Abstract

Proyeksi ekonomi memiliki peranan penting dalam memberikan gambaran tentang peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia, khususnya di tengah perubahan global dan dinamika ekonomi domestik. Penelitian ini berfokus pada masa depan UMKM di bawah binaan Rumah BUMN di Kota Bandung, dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi adaptasi, inovasi, dan kolaborasi dapat mendukung keberlanjutan usaha mereka.Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dari wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku UMKM, pengelola Rumah BUMN, serta analisis dokumen terkait kebijakan pemerintah dan tren ekonomi terkini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor UMKM memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang, terutama dengan dukungan akses teknologi, pemasaran digital, dan ekosistem kolaboratif yang difasilitasi oleh Rumah BUMN. Namun, tantangan seperti akses permodalan, literasi digital, dan ketidakpastian ekonomi global menjadi hambatan yang harus diatasi.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk menghadapi masa depan, pelaku UMKM perlu meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial, memanfaatkan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh digitalisasi, serta menjalin sinergi dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah dan swasta. Rumah BUMN diharapkan terus menjadi penggerak utama dalam mendukung inovasi dan keberlanjutan UMKM di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Good financial management is the key to achieving financial stability and realizing financial goals, by managing finances effectively. Financial management can be adapted to the current conditions of financial digitalization. Financial digitalization can refer to the use of digital technology in the financial industry which has now become a rapidly growing trend in Indonesia. Financial digitalization has great potential to increase access to financial services, simplify financial transactions, and encourage economic growth. By overcoming various existing challenges and risks, financial digitalization can be an effective tool for improving the welfare of Indonesian society. The method in this research uses PAR (Participatory Action Research) methodology with the aim of producing new knowledge in the context of solving problems or improving problem solving in practical life. The results of this PkM activity regarding financial management in the era of digitalization enable students from the Faculty of Psychology at Setia Budi University to know the basics of financial management, challenges in financial management, and the role of technology in financial transformation.

Abstract

Pentingnya perencanaan keuangan (financial planning) semakin menjadi perhatian, terutama di kalangan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman, kebiasaan, dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh generasi milenial di Desa Tunggilis, Kecamatan Kalipucang, Kabupaten Pangandaran, dalam menyusun perencanaan keuangan yang efektif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap sejumlah responden berusia 20-35 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan di kalangan milenial desa tersebut masih rendah, dengan sebagian besar responden belum memiliki kebiasaan menyusun anggaran, menabung secara teratur, atau memahami pentingnya investasi untuk masa depan. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi hal ini meliputi minimnya akses terhadap edukasi keuangan, budaya konsumtif, serta kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai instrumen keuangan modern. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya program edukasi keuangan yang terstruktur, seperti pelatihan dan seminar, untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan generasi muda di daerah tersebut. Dengan perencanaan keuangan yang baik, generasi milenial di Desa Tunggilis diharapkan dapat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dan mencapai stabilitas keuangan di masa depan.

Abstract

Digital marketing menjadi salah satu solusi strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan pemasaran bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan digital marketing dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran dan pertumbuhan UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pelaku UMKM serta analisis data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan platform digital seperti media sosial, marketplace, dan website dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen, serta menurunkan biaya pemasaran. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan literasi digital dan infrastruktur masih menjadi hambatan utama bagi sebagian pelaku UMKM. Dengan implementasi strategi digital marketing yang tepat dan dukungan pelatihan, UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar domestik maupun internasional.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media digital untuk pemasaran menjadi strategi yang penting dalam era digital saat ini, terutama bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berusaha memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing. Digital marketing, yang meliputi penggunaan media sosial, website, dan platform e-commerce, memungkinkan UMKM untuk mempromosikan produk dengan biaya yang lebih rendah dan menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas dibandingkan dengan metode pemasaran tradisional. Meskipun demikian, banyak UMKM yang masih menghadapi kendala dalam memanfaatkan media digital secara optimal, seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan digital, akses infrastruktur yang terbatas, dan minimnya pemahaman tentang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi pemanfaatan media digital dalam pemasaran UMKM, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan media digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap pelaku UMKM yang telah atau berencana menggunakan media digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun digital marketing menawarkan berbagai manfaat, seperti peningkatan visibilitas produk dan efisiensi biaya, UMKM masih memerlukan dukungan berupa pelatihan dan peningkatan infrastruktur untuk memaksimalkan potensi media digital. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan media digital dalam pemasaran, termasuk pelatihan digital marketing, perbaikan akses teknologi, dan penggunaan platform media sosial yang tepat.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students' financial literacy through education on stock investment. The research targets students of SMK Pasundan Majalaya, who are considered to have significant potential to understand investment concepts from an early age. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative method with a participatory education approach. The educational activities include basic understanding of stocks, the workings of the capital market, risks, and investment strategies for beginners. The results of the study indicate that this education significantly improves students' understanding of stock investments, making them more aware of the importance of financial management and investment as a step toward future financial stability. The implications of this study emphasize the need to integrate financial literacy materials, particularly stock investments, into the vocational high school curriculum. This is expected to prepare students with relevant skills to face global economic challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI, focusing on five dimensions of service quality: Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance. The study uses a quantitative method with data analysis employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and involves 140 Bank BRI customer respondents from across Indonesia. The results indicate that the dimensions of Assurance, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy significantly affect customer satisfaction. This study also examines the moderating role of customer service gender in the relationship between service quality dimensions and customer satisfaction, which shows a small effect with an f² value of 0.009, indicating that gender does not significantly impact this relationship. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Bank BRI improve service quality by focusing on physical elements and customer service competencies, as well as enhancing the Empathy dimension to increase overall customer satisfaction. This study provides important insights for bank management in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved service quality.

Abstract

Financial literacy is knowledge, ability, and intelligence that affect attitudes and behaviors in decision-making and financial management in the framework. Therefore, financial literacy is needed from an early age so that people are more aware of the role of money and can manage money wisely. In addition, the habit of saving is also expected to have a positive impact such as determining the priority scale of needs, appreciating value more, and being more independent and consistent in achieving MTS Swasta Al Fattah students are currently the alpha generation, so they need an approach that suits their character. The method used in this community service is a service learning approach. Service learning methodology is a learning approach that combines real experiences in society with academic learning. This methodology aims to provide a direct contribution through the teaching process so that the skills and knowledge of MTS Swasta Al Fattah students are achieved. Community service activities that have been carried out are as follows: The participants already know the function of money as a medium of exchange but have not been able to distinguish between needs and wants. In addition, shopping activities in traditional markets and mini-markets also provide an understanding that shopping in conventional markets requires communication between sellers and buyers ranging from asking about the availability of goods to bargaining prices, while in markets it does not require much communication because the goods are already displayed with the price.

Abstract

The young generation is investment literate and is important in future economic development. Investment is aimed at getting more value in the future from consumption that is withheld in the present (Ekananda, 2018). Meanwhile, an investment decision is an action that goes through thinking about the benefits and risks that will be faced from choosing the investment (Milzam et al., 2024). So, before making an investment decision, the community must have adequate knowledge about investment. The target participants in this Community Service activity are students of Logistics Vocational School. Current Logistics Vocational School students are Gen-Z. Gen-Z is a generation estimated to be born between 1995 and 2012 (Sawitri, 2023). Gen-Z has one of the characteristics, namely being very tech-savvy and daring to take risks. Graduates of SMK Logistik Sumedang will become the community that continues the Indonesian economy. The method used in this Community Service activity at SMK Logistik Sumedang is the service learning approach. Rahdiyanta and Hidayat (2016) and Rusli et al. (2022) stated that this methodology is suitable for use in the world of education because it is a combination of community experience and academic knowledge. This methodology aims to provide direct contributions through delivering materials such as teaching to students so that students' understanding of investment is increased. Based on the results of Community Service activities at SMK Logistik Sumedang, students have high enthusiasm for investment, especially in instruments with low investment amounts starting from IDR 10,000 such as mutual funds or saving gold through digital investment platforms.

Abstract

Financial distress can occur in any company, whether small or large. Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused economic instability in Indonesia, impacting the telecommunications sector and resulting in many companies experiencing financial distress, including PT. First Media Tbk, which has faced a decline in performance for more than five consecutive years. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of liquidity, leverage, and firm size on the financial distress of PT. First Media Tbk. during the period 2013-2022. The indicators used in this study are the current ratio for liquidity, the debt to asset ratio for leverage, the natural logarithm for firm size, and the Z" score for financial distress. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The population and sample used in the study consist of 10 financial statements from PT. First Media Tbk. The results of the t-test (partial) show that leverage has a value of 5.947, firm size has a value of 2.246, and liquidity has a value of 1.611, indicating that leverage and firm size have a partial effect on the financial distress of PT. First Media Tbk. during the period 2013-2022, while liquidity does not have a partial effect on the financial distress of PT. First Media Tbk. during the same period. The results of the F-test (simultaneous) show a value of 20.463, indicating that liquidity, leverage, and firm size simultaneously affect the financial distress of PT. First Media Tbk.
