Abstract

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru Asean Hotel located at Jl. Sudirman Pekanbaru. The research objective is to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of employees at Asean Hotel Pekanbaru. To know and analyze job satisfaction and organizational culture partial effect on the performance of employees at the Hotel Asean Pekanbaru and to identify and analyze which variables are the dominant influence on the performance of employees at Asean Hotel Pekanbaru. To achieve these objectives the research conducted by using the sample of 75 people, using Census. Data analysis method using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 20). Results of this study resulted in the simultaneous known that job satisfaction and organizational culture influence on the performance of employees at Hotel Asean. Partially known that job satisfaction and organizational culture influence on the performance of employees at Asean Hotel Pekanbaru. The result showed that the most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees at Asean Hotel Pekanbaru is the factor of quality of service. Recommendations can be the authors propose is Asean Hotel Pekanbaru should pay attention to employee satisfaction which is part of the demands of life, the sense of satisfaction to the task or job, satisfied with the boss and satisfied with co-workers will affect the feelings of employees and will further affect the implementation of the activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on the effect of brand image on customer loyalty of Sari Roti products at PT Nippon Indosari CorpindoPekanbaru. In this study the data were collected through a questionnaire to 71 respondents. Then performed an analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. The results of data processing showed that the hypothesis testing with the t test, there is a t count of 11.018 and a t table of 1.994 and this means t count 11.018> t table = 1.994 which means that brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty of Sari Roti products at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Pekanbaru. The regression equation Y = a + bX is Y = 9,452 + 0.801 X, the constant (a) is 9,452, meaning that when the brand image is not taken into account or zero, then customerloyalty is still obtained at 9,452. Meanwhile, the effect of brand image on customer loyalty of Sari Roti products at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Pekanbaru is positive as evidenced by the results of the regression coefficient (b) of 0.801, which means that each one unit brand image improvement will increase customer loyalty by 0.801 units. The value of R Square is 0.638. This means that the contribution of the influence of thebrand image on customer loyalty of Sari Roti products at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Pekanbaru is 63.80%

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKO Tandun Rokan Hulu Factory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKO Tandun Rokan Hulu Factory. The population in this study were 38 people. In this study, sampling using the census sampling technique was 37 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression with the results of the equation Y = 13.043 + 0.843X The results showed that the t_count value for the monitoring variable was 5.590 while the t-table value was 2.03011, it can be concluded that the t-count value > the value of t table and also the value of Sig. smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000, it can be concluded that the supervision variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.472 which means the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable/work supervision on the dependent variable/employee performance is 47.2% while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other independent variables not observed in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Thorn. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership on employee work discipline at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Duri. The population in this study was 342 people. In this research, the sample was taken using a random sampling technique, namely 77 people. The data used is primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression with the equation Y= 10.352+ 0.898X. The research results show that the t_count > t_table (9,968>11.9921) and the Sig. smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between leadership on employee work discipline at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Duri. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained obtained an R_square value or coefficient of determination of 0.570, which means that the influence of the independent variable/leadership on the dependent variable/employee work discipline is 57.0 percent while the remaining 43.0 percent is influenced by other independent variables which were not observed in the research. such as compensation, work environment, and so on

Abstract

This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 77 people. In this study, the sample was taken using a census technique, namely 77 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression with the result of the equation Y = 17.062 + 0.672X. The results showed that the t_count > t_table (5.741> 2.0210) and the Sig. smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained the R_square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.452 which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 45.2 percent while the remaining 54.8 percent is influenced by other independent variables not observed in this study, such as compensation, environment work, and others.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of occupational safety and occupational health variables on employee performance through work motivation for the mosque dome project at CV Sido Harind Pekanbaru. The source of the data obtained is secondary data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is Path analysis using a structural model to test direct and indirect relationships between variables, the tool used is SPSS 25. The results of the study show that the direct influence of work safety has no effect. on employee performance, while indirectly work safety through work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. And the research results of the occupational health variable directly have a significant effect on employee performance, while indirectly occupational health through work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The location of this research was conducted at the Pekanbaru Special Hotel located at Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.455, Simpang Empat, Pekanbaru City District, Pekanbaru City, Riau.Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Pekanbaru Special Hotel. In analyzing the data obtained from the research object using quantitative analysis and the number of respondents 58 people, using the SPSS program using the Simple Linear Regression Analysis method. From the results of the regression in this study, the regression equation can be seen as follows: Y = 8.074 + 0.783X, This means that the value of a is 8.074, this value indicates that when the price variable (variable X) is zero, then the consumer decision on (variable Y) is 8.074. While the value of b is 0.783, meaning that when there is an increase in the value of the work discipline variable (variable X) by 1 (one) unit, then employee performance on (variable Y) will increase by 0.783 units. The calculated t value is 9.566. While the critical value according to the table with a significant level of 5% using the t table formula (α / 2; n-k) k = 2 and n = 58-2 = 56 is 2.00324, because t count> t table then Ho is rejected. This means that there is an influence by the Work Discipline variable on the employee performance variable. With the meaning of the word Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The positive calculated t value indicates that the work discipline variable has a unidirectional relationship with employee performance at the Pekanbaru Typical Hotel. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value is 0.620 or 62.0%, so it can be concluded that the Work Discipline variable is 62.0%, while the remaining 30.8% (100% -62.0%,,) is influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education costs on the parents' decision to choose SMK Swasta Pekanbaru. By using a total sample of 97 people. In this research, the writer uses incidental sampling research method using the SPSS method. From the results obtained tcount the variable cost of education is 10.229 and the value of ttable is 1.66105. So that tcount > ttable (10.229 > 1.66105) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the education cost variable has a positive and significant effect on the parents' decisions. In testing the coefficient of determination (r2), the value of r = 0.524 means that the relationship between the independent variables (education costs) to the dependent variable (student parents' decisions) is 52.4%, which means that there is a close relationship. The value of r square = 0.524 means that the influence of the independent variable (education costs) on the dependent variable (student parents' decisions) is 34.2% and the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other variables that are not careful. Finally, from this study it can be concluded that the cost of education has a positive and significant influence on the decisions of parents, so it is advisable to choose SMK Swasta Pekanbaru to pay attention to the cost of education so that the parents' decisions are better to achieve the goal.
