Abstract

Complex problems occur in dealing with waste, both in developing and developed countries, such as Indonesia. According to data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, in 2022 the total waste pile will reach 34,439,338.12 tons per year. In this research, machine learning will be used by comparing CNN architecture, ResNet18 with ResNet50, for the classification of waste types. This research uses 2527 images of garbage image data consisting of 6 classes, namely cardboard, glass, metal, paper, plastic and trash. Convolutional Neural Network is a component of the Deep Neural Network method that has the ability to identify objects in images with a high level of complexity. From the ResNet18 model test in this study, the accuracy was 98.69% and the test results on ResNet50 resulted in an accuracy of 99.41%. The precision and recall results of both models reflect excellent performance and accuracy of around 99%. So it can be concluded that both CNN models, ResNet18 and ResNet50, have excellent performance in classifying garbage images.

Abstract

Marketing Capabilities are skills in the field of marketing that are the result of a process of knowledge accumulation and integration with values and norms developed through organizational processes. The problem in this study is that not many banana chip entrepreneurs are able to expand the marketing area to outside Pringsewu. they send products to Bandar Lampung to be processed and repackaged Therefore, a lot of added value is lost from the banana chip industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing capability, and the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning together on marketing capability in UMKM’s in the Pringsewu Regency Banana Chip Industry. This study uses quantitative research methods Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using SPSS with t test, F test and correlation coefficient. The results of the analysis with the partial t test show tcount 6.281> t table 1.8595, then Entrepreneurial Orientation affects Marketing Capability, tcount 1.118 < t table 1.8595, then Entrepreneurial Orientation has no effect on Organizational Learning, know tcount 1.118 < t table 1.8595, then Organizational Learning has no effect on marketing capability. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that there is an influence between the variables of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Organizational Learning together on Marketing Capability.

Abstract

The New Student Admission Program (PPDB) is an annual program at MTS Miftahul Huda Tegal Sari. Previously, the new student admission process was done manually, requiring physical visits to the school to fill out registration forms and gather information. This was not effective. Therefore, this research has created an online system for new student admissions. Using the waterfall method, data was collected through observations, interviews, and literature studies. The result is a web-based PPDB information system using the CodeIgniter framework, which simplifies the admission process for prospective students and schools. This system is expected to assist the PPDB committee in managing new student data more effectively and efficiently. Information technology-based PPDB has great potential to enhance the management of the student admission process in schools.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman teoritis dan praktik kepada para guru di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar (SD) Muhammadiyah Pringsewu tentang penggunaan Artificial Intelegence (AI) untuk pembuatan perangkat dan bahan ajar. Selain itu, para guru juga dibekali tentang peran, fungsi, dan etika penggunaan AI dalam mendukung kinerja para guru, sehingga mampu mendayagunakan teknologi informais khusus AI dengan bijak dan optimal. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode pendampingan praktik langsung, para peserta diminta mempraktikan AI yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari dikelas. Hasilnya, para guru memahami dan menerapkan berbagai macam tool AI yang relevan dengan tugas dan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di kelas. Dari hasil post-test yang dilakukan diakhir kegiatan, sebanyak 73% peserta menyatakan telah mampu menggunakan tools AI untuk berbagai keperluan bahan ajar, sedangkan 27% menyatakan perlu belajar kembali. Selain itu, sebanyak 100% peserta menyatakan bahwa tools AI yang diperkenalkan selama proses pendampingan dipandang layak dan relevan untuk diterapkan untuk pembuatan bahan ajar dan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Hanasui merupakan merek lokal kosmetik produk dari PT Eka Jaya Internasional. Harga yang cukup murah dan promosi yang meluas membuat produk Hanasui banyak diminati kalangan wanita termasuk para mahasiswi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Hanasui. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif memakai analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengambilan sampel penelitian in menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Jumlah responden penelitian ini sebanyak 74 orang. Sampel yang dipakai adalah Mahasiswi Reguler Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai thitung > ttable (2,693 > 1,666). Harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai thitung > ttable (9,672 > 1,666). Hasil uji f menyatakan promosi dan harga berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai fhitung > ftabel (312,155 > 3,13). Hasil koefisien determinasi promosi dan harga secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 89,5% sedangkan 10,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly influenced various aspects of life, especially in the delivery of healthcare services. Websites now play a pivotal role in providing healthcare services and information to patients, acting as a vital medium of communication. Puskesmas OPI Palembang is a healthcare institution serving the community, consisting of several departments (polyclinics), including the Maternal and Child Health Room, the Elderly Room, Special Room 1 for Respiratory Diseases, Special Room 2, General Examination Room, Dental and Oral Room, Laboratory Room, Pediatric Room, and Immunization Room. At Puskesmas OPI Palembang, a blog is currently the primary medium for disseminating health service information, alongside brochures, e-flyers, and promotional materials distributed to the local community through free health education initiatives. For outpatient health services, patient registration is still managed using paper-based records. To improve services, a website has been developed to serve as an effective platform for patients to access information about the health center, doctor schedules, polyclinics, and outpatient services, including patient registration. The website provides essential details such as the health center's location, contact information, and doctor schedules, including names, working hours, and practice days. Patients can register online by completing personal information, complaints, preferred polyclinic, and doctor details. The website was developed following the Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing phases of the Extreme Programming methodology.

Abstract

The need for reliable and extensive network infrastructure in a military environment, especially in Jasdam II Sriwijaya, is becoming increasingly important along with the security tasks and challenges faced. This research aims to design a network that meets military standards and performance by applying the Top-Down method. The Top-Down method in the context of network design, along with network needs analysis in a military environment. Through this approach, this research aims to strengthen operations and expand the network in Jasdam II Sriwijaya. The research methodology includes data collection on network needs, needs analysis, Top-Down design, implementation, and testing. The expected results of this research are the design of a network structure at 3 locations that are in accordance with well-defined military needs, as well as expanding network communications in a military environment, measuring how well the network is using the QoS method. This research provides optimal network infrastructure development in JASDAM II Sriwijaya, with the potential for a wider scale.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine whether the playing method approach improves shot put learning outcomes for high school students. The research subjects were 36 students in class X Science 2 of Senior High School, Makassar. This study conducted classroom action research in two cycles, with each cycle encompassing planning, action, observation, and reflection. Tests, documentation, and observation are used to collect data. The research results showed that in the first cycle analysis, there were 15 students (42%) in the complete category, and in the second cycle, there was a significant increase, with 35 students (97.2%) in the complete category. According to my observations, 42% of student learning outcomes in cycle I increased by 97.2% in cycle II. According to observations from cycles I and II, applying the playing method can improve learning outcomes in shot put.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi lokal, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam hal pemasaran dan visibilitas, khususnya di era digital. Desa Pegayut merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil keripik pisang yang memiliki potensi besar, namun belum diiringi dengan strategi branding yang optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan citra dan visibilitas UMKM keripik pisang melalui pemanfaatan strategi digital rebranding. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi lapangan, pelatihan branding dan media sosial, pembuatan identitas visual (logo dan kemasan), serta pendampingan dalam penggunaan platform digital. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam identitas merek, keterlibatan konsumen di media sosial, dan peningkatan penjualan hingga 30% setelah rebranding. Pelaku UMKM juga menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya branding dan pemasaran digital. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain terbatasnya perangkat dan pengalaman dalam membuat konten. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa strategi digital rebranding dapat menjadi solusi efektif dan berbiaya rendah dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM lokal. Disarankan adanya program pendampingan lanjutan dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk menjaga keberlanjutan hasil kegiatan. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, UMKM lokal dapat bertransformasi menjadi pelaku usaha yang adaptif dan kompetitif di era digital.
