementation requires comprehensive organizational transformation beyond mere technology adoption.

Abstract

Pemikiran komputasional merupakan kemampuan berpikir secara logis, terstruktur, dan inovatif yang mengadopsi mekanisme komputer dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan melalui empat fondasi esensial: abstraksi, dekomposisi, identifikasi pola, dan penyusunan algoritma. Kemampuan ini menjadi landasan fundamental dalam memahami teknologi dan mengatasi permasalahan secara efektif di era digital. Tingkat penguasaan konsep pemikiran komputasional sangat berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas implementasi dalam pemrograman dasar, di mana perintah yang kurang terorganisir dapat mengurangi efisiensi eksekusi program. Riset ini bertujuan mengkaji relasi antara pemikiran komputasional dan pemrograman dasar melalui konsep abstraksi dan dekomposisi, serta implementasinya dalam aktivitas keseharian yang memerlukan efisiensi, rasionalitas, dan kapabilitas pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data. Riset menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan kajian konseptual terhadap literatur pendidikan digital dan fenomena empiris dalam konteks kurikulum nasional serta program literasi digital di Indonesia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa computational thinking membantu menyederhanakan permasalahan kompleks menjadi tahapan sederhana, sementara pemrograman dasar berperan sebagai sarana implementasi logika tersebut dalam bentuk instruksi komputer yang dapat dijalankan. Integrasi keduanya terbukti meningkatkan kapabilitas problem-solving hingga 30% dan efisiensi pemrosesan permasalahan kompleks hingga 25% melalui platform visual seperti Scratch. Implementasinya meluas pada penyusunan jadwal, pengelolaan proyek bisnis, hingga pengambilan keputusan strategis. Penguasaan sinergi keduanya membentuk literasi digital abad ke-21 yang esensial untuk menghadapi tantangan artificial intelligence (AI), big data, dan transformasi teknologi global.

Abstract

The development of social media is getting more and more advanced day by day. The development of social media, which is increasingly popular with everyone, has reached its heyday and is used in several kinds of fields, namely in the field of education and religion (Islam). Social media is used to help students' learning activities. However, the use of social media in students fosters an impact, whether it is a good impact or a positive or negative impact. Social media is a social structure that comes from individuals and organizations that are bound by the similarity of their users. Social media is an online media (online media) that is used as a means of socializing online on the internet. On social media, users can interact with each other, communicate, share networking and various other activities online. Social media was created to qualify humans because humans are social creatures, created to socialize. Because the development of the times is increasingly advanced, the main purpose of which is to facilitate users or users of social media so that they can connect with someone in one country, even between countries and between continents practically and do not waste time or make it easier for users to socialize. However, in today's modern era, social media does not only function as usual, it turns out that social media has an influence on the character education of the students who use it. Whether it's a positive influence or a negative influence such as showing off on social media. Talking about strengthening the character building of students through character education in the context is now very relevant to overcome the moral crisis that is happening in schools and colleges. Admittedly or not recognized there is currently a real crisis that is worrying in the school environment involving students.
