PT HMS is a distribution company that distributes FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) products. This distribution company is determined to distribute its products from the manufacturer/factory to the hands of consumers in a fresh condition, suitable for consumption, at prices according to recommendations and easily accessible to consumers. The distribution of FMCG products is carried out by the sales distribution system from warehousing to retail. From retail then distributed to consumers. Improving the distribution system, especially improving and developing the distribution system, including control and developing sales competence in the field, is very necessary to achieve the company's targets, namely Sales Volume and distribution. E-learning role-play simulations for supply chain management (SCM) can be highly effective in training and development contexts. Here's how role-play simulations can be utilized in e-learning for SCM: Supplier Negotiations, Demand Forecasting and Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics and Distribution. Risk Management. Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR). Ethical and Sustainable Supply Chain Practices: Incorporate role-play scenarios that address ethical dilemmas and sustainable practices in SCM. Learners can explore issues like fair labor practices, environmental impact, and ethical sourcing decisions. Benefits of using e-learning role-play simulations for SCM include: Experiential Learning, Enhanced Engagement, Skill Development, Realistic Context When designing e-learning role-play simulations for SCM, it's essential to ensure scenarios are relevant, challenging, and aligned with learning objectives. Providing feedback and debriefing sessions after simulations can further enhance learning outcomes by reinforcing key concepts and encouraging reflection on decision-making processes

Abstract

Vocational High School is a very important learning facility in Indonesia. Vocational High School is a more effective option because students will choose vocational that suits their interests and talents, with the development of vocational schools now and the progress and achievements that have been obtained, the field of expertise is now growing and growing rapidly so that it becomes the main concern of the government with the progress and some achievements in various fields produced by their students. One classification method that can be used is the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The advantage is simple but has good accuracy. Based on the results of the experiment, this method is proven to be used effectively for us to make the classification of news automatically with good accuracy and have a relatively simple calculation, in addition to the creation of applications that is by using Visual Basic. The study produced a classification report along with supporting applications. In this study, it is known that data patterns and some assessment variables that can produce a certain class that can be used in terms of determining student graduation in a good and effective way that can help teachers' performance in managing student value data well

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal at PT Muawanah Al Ma'soem is still done manually, causing problems of efficiency, accuracy, and objectivity. This research is focused on designing a web-based information system used to assess employee performance, with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the evaluation process. To produce an objective assessment based on a number of criteria, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used, while the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach is applied to accelerate system development through an iterative process and the use of prototypes. The result of the research is a web-based system with features of employee data management, assessment criteria, and automatic ranking. Tests show that the system runs well and helps speed up the assessment process and improve the accuracy of the results. The system that has been developed is proven effective in accelerating the appraisal process while maintaining objectivity in employee performance evaluation.

Abstract

Background: The election of the Student Council President (Ketua OSIS) at SMPN 3 Naringgul has so far been conducted manually, which often causes errors in vote counting and delays in announcing results. Objective: This study aims to develop a web-based E-Voting System to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of OSIS elections. Method: This research used a structured Waterfall Methodology for software development, covering requirement analysis, system design with UML diagrams, implementation using PHP/MySQL, and system testing using Black-Box Testing for verification. Results: The resulting e-voting system has features such as secure voter login, a candidate selection interface, real-time vote counting, and an admin panel for data management. Testing results show that the system can speed up the election process, minimize human error, and increase result transparency. Conclusion: The developed system effectively supports the digitalization of school election management and provides a faster and more reliable alternative compared to manual election methods.

Abstract

The digitalization of education encourages the need for an efficient and accurate attendance system. SMPIT Ummul Qurro' Batam still uses manual methods that are time-consuming and error-prone. This study designed a mobile-based attendance application using the Agile Software Development method. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and needs analysis with teachers, staff, and school leaders. Development is carried out through six stages: planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. The results of black-box testing showed that the application was able to support real-time attendance and exit, user data management, and automatic recap. This research proves that the Agile Software Development method is effective in producing a simple and reliable system, which increases efficiency, accuracy, and transparency while supporting the school's digital transformation.

Abstract

PT Tata Makmur Sejahtera is a textile company that since 2004 has grown rapidly in services and number of branches. Currently, stock management still uses Microsoft Excel and manual spreadsheets, which risks causing data input errors and is less efficient. To overcome these problems, a web-based inventory management system was developed using the Extreme Programming method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of stock management. The system is designed to be responsive, easy to use, and allows direct user testing for iterative UI/UX improvements. Through this system, the company has the ability to manage stock more systematically, prevent shortages or excess goods, and increase the effectiveness of warehouse operations.

Abstract

Digital transformation is driving the development of the culinary industry, including the cake and bread business. However, Dapur Bolu Ibu Kokom still uses a conventional ordering system that often leads to errors in recording orders and inefficiency of available stock. This research aims to design a web-based sponge cake ordering system to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Extreme Programming (XP) method is used to ensure the flexibility and responsiveness of the system by using javascript programming language and Unified Modeling Language system architecture design and blacbox testing system testing. The system features registration, login, ordering, stock checking, and delivery status. The results show that this system improves recording accuracy, speeds up ordering, and provides transparent stock and delivery information. Thus, the implementation of this system supports the digitalization of the culinary business and improves operational efficiency.
