Abstract

This research was carried out to find out how to implement a computer- based accounting system and its effect on employee performance at Grapari Telkomsel Jember. This research uses a qualitative research strategy that focuses on in-depth observation. The aim of this research was to find out whether the implementation of a computer-based accounting system had an effect on employee performance at GraPARi Jember. From the results of interviews conducted with 3 sources, namely Claudia and Fadelis as team leaders, Vira Vita as CSR, it was found that the use of a computer-based accounting information system affects employee performance at GraPARi. The use of a computer-based accounting system improves the performance of existing employees, making work fast and efficient in using available time and meeting appropriate targets

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Transparency, Village Government Accountability, Internal Control, Good Governance and Human Resource Competence on Village Fund Management in Jambesari District. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study were all Village Apparatus in Jambesari District. The data collection technique used was the purposive sampling method and used a sample of 56 respondents. The data analysis method used was data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, determination coefficient (R2), hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The results of the study indicate that partially the variables Transparency (X1), Internal Control (X3), and Human Resource Competence (X5) do not have a significant effect on Village Fund Management (Y). However, the variables of Village Government Accountability (X2) and Good Governance (X4) have a significant effect on Village Fund Management (Y). The higher the level of accountability and implementation of Good Governance, the better the management of village funds in Jambesari District Village

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of marketing mix elements on visitor satisfaction at Papuma Beach in Jember, with a focus on Generation Z as the primary target. The marketing mix examined includes word-of-mouth promotion, location, entrance ticket prices, products and services, and available facilities. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, along with partial and simultaneous tests to measure the influence of independent variables on visitor satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Generation Z respondents, as well as observations and interviews. The findings indicate that, partially, word-of-mouth promotion, location, and facilities do not significantly affect visitor satisfaction. However, ticket prices and the quality of products and services at Papuma Beach significantly influence visitor satisfaction. Simultaneously, the marketing mix affects Generation Z visitor satisfaction with a contribution of 73.5%. The main factors determining visitor satisfaction are the natural beauty, appropriate ticket pricing, and the quality of services provided. This study recommends that Papuma Beach management pay closer attention to marketing strategies aligned with Generation Z preferences and enhance the attraction of the tourist site through service innovations and facility improvements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional, Love of Money, Locus of Control, dan Pemahaman Kode Etik Profesi terhadap Perilaku Etis Mahasiswa Akuntansi Perguruan Tinggi di Jember. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi sebanyak 334 mahasiswa program studi Akuntansi angkatan 2020 Institut Teknologi dan Sains Mandala Jember, Universitas Jember, dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin. Sehingga didapat sebanyak 77 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji keabsahan data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi R2, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan Intelektual, Locus of Control, dan Pemahaman Kode Etik Profesi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Perilaku Etis Mahasiswa. Kecerdasan Emosional dan Love of Money tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Perilaku Etis Mahasiswa Akuntansi. Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional, Love of Money, Locus of Control, dan Pemahaman Kode Etik Profesi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Perilaku Etis Mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the variable profitability ratios, activity ratios, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and dividend policy on profit growth with sector manufacturing companies consumer non cyclicals as an object of research. This research was conducted over a period of five years, from 2017 to 2021 with a total sample of 14 companies. Sampling in this study using the technique purposive sampling and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the profitability ratio, activity ratio, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) has no effect on profit growth while the dividend policy variable has an effect on profit growth. Simultaneously variable profitability ratios, activity ratios, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), and dividend policy has an influence on profit growth.

Abstract

Community Service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely: education, research, and community service. One of the locations for community service carried out by the Mandala Institute of Technology and Science this year is Pugerwetan village where the majority of the population works as fishermen and the rest produce processed seafood into various superior products such as shrimp paste, condiment of the fermented shrimp, fish crackers, and dried fish. Many of these producers are hereditary business actors who still use traditional methods in the production process, as well as the marketing of their products. The purpose of this community service is to help producers to improve the quality of their products by using information technology. In this community service, our partners are shrimp paste producers and fish crackers producers in Pugerwetan village. Our service method is to provide public education, training, and advocacy regarding the importance of utilizing digital marketing through social media platforms and marketplaces as media for product sales promotion. The results of this Real Work Lecture are the use of social media platforms and marketplaces by shrimp paste and cracker producers as media for product sales promotion. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of product quality, brand image, brand ambassador, content marketing, and price bundling on purchasing decisions for Glad2Glow cosmetic products. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The research population includes all Glad2glow consumers in Jember with a total sample of 60 samples using purposive sampling. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of the t test research show that the product quality, brand ambassador and price bundling variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the brand image and content marketing variables have a significant and negative effect on purchasing decisions. The research shows that the F test variables product quality, brand image, brand ambassador, content marketing, and price bundling simultaneously influence purchasing desicions

Abstract

One concept to maintain corporate image is employee performance. A concept that seeks to create a good and reliable Human Resources within the company to achieve the goals of the company itself. When the company has committed to maintain employee performance improvement will encourage companies to pay attention to the level of work discipline experienced by employees and the provision of proper work motivation to see the level of job satisfaction of each employee will make employees feel more eager in completing the work. The population of this study were non-permanent employees of Hotel ASTON Jember and the sample was set by 50 respondents. The variables analyzed in this research are work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The sampling method used is simple random Sampling in which all permanent employees have the opportunity to be sampled in this study. This type of research is an explanatory research.Research is a study that tries to explain a subject matter and there is a hypothesis testing and perform analysis of data obtained. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that discipline, motivation and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on performance Employees at Hotel ASTON Jember and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Hotel ASTON Jember's employees. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of the marketing mix on patient decision for treatment to the Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. This research is quantitative descriptive research that use primary data. The research was conducted at Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and direct interviews. The number of samples was 175 respondents. The variables used in the Marketing Mix are product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25. The results of the research show that the product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously influence patient decision for treatment. Partially, the product variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The price variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The promotion variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The place quality variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The process quality variable has a significant effect on the patient decision to seek treatment. The people variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The physical evidence variable has a significant effect on the patient decision for treatment. The people variable is the most dominant variable in influencing the patient decision for treatment.

Abstract

The banking industry is currently growing rapidly by utilizing and optimizing management information and technology in the form of e-banking as an efficient means of a satisfying customer. Online-based services at banks are more efficient services to help customers. Technological advances have been used to attract customer for bank transactions. Therefore, customer satisfaction is a priority in banking activities. Customer satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining a competitive advantage in the era of technological development. This research is a form of replication that use the subject of bank customer of e-banking user in Jember city. The aim of the research is to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction of e-banking users. The role of cloud service, security banking system, e-learning and service quality are four factors that can drive customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample use in this research amunted 125 respondents. This research find that cloud service, e-learning and service quality significantly affect on customer satisfaction, on the other hand security banking system has no effect on customer satisfaction.
