Abstract

AbstractAs a province member in sub-regional BIMP-EAGA cooperation that also become as a centre of agriculture production in East Indonesia, South Sulawesi is trying to make serious efforts to contribute in ASEAN Food Basket Program. In this research explained that South Sulawesi government implementing a program called Program Lumbung Pangan Masyarakat (people food basket program) as response to Food Basket Strategy that agreed in frame of BIMP-EAGA cooperation. This also indicate that sub-national actor, in this case is province, has important contribution to build cooperation in regional scheme of cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation and achievements of the Agfor (agroforestry and forestry) program and what factors influence the effectiveness of the international development assistance scheme in the Agfor Sulawesi program, especially in the aspect of village forest management. This research found that in implementing the Agfor Sulawesi program, especially in the forest management component, Balang Institut as a local partner carried out three activities, namely: baseline study, capacity building and participatory mapping and designing a village forest management model. The factors that influence the effectiveness of the international development assistance scheme in the Agfor Sulawesi program, especially in the aspect of village forest management, are: Agfor Sulawesi as a program needed by the community, active government support, active community participation, and the vision of Balang Institut as a local partner that encourages fulfillment. community rights to natural resource management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dan capaian program Agfor (agroforestry and forestry) serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi efektivitas skema bantuan pembangunan internasional dalam program Sulawesi Agfor khususnya dalam aspek tata kelola hutan desa. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam implementasi program Agfor Sulawesi khususnya dalam komponen tata kelola hutan, Balang Institut sebagai mitra lokal menjalankan tiga aktivitas, yaitu: baseline study, peningkatan kapasitas dan pemetaan partisipatif serta merancang model pengelolaan hutan desa. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas skema bantuan pembangunan internasional dalam program Sulawesi Agfor khususnya dalam aspek tata kelola hutan desa yaitu: Agfor Sulawesi sebagai program yang dibutuhkan masyarakat, dukungan aktif pemerintah, partisipasi aktif masyarakat, dan visi Balang Institut sebagai mitra lokal yang mendorong pemenuhan hak-hak masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sumber daya alam.

Abstract

Dalam kesehatan masyarakat, anak-anak adalah kelompok aktif yang rentan terhadap serangan penyakit. Diare, influenza, cacingan, COVID-19 adalah beberapa penyakit dengan kejadian tinggi pada anak-anak. Misalnya, prevalensi penyakit COVID-19 di Indonesia pada anak cukup tinggi, mencapai 12%. Disusul dengan penyakit diare dan cacingan. PHBS (perilaku hidup sehat dan bersih ) adalah sekumpulan perilaku yang diterapkan untuk mencegah penyakit menular dan tidak menular. Dalam tatanan rumah tangga, anak-anak membutuhkan kemampuan untuk melindungi dirinya sendiri saat melakukan aktivitas di dalam dan di luar rumah, seperti rajin mencuci tangan pakai air bersih dan sabun serta menggunakan masker. Diperlukan upaya membangun kesadaran sejak dini kepada anak untuk menerapkan PHBS. Sebagai kelompok yang aktif, anak-anak adalah sasaran komunikasi yang memerlukan bentuk komunikasi atraktif dalam menyampikan pesan kesehatan. Sehingga demi mencapai terbentuknya peningkatan perilaku sehat kepada anak-anak, upaya edukasi PHBS dilakukan dengan berdongeng dengan konten cara dan manfaat PHBS. Sasaran dari kegiatan berdongeng adalah anak-anak yang berkunjung di Mall Nipah Makassar. Kegiatan berdongeng pesan kesehatan di Mall Nipah Makassar mencapai indikator input yaitu anak-anak bergabung menjadi peserta, indikator proses yakni peserta antusias menyimak dongeng, dan indikator output yakni peserta mampu menerangkan kembali cara dan manfaat ber-PHBS.

Health education in elementary schools (DS) which is implemented the behavior of clean and healthy life (PHBS) unable to develop the potential of students to to behave healthy consciously. The development of the concept of PHBS education in schools is implemented just by socialization and provide. So that the strategy is considered not enough to improve health literacy in students. Based on this analysis, the use of fairy tales as a means of health education in elementary schools was chosen as a smart practice in the development of education and health promotion which aims to meet the needs of students in understanding health information, especially the urgency of implementing PHBS. To measure the effectiveness of fairy tales, the measurement of knowledge change is measured by qualitative method with pre and post tests. Through this method, it was found that students who were exposed to fairy tales selected from the Let's Read application experienced a change in their level of knowledge. Before the fairy tale was held, students did not understand the values of PHBS at school. However, after the fairy tale activity, the students' knowledge level is at sixth level knowledge that students not only understand well the concept of PHBS, but students have the ability to create PHBS information well.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Balleagin belum menerapkan promosi kesehatan CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability) di tempat wisata dan belum memiliki sistem informasi kesehatan di desa wisata yang memuat pencegahan risiko kesehatan akibat aktivitas wisata. Kegiatan pemberdayaan kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) sebagai promotor kesehatan  yang berlokasi di Desa Wisata Ballaengin Kecamatan Pajo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kelompok sadar wisata dalam melakukan upaya pencegahan penyakit akibat aktivtas wisata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan strategi promosi kesehatan berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pokdarwis dalam menyampaikan pesan kesehatan pencegahan penyakit kepada wisatawan. Kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap identifikasi kebutuhan pokdarwis dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi kesehatan, tahap pelatihan pokdarwis sebagai promotor kesehatan, dan tahap ketiga adalah tahap evaluasi proses. Indikator keberhasilan program adalah pokdarwis menyediakan informasi kesehatan pada media sosial yang digunakan untuk promosi destinasi wisata. Berdasarkan pengukuran perilaku sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, diketahui bahwa Pokdarwis tidak hanya mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang urgensi promosi kesehatan wisata namun melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, Pokdarwis juga telah menyediakan informasi kesehatan di media sosial. Berdasarkan ketercapaian tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat telah memenuhi indikator keberhasil program.

Abstract

Abstract The health promotion of CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability) is skills improvement activities for Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) in developing health communication media about health risk control risks in tourist destinations. Health promotion activities located in Balleangin Tourism Village, Balocci District, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi Province. As a group of tourism actors engaged in the management of the Ballaengin Tourism Village, Pokdarwis needs to know the urgency of implementing CHSE and how to implement CHSE in tourist villages. Skills improvement for Pokdarwis is carried out by empowering Pokdarwis in designing CHSE communication media. The empowerment strategy was carried out by involving Pokdarwis in designing health promotion media at the need identification stage and the media creation stage. Evaluation of the community service program is carried out through quantitative measurements by comparing the promotional content of the destination before and after the community service. The results of the community service show that CHSE's health promotion activities improved Pokdarwis' skills in developing health information on social media. Abstrak Promosi kesehatan wisata CHSE adalah kegiatan peningkatan keterampilan kelompok sadar wisata dalam mengembangkan media komunikasi kesehatan tentang pengendalian perilaku pencegahan risiko kesehatan akibat aktivitas wisata di desa wisata Balleangin kecamatan Balocci, Kabupaten Pangkep, Sulawesi Selatan. Sebagai kelompok pelaku wisata yang bergerak dalam pengelolaan Desa Wisata Ballaengin, Pokdarwis Pajokka Balocci perlu mengetahui urgensi penerapan CHSE dan cara menerapkan CHSE di desa wisata. Peningkatan keterampilan pada Pokdarwis dilakukan dengan memberdayakan Pokdarwis dalam perancangan media komunikasi CHSE. Bentuk pemberdayaan dilakukan dengan melibatkan Pokdarwis dalam perancangan media promosi kesehatan pada tahap identifikasi kebutuha dan tahap pembuatan media . Penilaian keberhasilan program pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui pengukuran secara kuanlitatif dengan membandingkan konten promosi detinasi sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan promosi kesehatan CHSE meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam mengembangkan informasi kesehatan pada media promosi destinasi yang digunakan. Hal ini Nampak pada laman sosial media mitra yang mulai memuat isu kesehatan pada media sosial mitra.

Abstract

This research will write down the impact of implementing the Renewable Energy Directive II policy issued by the European Union to regulate the use of renewable energy as a form of the European Union's commitment to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In the Renewable Energy Directive II Policy issued by the European Union, it is stated that palm oil causes deforestation or environmental damage. Indonesia, which has long established economic cooperation with the European Union, especially in the export-import of palm oil, as the world's largest producer of palm oil, feels discriminated against the policy issued. Indonesia gets the country's largest foreign exchange from exports of palm oil and its derivatives which will then have a major impact on the decline in imports of palm oil by the European Union after the issuance of this policy. This research question is "What is the impact of the implementation of the Renewable Energy Directive II policy on relations between Indonesia and the European Union?" to answer the questions in this study, researchers used the concept of International Political Economy by Robert Gilpin in explaining the results of this study. This study uses qualitative research methods using secondary data sources. The results of this study will answer the forms of tense relations between Indonesia and the European Union and what factors influence these tensions to occur. This research will also explain the beginning of the cooperation between Indonesia and the European Union and how the relationship was before and after the Renewable Energy Directive II policy was made.
