Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based application that supports the process of submitting and using medical device needs at Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa Hospital. This application is designed to make it easier for logistics admins to manage medical device stock, including adding and removing goods, and to make it easier for medical staff to submit device requests and monitor their submission status. The methodology used involves system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system testing using the Black Box Testing method. The test results show that all application features, such as stock management, report printing, and submission status monitoring, function properly without any errors. User surveys show a satisfaction level of 75%, indicating that this application is effective in improving the efficiency of medical device management in hospitals.

Abstract

Student savings information system to avoid errors in the saving process, one of the problems that occurs at MTS Al-Manar Medan is that the student savings management system at MTS Al-Manar still uses manual methods. With information conveyed orally, this causes the information received by students to be less accurate, not up to date, and easily lost and forgotten. This is less effective because the lack of accuracy in conveying and receiving information becomes an obstacle in processing student savings. This system is designed to make it easier to manage student savings as expected. The main focus of this system is to avoid errors in recording, loss of savings books, savings books, and managing savings data. You can use online media in the form of a website to make it easier for treasurers to manage savings and compile reports quickly and accurately. Researchers created a simple websitebased savings application at MTS Al-Manar using the UCD method. So that MTS Al-Manar Medan uses it, and provides optimal benefits for all parties involved. The goal with this savings application is to make it easier for school administration to input student savings data, and students can monitor each student's savings data on the savings application portal, thereby avoiding school savings application administrator errors.

Abstract

The QoreTwoDuo shop is a business sector that sells and buys electronic goods such as household appliances to personal computers and laptops. The QoreTwoDuo shop also accepts applications for credit for electronic goods to customers. The QoreTwoDuo electronics shop does not yet have an application that can help provide information about electronic products that are bought and sold and goods that can be credited at the shop to the wider community, for potential customers who have low incomes to buy these products for their household needs is very difficult, because Electronic goods are very expensive when bought with cash. A customer data processing system is very necessary to send data on customers who have made credit payments and have not paid their monthly credit installments, so that qoretwoduo shop owners can find out which customers are paying on time and who are late paying their credit. Abstract

Asean Pharmacies often have difficulty in predicting future product inventory based on previously recorded data. Forecasting is very influential on the decision of the pharmacy owner to determine the number of pharmaceutical products that must be provided by the pharmacy. These problems can be solved by the Forecasting technique using the weighted moving average method to predict how many stocks of goods must be purchased for the next period. Calculation of forecasting for future periods is based on previous quarterly data calculations and can also be done based on the selection of desired periods. The purpose of this research is to build a system in predicting future sales value to increase revenue. The system will be built with the Php programming language and use the Unified Modeling Language to design the system workflow

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged many educational institutions to adopt digital systems in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of school administration management. However, at SD Qurratu A’yun, administrative processes such as recording student data, teacher data, and financial transactions are still carried out manually, leading to various problems such as data loss, reporting delays, and inconsistent information. Based on a case study at SD Qurratu A’yun, a web-based school administration information system was developed as a digital solution. The system was designed using the Agile method with a Scrum approach, enabling iterative development that is responsive to user needs. The development process involved several stages: product backlog planning, Sprint planning, Sprint backlog development, daily Scrum meetings, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective. The system is equipped with key features such as teacher, student, and class data management, transaction type management, cash transactions, and financial reports accessible by academic year. System testing showed that the developed solution successfully improved data organization, accelerated reporting processes, and provided ease of access to information in real time for administrators, treasurers, and principals. By applying the Agile (Scrum) method and building a web-based system, this research provides an optimal solution to the challenges of manual administration at SD Qurratu A’yun. The system not only streamlines workflows but also supports the sustainability of school operations in a more efficient and structured manner.

Abstract

In the digital era, efficiency in managing information is crucial, especially within the police force. The Medan City Police require an information system that can support a fast and integrated mail disposition process. This study designed and built a web-based Online Disposition Information System using the Waterfall method. The system design includes a responsive interface and an appropriate database structure. Testing used the Black Box method to ensure the accuracy of input and output. This application was developed with PHP and MySQL. The results show that the system facilitates Medan City Police personnel in receiving, processing, and tracking incoming mail efficiently.

Abstract

Kepolisian Sektor Deli Tua merupakan bagian dari kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia yang berada pada tingkat kecamatan yang beralamat Jl. Besar Deli tua No.18, Deli Tua Timur., Kec. Deli Tua, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara 20355, ingin mengembangkan sistem ke dunia digital khususnya berbasis website. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sarana perhitungan masa tahanan secara online yang dapat diakses oleh petugas Kepolisian Sektor Deli Tua saja, dengan adanya sistem komputer, maka sistem informasi perhitungan masa tahanan web dapat diakses dengan cepat dan akurat, seperti informasi mengenai tahanan yang masuk dan keluar. Petugas lebih mudah menghitung masa tahanan karena akses yang mudahKata Kunci : Kepolisian, Waterfall, Codeigniter.

Abstract

Toko retail, seperti Alfamart, memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari konsumen. Produk susu adalah salah satu komoditas yang sangat diminati oleh pelanggan toko retail ini. Namun, mengelola stok produk susu dengan efisien adalah sebuah tantangan yang perlu diatasi oleh toko retail. Salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini adalah dengan mengimplementasikan sistem rekomendasi stok. Sistem ini dapat membantu toko retail untuk mengelola stok produk susu dengan lebih efisien dan mengoptimalkan keuntungan. Meskipun sistem rekomendasi stok produk sudah banyak digunakan dalam berbagai industri, namun penerapannya dalam konteks toko retail seperti Alfamart masih relatif terbatas. Hal ini disebabkan oleh karakteristik unik dari toko retail, seperti variasi konsumen, fluktuasi permintaan, dan masalah keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan. Oleh karena itu, permasalahan yang akan dipecahkan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengimplementasikan sistem rekomendasi stok produk susu yang efisien dan efektif pada toko retail Alfamart tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi stok produk susu yang efisien dan akurat berdasarkan metode Moora dengan didapatkan hasil Dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria dan sub-kriteria, metode SPK Moora menyediakan kerangka kerja yang informatif dan lebih holistik untuk pengambilan keputusan terkait stok produk susu, yang dapat mendukung manajemen toko retail dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat waktu dan efektif.Kata Kunci : Moora, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Alfamart

Abstract

Praktek Kerja Industri (Prakerin) merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman kerja nyata kepada siswa. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, monitoring Prakerin sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kesulitan dalam memantau kehadiran dan progres siswa, serta komunikasi yang kurang efektif antara institusi pendidikan dan tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat digunakan untuk memonitoring kegiatan Prakerin dengan lebih efektif. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan Pieces Framework, yang meliputi aspek Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, dan Service. Framework ini digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dari berbagai aspek. Dalam proses pengembangan, metodologi yang digunakan adalah Framework For the Application System Thingking (FAST), yang memungkinkan pendekatan yang lebih cepat dan fleksibel dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem dan merancang solusi yang tepat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang mampu memonitoring kegiatan Prakerin secara real-time, memudahkan pengelolaan data siswa, serta meningkatkan komunikasi antara siswa, institusi pendidikan, dan tempat kerja. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas monitoring Prakerin, serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja siswa.

Abstract

Layanan repository di perguruan tinggi berguna untuk memberikan kemudahan akses informasi kepada pengguna. Bagaimana sistem repository berbasis web dapat membantu dalam proses administrasi dan pengarsipan dokumen skripsi, kerja praktik, dan KKN agar lebih terstruktur dan mudah diakses. Untuk itu repository harus memiliki kualitas layanan yang baik agar pengguna memperoleh informasi dengan mudah sehingga pengguna dapat merasa puas, sebab semakin tinggi kualitas berarti semakin tinggi harapan pengguna terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat repository data skripsi, kp dan kkn agar proses penyimpanan dan pendataan lebih mudah, cepat dan efisien, terutama untuk pihak – pihak yang berkepentingan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (reasearch and development (RnD)) yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan rancangan produk baru, menguji keefektifan produk yang telah ada serta mengembangkan dan menciptakan produk baru.
