Abstract

This study aims at examining the readiness of the Diploma-II holders of Primary Teachers Education of STIT AL-Hilal Sigli in drawing up the Lesson Plan and implementing the teaching and learning interactions in the classroom. In particular, the study attempts to figure out whether the teaching and learning interaction meet the methods listed in the Lesson Plan (RPP) and the assessment system of learner’s performance in Islamic Primary schools throughout Pidie regency. The sample of this study is nineteen Islamic Primary schools throughout Pidie regency. While to collect data from the research field, the researchers used observation, interviews, and documents. The result indicates that: (1) in general, the teachers have good and considerate preparation in drawing up the Lesson Plan within a sufficient time instead having an extemporaneous teaching. They commonly conducted the Lesson Plan preparation through the discussion with other fellow teachers which avoids them from having a significant obstacle. The only considerable stumbling blocks are the learning source, learning media, and psychological factors. All the written Lesson Plans will be accounted to the principal, superintendent, and the education department. Otherwise, the teachers will be penalized for not making one. (2) The method specified in the Lesson Plan does not correspond to the methods used in teaching and learning in general. (3) The respondents generally do not apply taxonomic Bloom in the grading system in schools where they are in charge.

Abstract

The research was about how was Talking Stick Model applied in the topic: Types of Job and whether talking stick model could improve students’ learning achievement at fourth grade students of MIN 7 Pidie. The research aimed to find out how Talking Stick Model applied in the topic: Types of Job to the fourth grade students of MIN 7 Pidie and to know if Talking stick could increase students’ achievements. The type of the research conducted was Classroom Action Research . the subjects were the fourth grade students year 2019/2020 which totally 24 students. The technique of collecting data employed observation, interview , documentation and test. The findings showed; the students got average and classical achievements respectively: in cycle I 59.37 and 33.33%; and cycle II 88,08 and 100%. So, Talking Stick Model can improve students’ learning achievements in type of Job topic.

Abstract

Sexual violence continues to happen in different places and cannot be dealt with well. The rise in the rate of sexual violence from year to year is thought to be related to the state of education. So, many things about education need to be fixed to stop acts of sexual violence that have long-term effects. Handling cases of sexual violence is insufficient for punishing perpetrators because victims who have experienced violence cannot return to normal in their physical, psychological, or future conditions. More research, particularly on hadiths related to the prevention of sexual violence behavior, is required. In Islam, various strategies have been set up that are considered capable of saving the younger generation from sexual violence. Therefore, this article aims to present traditions related to efforts to prevent the prevalence of sexual violence in society. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature review model, and the data was analyzed using the fiqhul hadith approach. This approach is a method of understanding and interpreting Islamic jurisprudence based on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. The study discovers various strategies promoted by hadith to prevent sexual violence, such as managing the views of men's and women's genitals; managing educational institutions and gathering places that are separate for men and women; and promoting youth awareness to marry if they already have the ability to do so.

Abstract

To build students' character, the Indonesian government has made various efforts, one of which is updating the curriculum to make it in line with the demands of the current times. Given the importance of character building since the school age, the Curriculum 2013 (K-13) was developed and it contains 18 national characters that must be promoted and developed during the learning process. However, until now the curriculum seems to have not been able to shape the character of students as expected. Therefore, this study aims to present alternative approaches in building student character. The approach is to form character at home, some are formed in school, and some are formed in society. This study provides concrete examples of character development contained in K-13 with an Islamic approach. This study is a qualitative study analyzed using Islamic education theory and maqāṣid al-sharī'ah. Data is collected in two ways, namely; in-depth interviews with informants and literature studies related to the discussion. The results show that religious characters such as honesty, discipline, independence, and responsibility are easier to build at home using the Islamic approach. Furthermore, the characters of tolerance, hard work, creativity, democracy, curiosity, nationalism, patriotism, respect for achievement, and fondness for reading are easier to develop at schools with an Islamic approach as well. Finally, it is easier to develop characters such as friendly/communicative, peace-loving, environmental awareness, and social characteristics within society. In addition, the 18 characters are related to the purpose of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah as well as Islamic education.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the management of infaq funds in Pidie Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method, which allows researchers to gain in-depth insight into the topic. In collecting data, the author used various approaches, including library research methods and field research methods. The research results show that the management of infaq funds by the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Pidie Regency is a process that requires compliance with regulations and ethical principles, as well as high transparency. Even though ASN has complied with government regulations regarding the management of infaq funds, there are several aspects that need to be improved. Management of distribution of infaq funds is considered to be still not on target, and these funds have not been able to effectively increase community economic empowerment.

Abstract

The principle of ta'awun (mutual assistance) is a fundamental Islamic value that promotes solidarity and shared responsibility. Its practical application in contemporary, culturally diverse societies often encounters significant challenges. This study investigates how the residents of Ie Meulee Village, Sukajaya Subdistrict, Sabang City, practiced ta'awun in responding to Rohingya refugees stranded in the area during December 2023. Employing a qualitative methodology, the study collected data through observations, interviews with 14 informants—including village officials, religious leaders, community members, and refugees—and document analysis. The findings reveal varied interpretations and implementations of ta'awun, shaped by factors such as religious education, the social environment, and economic constraints. While residents with strong religious knowledge exhibited proactive assistance, others provided help spontaneously or hesitated due to existing prejudices. This study underscores the importance of inclusive religious education, community-based social programs, and local policies to foster cross-cultural solidarity, ensuring the sustainable application of ta'awun values in multiethnic societies.

Abstract

The issue of private parts, especially when related to men, is an issue that has reached an established level because it is rarely debated. This can be seen from the small number of studies that question this problem, which is of course different for women. At least the public has accepted that men have the obligation to cover the navel to the knees as awrah, without questioning and seeing the extent of the relevance of this limit in contemporary times. This research is a literature review that presents the hadith from Sunan Darul Qutni no. 771 as primary data with Maqashidi as the analytical tool. This research concludes that the understanding of the hadith by limiting men's private parts to only the navel to the knees is no longer relevant in the current era. This is based on the argument that parts of the male body that are outside the established limits can in fact create sexual stimulation for the opposite sex or even members of the same sex, so there is a need to increase the limits of the private parts for men outside of the agreed provisions. This is to achieve the sharia objectives of hifz al-Nafs (protecting oneself), hifz nasl (protecting descendants) and hifz al-din (protecting religion).

Abstract

Peran guru akidah akhlak dalam memilih film animasi yang Islami sebagai sumber belajar pada masa pasca pandemi covid-19 merupakan peran yang paling utama dan memiliki keseriusan terhadap pembentukan akhlakul karimah anak-anak, karena sikap yang harus ditanamkan oleh peserta didik yaitu pertama sikap religius atau bersikap baik, sikap cinta terhadap lingkungan, jujur, sikap peduli kepada teman-teman, orang tua dan lingkungan serta sikap cinta tanah air. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembentukan akidah akhlak melalui peran guru akidah akhlak dalam memilih film animasi yang Islami bukan pada material dan finasial, namun pada kemauan siswa, rasa pengaruh terhadap sesama orang tua, rasa motivasi siswa untuk ingin menonton film animasi Islami tersebut, maka faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembentukan Akidah Akhlak siswa adalah siswa sangat malas dan sering berbicara saat menampilkan film animasi Islami, namun jika guru akidah akhlak menampilkan film kartun lain, siswa dengan tekun melihat dan menikmatin tontonannya di sisi lain, faktor penghambat dalam menonton film animasi Islami karena efek dari orang tua juga yang sering memperlihatkan tontonan yang belum layak pada anaknya, seperti sinetron maupun iklan yang tidak mendidik bagi anak-anak. Hal tersebut berdampak pada prilaku atau karakter anak. Solusi bagi guru akidah akhlak jika anak tidak suka menonton film animasi Islami dan tidak mau mempraktekkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah mendampingi anak saat menonton televisi dan HP, selektif memilih tayangan televisi dan HP yang mendidik, membuat aturan menonton televisi dan HP seperti membuat jadwal, dan mengalihkan perhatian anak dari menonton televisi dengan kegiatan lain yang lebih bermanfaat.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan prioritas nasional di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi, pola asuh yang kurang optimal, dan terbatasnya akses terhadap layanan kesehatan dan sanitasi. Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Besar telah mengadopsi pendekatan kolaboratif untuk menurunkan stunting dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak, seperti sektor kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial, dan kemasyarakatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Besar dalam mempercepat penurunan stunting, sejauh mana percepatan dan penurunan yang telah dicapai, serta upaya pemerintah dalam mengomunikasikan isu stunting. Metodologi kualitatif deskriptif digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas tata kelola kolaboratif di Aceh Besar ditentukan oleh komitmen bersama, koordinasi lintas sektor, dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Pemerintah berperan penting dalam menetapkan prioritas, sementara inisiatif berbasis gampong memperkuat konteks lokal. Tantangan yang muncul antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya, tumpang tindih kewenangan, dan komunikasi yang belum optimal. Kesimpulannya, tata kelola kolaboratif telah terbukti mampu mempercepat upaya penurunan stunting melalui integrasi program, peningkatan kesadaran publik, dan penguatan peran masyarakat. Keberlanjutan kolaborasi membutuhkan penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan, komunikasi yang efektif, dan keterlibatan masyarakat yang konsisten.
