Abstract

El-Gans is one of small and medium business that in the process sells martabak. The decline in sales over the past six months has had an impact on the decline in the value of profits for business owners. This research is intended to provide an analysis of alternative sales strategies to increase sales from sweet martabak and at the same time to develop business in the food sector. The determination of strategy selection for El-Gans is carried out using the SWOT method approach and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrik (QSPM) method. The results of the SWOT matrix analysis found that the position of El-Gans is currently in quadrant two which is a business diversification position. The results of the calculation of alternative strategies using the QSPM method determined that El-Gans will implement the fifth alternative strategy, namely utilizing online sales applications more massively so that the El-gans brand name can be known by the wider public and be able to increase sales of its food products.

Abstract

The retail company managed by the DKI Jakarta provincial government located on Tidung Island strives to improve the performance assessment of logistics staff. The performance assessment of logistics staff has so far followed the system of the company which only raises the criteria for employee assessment in general. The lack of a specific assessment system results in difficulties for management in measuring the performance of logistics staff objectively based on their duties and job responsibilities. This research aims to develop an objective employee performance assessment system using the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) method. This method focuses on the preparation of assessment criteria with anchors that are repared by observing the actual activities of the work carried out by the logistics staff. The use of the BARS method in designing a performance assessment system for logistics staff on Tidung Island is very relevant because it can integrate specific behavioral approaches with geographical challenges. The result of this research is the design of a logistics staff performance assessment system in the form of an annual performance assessment form and is able to provide an objective assessment of the performance of logistics staff.

Abstract

PT MUTP merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa konstruksi pembangunan jalur distribusi jaringan pipa. Pada proses pelaksanaan proyek di Perumahan Puri Persada Cibarusah terjadi keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek dari jadwal perencanaan yang telah dibuat. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan penambahan durasi waktu penyelesaian proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jalur kritis pada proyek pembangunan distribusi jaringan pipa dengan menggunakan metode critical path method (CPM). CPM merupakan salah satu metode dalam manajemen proyek yang memprioritaskan peluang waktu sebagai obyek yang akan dianalisa. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat sembilan jalur kritis yaitu pada aktivitas A-C-D-F-H-I-J-K-L. Adapun faktor penyebab lain terjadinya keterlambatan adalah faktor lingkungan dan cuaca, faktor para pekerja yang kurang disiplin, serta faktor dari beberapa peralatan dan permesinan yang sudah berusia cukup tua, sehingga sering terjadi kerusakan.
