Abstract

This study entitled The Influence Of Service Quality On Customer Satisfaction In Fifgroup In Lumajang with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and partial empathy on consumer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Yosowilangun Branch Lumajang Regency and to find out and analyzing the effect of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Yosowilangun Branch Lumajang Regency. The number of samples in this study was 60 using purposive sampling technique. purposive sampling is a sampling technique using certain criteria. The testing and analysis used in this research is the data instrument test which includes the validity test and reliability test, and the classical assumption test which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing which includes testing t and F test. And the results of this study: 1.) There is no effect of physical evidence on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang 2.) There is no effect of reliability on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang 3.) There is no effect of responsiveness on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang 4.) There is a guarantee effect on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang Branch 5.) There is no influence of empathy on customer satisfaction at FIFGROUP Lumajang. Suggestions from this study to further improve customer satisfaction need to increase again from employees in the company in serving consumers because these employees interact directly with consumers, especially in punctuality as well. So that it will make consumers satisfied and not hesitate to use the company's services again.

Abstract

Kegiatan IbM adalah suatu kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan khalayak sasaran adalah Masyarakat yang produktif secara ekonomi ( kelompok Usaha Bersama Ayam Broiler) yang bertempat di Dusun Wonolangu Desa Panti kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Jember. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada mitra IbM dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas SDM dan peningkatan kesejahteraan Mitra IbM melalui efisiensi dan efektifitas manajemen usaha ternak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah pada masalah Manajemen Pengelolaan Usaha dan masalah Administrasi. Pendekatan penyelesaian masalah dilakukan dengan melalui tahapan, survey, diskusi dengan mitra yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan yang akan dijalankan, konsultasi dan pendampingan lanjutan. Selain itu dilengkapi pula dengan bantuan alat kepada mitra dan bimbingan teknis dari tenaga ahli . Luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah metode dan Publikasi Nasional. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan IbM antara lain; 1) Peningkatan kesejahteraan pada Mitra IbM yang dapat diperoleh melalui efisiensi kegiatan produksi dan manajemen usaha yang efektif; 2) Program pelatihan dan pembinaan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas anak kandang (SDM); 3) Memberikan informasi dan memfasilitasi persiapan pendanaan dari pihak luar melalui kredit UMKM PT. TELKOM JEMBER; 4) Mitra IbM dapat mendeteksi secara dini potensi terjangkitnya penyakit pada ayam sebagai hasil dari bimbingan teknis oleh dokter hewan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct or indirect effect of Reward andPunishment and work motivation on employee performance through work discipline as anintervening variable on employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office ofBondowoso Regency. The total population of this study was 266 with a sample of 40respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical techniqueused is path analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of data analysis show that the Reward andPunishment variable has a significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has asignificant effect on work discipline, Reward and Punishment has a significant effect onemployee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance ,work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Reward And Punishment, Work Motivation, Work Motivation and EmployeePerformance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of the marketing mix on patient decision for treatment to the Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. This research is quantitative descriptive research that use primary data. The research was conducted at Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and direct interviews. The number of samples was 175 respondents. The variables used in the Marketing Mix are product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25. The results of the research show that the product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously influence patient decision for treatment. Partially, the product variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The price variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The promotion variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The place quality variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The process quality variable has a significant effect on the patient decision to seek treatment. The people variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The physical evidence variable has a significant effect on the patient decision for treatment. The people variable is the most dominant variable in influencing the patient decision for treatment.

Abstract

The banking industry is currently growing rapidly by utilizing and optimizing management information and technology in the form of e-banking as an efficient means of a satisfying customer. Online-based services at banks are more efficient services to help customers. Technological advances have been used to attract customer for bank transactions. Therefore, customer satisfaction is a priority in banking activities. Customer satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining a competitive advantage in the era of technological development. This research is a form of replication that use the subject of bank customer of e-banking user in Jember city. The aim of the research is to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction of e-banking users. The role of cloud service, security banking system, e-learning and service quality are four factors that can drive customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample use in this research amunted 125 respondents. This research find that cloud service, e-learning and service quality significantly affect on customer satisfaction, on the other hand security banking system has no effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Product, Price, Promotion and Place marketing mix simultaneously or partially for each variable on the decision of prospective students to continue their education at the Banyuwangi Maritime Academy. A quantitative research method with a saturated sample system was used in a study of 62 respondents in the registration for the first wave of the 2022/2023 academic year, the research results obtained were processed with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that Product, Price, Promotion and Place simultaneously have an effect significant to the Choice Decision , referring to the value of the Coefficient of Determination ( ) which is 0.359 which means that there is an influence of 35.9% while 64.1% of the decision to choose by prospective students is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partially, Product has a partially significant effect on the decision to choose. Price has no significant effect partially on the Choosing Decision. Variable Promotion also has no significant effect partially on the decision to choose. Variable Place has no significant effect partially on the decision to choose.

Abstract

In general, the purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect significant from Compensation, Work Environment and Leadership on the Performance of sea employees, especially on ships owned by PT. JEMLA Ferry Ketapang-Gilimanuk branch, namely KMP. Gilimanuk and KMP. Gilimanuk II. This study uses data collection and data analysis that is statistical/quantitative in nature with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The number of respondents was 49 people sea employees both officers and crew as a whole on both ships, with saturated sample techniques. The research results obtained show that the conditions on board the ship comprised Compensation, Work Environment and Leadership simultaneously have a significant influence on sea employee performance. Supported by empirical data showing that partially the work environment has a significant influence on the performance of marine employees. Meanwhile, compensation and leadership from the results of the study showed results that were not significant to the performance of marine employees.

Abstract

The existence of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) non-formal become thefoundation of micro-entrepreneurs of poor households in the middle of thelimitations of access to formal financial institutions . To develop the capacity ofbusiness , micro financing for poor households served many non-formal MFIs . Thequestion is; the extent of non -formal MFIs serve as an alternative source offinancing for the development of micro poor households?, and extent of non-formalMFIs can be formulated and recommended for the development of micro poorhouseholds?. The study was conducted in the District of Jember Kencong targetingnon-formal MFIs and micro entrepreneurs poor household member non-formal MFIs. This study is the first year of a two year study is planned. The objective inventory ofnon-formal MFIs effectively and sustainably manage savings and loans potentiallyserve microenterprises poor households. Descriptive analysis, MFIs independentlyconstructed by society more sustainable potential compared with other partiesinitiated by the government for example .

Abstract

One concept to maintain corporate image is employee performance. A concept that seeks to create a good and reliable Human Resources within the company to achieve the goals of the company itself. When the company has committed to maintain employee performance improvement will encourage companies to pay attention to the level of work discipline experienced by employees and the provision of proper work motivation to see the level of job satisfaction of each employee will make employees feel more eager in completing the work. The population of this study were non-permanent employees of Hotel ASTON Jember and the sample was set by 50 respondents. The variables analyzed in this research are work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The sampling method used is simple random Sampling in which all permanent employees have the opportunity to be sampled in this study. This type of research is an explanatory research.Research is a study that tries to explain a subject matter and there is a hypothesis testing and perform analysis of data obtained. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that discipline, motivation and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on performance Employees at Hotel ASTON Jember and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Hotel ASTON Jember's employees.
